Ima li istine u pričama da je za tvornicu "Mils – Mljekare Split" i njezinih devet tisuća građevinskih kvadrata zemljišta na Kopilici, pokraj tornja OTP banke, zainteresiran trgovački lanac koji tamo vidi svoj distribucijski centar?
Službene informacije koja bi to potvrdila ili demantirala nema ni tjedan dana nakon što je ponudom od 37.510.001 kunu završila četvrta javna elektronička dražba "Milsove" imovine.
Riječ je o nekretninama čiju su vrijednost vještaci procijenili na gotovo 57 milijuna kuna, a sredinom srpnja Financijska agencija (Fina) ih je nudila po početnoj cijeni od jedne kune jer na prethodne tri dražbe nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca.
Unatoč pristigloj izdašnoj ponudi od 37.510.001 kune, još uvijek se ne može znati je li dražba imovine "Milsa" zaista uspješno okončana i za koji iznos. Naime, ponuđači, pa tako i oni najveći, mogu odustati od kupnje bez da pri tome išta izgube, s obzirom na to da su, radi sudjelovanja na dražbi, morali uplatiti tek 10 lipa jamčevine.
Također, iako je dražba završila prije tjedan dana, još nije poznato tko je sve licitirao. Naime, informacije o tome jučer smo zatražili od Trgovačkog suda koji vodi stečaj ove tvrtke. Dobili smo odgovor da je sutkinja zadužena za taj predmet na godišnjem odmoru do 23. kolovoza. To bi značilo da tražene podatke možemo dobiti najranije u ponedjeljak 26. kolovoza.
Isto tako, na podatke o ponuditeljima do tada mora čekati i Ivo Bučan, stečajni upravitelj "Milsa".
– Postupak je takav da Fina tražene podatke šalje sudu, koji će ih onda proslijediti meni kao stečajnom upravitelju – kaže Ivo Bučan.
S obzirom na to da je bilo više licitatora, jer jedan od njih je u prvoj noći dražbe ponudio 37.220.001 kunu, Bučan objašnjava kako bi trebao uslijediti daljnji postupak.
– Najvećem ponuditelju sud će donijeti rješenje o dosudi, s tim da će mu odrediti rok za plaćanje licitiranog iznosa koji može biti 30 dana. Ako on odustane, onda se to može odužiti jer će isti postupak uslijediti za onoga koji je dan prije kraja dražbe ponudio 37.360.001 kunu... Dok ne dobijem izvještaj o dražbi, ne mogu znati koliko je još ponuda stiglo prije toga. No, znam da ima zainteresiranih kupaca. Vjerujem da onaj tko je licitirao zaista ima namjeru i kupiti te da će se postupak uspješno završiti – optimistično će upravitelj Bučan.

Ima li istine u pričama da je za tvornicu "Mils – Mljekare Split" i njezinih devet tisuća građevinskih kvadrata zemljišta na Kopilici, pokraj tornja OTP banke, zainteresiran trgovački lanac koji tamo vidi svoj distribucijski centar?
Službene informacije koja bi to potvrdila ili demantirala nema ni tjedan dana nakon što je ponudom od 37.510.001 kunu završila četvrta javna elektronička dražba "Milsove" imovine.
Riječ je o nekretninama čiju su vrijednost vještaci procijenili na gotovo 57 milijuna kuna, a sredinom srpnja Financijska agencija (Fina) ih je nudila po početnoj cijeni od jedne kune jer na prethodne tri dražbe nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca.
Unatoč pristigloj izdašnoj ponudi od 37.510.001 kune, još uvijek se ne može znati je li dražba imovine "Milsa" zaista uspješno okončana i za koji iznos. Naime, ponuđači, pa tako i oni najveći, mogu odustati od kupnje bez da pri tome išta izgube, s obzirom na to da su, radi sudjelovanja na dražbi, morali uplatiti tek 10 lipa jamčevine.
Također, iako je dražba završila prije tjedan dana, još nije poznato tko je sve licitirao. Naime, informacije o tome jučer smo zatražili od Trgovačkog suda koji vodi stečaj ove tvrtke. Dobili smo odgovor da je sutkinja zadužena za taj predmet na godišnjem odmoru do 23. kolovoza. To bi značilo da tražene podatke možemo dobiti najranije u ponedjeljak 26. kolovoza.
Isto tako, na podatke o ponuditeljima do tada mora čekati i Ivo Bučan, stečajni upravitelj "Milsa".
– Postupak je takav da Fina tražene podatke šalje sudu, koji će ih onda proslijediti meni kao stečajnom upravitelju – kaže Ivo Bučan.
S obzirom na to da je bilo više licitatora, jer jedan od njih je u prvoj noći dražbe ponudio 37.220.001 kunu, Bučan objašnjava kako bi trebao uslijediti daljnji postupak.
– Najvećem ponuditelju sud će donijeti rješenje o dosudi, s tim da će mu odrediti rok za plaćanje licitiranog iznosa koji može biti 30 dana. Ako on odustane, onda se to može odužiti jer će isti postupak uslijediti za onoga koji je dan prije kraja dražbe ponudio 37.360.001 kunu... Dok ne dobijem izvještaj o dražbi, ne mogu znati koliko je još ponuda stiglo prije toga. No, znam da ima zainteresiranih kupaca. Vjerujem da onaj tko je licitirao zaista ima namjeru i kupiti te da će se postupak uspješno završiti – optimistično će upravitelj Bučan.
