Leona Grgić, pročelnica za komunalu Grada Splita, svjedočila je danas na suđenju bivšem gradonačelniku Ivi Baldasaru kojeg USKOK tereti da je pogodovao tvrtki "Mimoza" i hotelu "Lux", i to tako da im je manje naplatio za rezervirana parkirališna mjesta unatoč zaključku koji određuje cijene po pojedinim zonama, navodi Dalmatinski portal.

Uz Baldasara, osumnjičeni su i bivši šef komunale Špiro Cokarić, voditelj Odsjeka za komunalne poslove Damir Babić, direktorica tvrtke Mimoza Jasna Parčina te voditelj hotela Josip Čulić. USKOK navodi da je Mimozi na štetu Grada pribavljena korist od 463.700 kuna.

Grgić je u Banovinu stigla 2016. u Odjel kojeg sada vodi. Na početku karijere bila je viša stručna suradnica. Susrela se s neobičnom situacijom. Nije bilo ugovora za 2016., a Mimoza je imala zaduženje od 180 tisuća kuna.
- Bilo je to čudno. Nije bilo ugovora, a zaduženje je bilo u programu. No, nije to bila jedina sporna situacija. Bilo je puno neurednih predmeta iz 2016. godine. Ugovor je napravljen temeljem zaključka gradonačelnika - kazala je Grgić dodavši kako je bilo sporno i to u kojoj se zoni nalaze parkirna mjesta jer je ugrafičkom prikazu bila druga zona, a u programu prva‘, odgovorila je Grgić na pitanje tužiteljice Natalije Petković.

Za USKOK nema spora da se radi o prvoj zoni u kojoj je bila propisana cijena od 800 kuna za rezervirano parkirališno mjesto, a ne 400 kao u drugoj.

Leona Grgić, pročelnica za komunalu Grada Splita, svjedočila je danas na suđenju bivšem gradonačelniku Ivi Baldasaru kojeg USKOK tereti da je pogodovao tvrtki "Mimoza" i hotelu "Lux", i to tako da im je manje naplatio za rezervirana parkirališna mjesta unatoč zaključku koji određuje cijene po pojedinim zonama, navodi Dalmatinski portal.

Uz Baldasara, osumnjičeni su i bivši šef komunale Špiro Cokarić, voditelj Odsjeka za komunalne poslove Damir Babić, direktorica tvrtke Mimoza Jasna Parčina te voditelj hotela Josip Čulić. USKOK navodi da je Mimozi na štetu Grada pribavljena korist od 463.700 kuna.

Grgić je u Banovinu stigla 2016. u Odjel kojeg sada vodi. Na početku karijere bila je viša stručna suradnica. Susrela se s neobičnom situacijom. Nije bilo ugovora za 2016., a Mimoza je imala zaduženje od 180 tisuća kuna.
- Bilo je to čudno. Nije bilo ugovora, a zaduženje je bilo u programu. No, nije to bila jedina sporna situacija. Bilo je puno neurednih predmeta iz 2016. godine. Ugovor je napravljen temeljem zaključka gradonačelnika - kazala je Grgić dodavši kako je bilo sporno i to u kojoj se zoni nalaze parkirna mjesta jer je ugrafičkom prikazu bila druga zona, a u programu prva‘, odgovorila je Grgić na pitanje tužiteljice Natalije Petković.

Za USKOK nema spora da se radi o prvoj zoni u kojoj je bila propisana cijena od 800 kuna za rezervirano parkirališno mjesto, a ne 400 kao u drugoj.

Kada je Petković čula da je nadređena trećeokrivljenom Damiru Babiću, pitala je Grgić je li primjenjuje odredbu o službenicima protiv kojih je pokrenut kazneni postupak.
