Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske policije Split u proteklih sedam dana, od 10. do 17. srpnja 2023. godine, provodili su nadzor i kontrolu pomorskog prometa i ukupno su sankcionirali 39 različitih prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakona, ali i drugih zakona koji reguliraju promet na moru.

Sankcionirali su ukupno devet prekršaja tako zvanog "glisiranja" - vožnje plovilom na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale kojom se ugrožava sigurnost osoba.

Također su sankcionirali 21 prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakonika vezano uz utvrđene nedostatke na plovilima kao što su nedostatak drugog člana posade, nedostatak uvjerenja za upravljanje, ne posjedovanje osiguranja ili dokumenata i slično, te šest prekršaja vezano uz prekrcaj osoba- prekomjeran broj osoba na plovilu.

- Policijski službenici će tijekom ljeta nastaviti provoditi akcije nadzora i kontrole kako bi sankcionirali utvrđene prekršaje, ali i preventivno djelovali na sve sudionike pomorskog prometa.

Još jednom ukazujemo svima na potrebu da se prilikom upravljana gliserima, skuterima i sličnim brodicama na mlazni pogon obavezno pridržavajte propisa i pravila ponašanja na moru, posebno propisane udaljenosti od obale, kako bi na taj način izbjegli mogućnost da se dogodi nesreća i stradavanje osoba.

S obzirom na povećani intenzitet prometa na moru upućujemo sve sudionike pomorskog prometa da se pridržavaju zakona i pomorskih pravila kako bi zabilježili što manje negativnih događaja na moru - apeliraju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske policije Split u proteklih sedam dana, od 10. do 17. srpnja 2023. godine, provodili su nadzor i kontrolu pomorskog prometa i ukupno su sankcionirali 39 različitih prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakona, ali i drugih zakona koji reguliraju promet na moru.

Sankcionirali su ukupno devet prekršaja tako zvanog "glisiranja" - vožnje plovilom na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale kojom se ugrožava sigurnost osoba.

Također su sankcionirali 21 prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakonika vezano uz utvrđene nedostatke na plovilima kao što su nedostatak drugog člana posade, nedostatak uvjerenja za upravljanje, ne posjedovanje osiguranja ili dokumenata i slično, te šest prekršaja vezano uz prekrcaj osoba- prekomjeran broj osoba na plovilu.

- Policijski službenici će tijekom ljeta nastaviti provoditi akcije nadzora i kontrole kako bi sankcionirali utvrđene prekršaje, ali i preventivno djelovali na sve sudionike pomorskog prometa.

Još jednom ukazujemo svima na potrebu da se prilikom upravljana gliserima, skuterima i sličnim brodicama na mlazni pogon obavezno pridržavajte propisa i pravila ponašanja na moru, posebno propisane udaljenosti od obale, kako bi na taj način izbjegli mogućnost da se dogodi nesreća i stradavanje osoba.

S obzirom na povećani intenzitet prometa na moru upućujemo sve sudionike pomorskog prometa da se pridržavaju zakona i pomorskih pravila kako bi zabilježili što manje negativnih događaja na moru - apeliraju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Splitska Pomorska policija u tjedan dana sankcionirala 39 prekršitelja: otkrili i koji su najčešći prijestupi

Policijski službenici Postaje pomorske policije Split u proteklih sedam dana, od 10. do 17. srpnja 2023. godine, provodili su nadzor i kontrolu pomorskog prometa i ukupno su sankcionirali 39 različitih prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakona, ali i drugih zakona koji reguliraju promet na moru.

Sankcionirali su ukupno devet prekršaja tako zvanog "glisiranja" - vožnje plovilom na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale kojom se ugrožava sigurnost osoba.

Također su sankcionirali 21 prekršaja iz Pomorskog zakonika vezano uz utvrđene nedostatke na plovilima kao što su nedostatak drugog člana posade, nedostatak uvjerenja za upravljanje, ne posjedovanje osiguranja ili dokumenata i slično, te šest prekršaja vezano uz prekrcaj osoba- prekomjeran broj osoba na plovilu.

- Policijski službenici će tijekom ljeta nastaviti provoditi akcije nadzora i kontrole kako bi sankcionirali utvrđene prekršaje, ali i preventivno djelovali na sve sudionike pomorskog prometa.

Još jednom ukazujemo svima na potrebu da se prilikom upravljana gliserima, skuterima i sličnim brodicama na mlazni pogon obavezno pridržavajte propisa i pravila ponašanja na moru, posebno propisane udaljenosti od obale, kako bi na taj način izbjegli mogućnost da se dogodi nesreća i stradavanje osoba.

S obzirom na povećani intenzitet prometa na moru upućujemo sve sudionike pomorskog prometa da se pridržavaju zakona i pomorskih pravila kako bi zabilježili što manje negativnih događaja na moru - apeliraju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.
