Mnogi, čak i neki "morski" ljudi nikad ga nisu vidjeli u životu.

Toliko sićušan, tek 12 milimetara dug, mali morski puž upao je u oko samo znalcima i onima koji rone barem do 5 metara dubine. Malog morskog puža sada će konačno vidjeti mnogi, i domaći i stranci koji dođu u Split, jer je na jednoj od fasada na Blatinama osvanuo mural površine od 300 kvadrata s enormno velikim, inače malim morskim stvorenjem, u svoj njegovoj ljepoti.

– Namjerno smo izabrali puža, jer sve žešća betonizacija ugrozila je i njegov život, pa smo ga mi na neki način "izvukli" ispod betona i stavili na beton – kaže nam Pinija Poljaković, stručnjakinja za komunikacije u morskom programu WWF Adrije, svjetske organizacije za zaštitu prirode.

A taj mali sićušni pužić ima svoju svrhu te sudjeluje u osiguravanju ravnoteže morskih ekosustava, navodi Pinija Poljaković. Ako uništimo jedan organizam, uništili smo i onaj idući koji ovisi o njemu. A u tom lancu nalazimo se i mi ljudi. Zdravlje mora i oceana neopisivo je važno za opstanak ljudske vrste!

To veliko plavetnilo regulira klimu na našem planetu, daruje nam kisik (svaki drugi udisaj uzimamo iz oceana), pohranjuje naše emisije CO2, povezuje svijet plovnim putovima, daje nam hranu i posao. Čim se u moru okupamo, osjećamo se bolje, a samim pogledom na pučinu vjerujemo u bolje sutra. No, kako bismo sve te blagodati osigurali i za budućnost koja dolazi, moramo hitno promijeniti odnos prema gospodarenju morima.

Intenzivni ribolov, onečišćenje, klimatske promjene, uništavanje obale betonizacijom i nasipavanjem plaža: sve to čini veliki pritisak na mora i oceane. U Jadranskom moru žive brojne vrste. Neke lovimo za hranu, a druge ne vidimo, jedne tek otkrivamo, a neke će biti sve teže upoznati. Među njima su i maleni morski puževi, spektakularni morski organizmi. Svaka vrsta ima svoje mjesto i ulogu u ekosustavu – svaka vrsta doprinosi ravnoteži i otpornosti našeg Jadrana. Na nama je da ih sačuvamo jer o njima ovisi i naš opstanak na Zemlji, navode iz WWF Adrije.

Najvećeg malog morskog puža oslikali su splitski akademski slikari i street artisti Luka Duplančić i Ivan Svaguša, čiji su zajednički rad već upoznali brojni Splićani u Plinarskoj ulici, u kojoj su svojevremeno na staru fasadu "prenijeli" plakat Alema Ćurina. Ovaj novi mural na Blatinama nastao je na temelju fotografije Pere Ugarkovića, urednika portala podvodni.hr i vrlo aktivnog zaljubljenika u podmorski svijet.

Pinija Poljaković nam kaže kako je cijeli projekt trajao šest, sedam mjeseci. Trebalo je najprije pronaći zid, pa tražiti dozvole svih stanara... a onda se podigla skela i dvojica umjetnika su vrijedno slikali punih mjesec dana.

Ovo je prava splitska priča, naglašava Pinija, jer su u njoj sudjelovali redom splitski ljudi, i svi s dobrim namjerama i ljubavi prema moru i okolišu. Naša sugovornica ovim putem zahvaljuje i svim volonterima, i stanarima i lokalnoj zajednici... i kaže da koliko god pužić ima krakova, a ima ih, još je više ljudi bilo uključeno u ovaj projekt.

Iako je mural već na svome mjestu, ljudi su ga već uočili, ipak moramo reći da će se svečano otvorenje održati u petak, 18. lipnja 2021. godine, s početkom u 11 sati, u splitskom parku na Blatinama, na adresi Ulica Antuna Branka Šimića 70.

Otvorenju će nazočiti sudionici projekta i čelni ljudi grada, ali pozvani su svi građani da dođu i dožive cijelu priču oko puža. Naime, neće to biti samo suhi govori ili doslovno otkrivanje pomicanjem kakvog golemog zastora, nego nositelji projekta pripremaju pravi doživljaj. Jer, na dan samog otvorenja mural će kroz zaslone pametnog telefona ili tableta "oživjeti" uz pomoć animacije koju pripremaju Mate Žaja i Duje Stojak. Kasnije, u večernjim satima bit će nastavak proslave uz glazbu i druženje u parku ispred murala. Ne zaboravite, u petak, 18. lipnja od 18 do 23 sata.

Mural je nastao u sklopu paneuropskog projekta "Fish Forward" u svrhu podizanja svijesti o društvenim i ekološkim utjecajima konzumacije proizvoda iz ribarstva, te projekta "Transforming Mediterranean Small Scale Fisheries" u čijem se središtu interesa nalaze priobalni ribari diljem Sredozemlja. A riječ je o jedinstvenom edukativno-umjetničkom projektu čiju je produkciju provela WWF Adria – svjetska organizacija za zaštitu prirode, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarom Blatine, Turističkom zajednicom grada Splita te Splitsko-dalmatinskom županijom – Upravnim odjelom za turizam i pomorstvo.

Mnogi, čak i neki "morski" ljudi nikad ga nisu vidjeli u životu.

Toliko sićušan, tek 12 milimetara dug, mali morski puž upao je u oko samo znalcima i onima koji rone barem do 5 metara dubine. Malog morskog puža sada će konačno vidjeti mnogi, i domaći i stranci koji dođu u Split, jer je na jednoj od fasada na Blatinama osvanuo mural površine od 300 kvadrata s enormno velikim, inače malim morskim stvorenjem, u svoj njegovoj ljepoti.

– Namjerno smo izabrali puža, jer sve žešća betonizacija ugrozila je i njegov život, pa smo ga mi na neki način "izvukli" ispod betona i stavili na beton – kaže nam Pinija Poljaković, stručnjakinja za komunikacije u morskom programu WWF Adrije, svjetske organizacije za zaštitu prirode.

A taj mali sićušni pužić ima svoju svrhu te sudjeluje u osiguravanju ravnoteže morskih ekosustava, navodi Pinija Poljaković. Ako uništimo jedan organizam, uništili smo i onaj idući koji ovisi o njemu. A u tom lancu nalazimo se i mi ljudi. Zdravlje mora i oceana neopisivo je važno za opstanak ljudske vrste!

To veliko plavetnilo regulira klimu na našem planetu, daruje nam kisik (svaki drugi udisaj uzimamo iz oceana), pohranjuje naše emisije CO2, povezuje svijet plovnim putovima, daje nam hranu i posao. Čim se u moru okupamo, osjećamo se bolje, a samim pogledom na pučinu vjerujemo u bolje sutra. No, kako bismo sve te blagodati osigurali i za budućnost koja dolazi, moramo hitno promijeniti odnos prema gospodarenju morima.

Intenzivni ribolov, onečišćenje, klimatske promjene, uništavanje obale betonizacijom i nasipavanjem plaža: sve to čini veliki pritisak na mora i oceane. U Jadranskom moru žive brojne vrste. Neke lovimo za hranu, a druge ne vidimo, jedne tek otkrivamo, a neke će biti sve teže upoznati. Među njima su i maleni morski puževi, spektakularni morski organizmi. Svaka vrsta ima svoje mjesto i ulogu u ekosustavu – svaka vrsta doprinosi ravnoteži i otpornosti našeg Jadrana. Na nama je da ih sačuvamo jer o njima ovisi i naš opstanak na Zemlji, navode iz WWF Adrije.

Najvećeg malog morskog puža oslikali su splitski akademski slikari i street artisti Luka Duplančić i Ivan Svaguša, čiji su zajednički rad već upoznali brojni Splićani u Plinarskoj ulici, u kojoj su svojevremeno na staru fasadu "prenijeli" plakat Alema Ćurina. Ovaj novi mural na Blatinama nastao je na temelju fotografije Pere Ugarkovića, urednika portala podvodni.hr i vrlo aktivnog zaljubljenika u podmorski svijet.

Pinija Poljaković nam kaže kako je cijeli projekt trajao šest, sedam mjeseci. Trebalo je najprije pronaći zid, pa tražiti dozvole svih stanara... a onda se podigla skela i dvojica umjetnika su vrijedno slikali punih mjesec dana.

Ovo je prava splitska priča, naglašava Pinija, jer su u njoj sudjelovali redom splitski ljudi, i svi s dobrim namjerama i ljubavi prema moru i okolišu. Naša sugovornica ovim putem zahvaljuje i svim volonterima, i stanarima i lokalnoj zajednici... i kaže da koliko god pužić ima krakova, a ima ih, još je više ljudi bilo uključeno u ovaj projekt.

Iako je mural već na svome mjestu, ljudi su ga već uočili, ipak moramo reći da će se svečano otvorenje održati u petak, 18. lipnja 2021. godine, s početkom u 11 sati, u splitskom parku na Blatinama, na adresi Ulica Antuna Branka Šimića 70.

Otvorenju će nazočiti sudionici projekta i čelni ljudi grada, ali pozvani su svi građani da dođu i dožive cijelu priču oko puža. Naime, neće to biti samo suhi govori ili doslovno otkrivanje pomicanjem kakvog golemog zastora, nego nositelji projekta pripremaju pravi doživljaj. Jer, na dan samog otvorenja mural će kroz zaslone pametnog telefona ili tableta "oživjeti" uz pomoć animacije koju pripremaju Mate Žaja i Duje Stojak. Kasnije, u večernjim satima bit će nastavak proslave uz glazbu i druženje u parku ispred murala. Ne zaboravite, u petak, 18. lipnja od 18 do 23 sata.

Mural je nastao u sklopu paneuropskog projekta "Fish Forward" u svrhu podizanja svijesti o društvenim i ekološkim utjecajima konzumacije proizvoda iz ribarstva, te projekta "Transforming Mediterranean Small Scale Fisheries" u čijem se središtu interesa nalaze priobalni ribari diljem Sredozemlja. A riječ je o jedinstvenom edukativno-umjetničkom projektu čiju je produkciju provela WWF Adria – svjetska organizacija za zaštitu prirode, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarom Blatine, Turističkom zajednicom grada Splita te Splitsko-dalmatinskom županijom – Upravnim odjelom za turizam i pomorstvo.
