Split će na jesen dobiti dvije nove javne garaže. Nakon provedenih postupaka javne nabave za izgradnju javnih garaža na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj ulici, za svaku od garaža zaprimljene su po dvije ponude, objavljeno je na stranicama Grada Splita.

Za garažu na Lokvama, procijenjene vrijednosti više od osam milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, zaprimljene su ponude tvrtke Lavčević d.d. i M-P-Beton d.o.o. kao i za garažu u Dobrilinoj. 

- Zbog kretanja na tržištu građevinskog sektora koja su se dogodila od trenutka izrade tehničke dokumentacije i procjene troškova, prije svega poskupljenja materijala uzrokovanih koronakrizom i nedostatka radne snage, za obje garaže zaprimljene su ponude iznad procijenjene vrijednosti nabave- poručuju iz Grada.

Budući da su one za Lokve bile bitno iznad procijenjene vrijednosti, kažu iz Grada, uz očitovanje projektanta prikupljene su dvije neovisne projektantske procjene. Trenutna kretanja cijena na tržištu, koja potvrđuju i dvije neovisne procjene, pokazuju da nije realno da bi se u novom postupku nabave postigla niža cijena, naprotiv.

- Izvođač radova garaže na u Dobrilinoj je tvrtka Lavčević d.d., a izvođač radova garaže na Lokvama je tvrtka M-P-Beton d.o.o. Nakon završetka žalbenog roka, bit će potpisani ugovori s izvođačima- poručili su.

Rok izvođenja radova za obje garaže je sedam mjeseci od dana obostranog potpisa ugovora, tako da će Split na jesen dobiti dvije nove javne garaže s više od 500 parkirnih mjesta. Obje će na krovu imati javne sadržaje - garaža u Dobrilinoj sportsko, a ona na Lokvama školsko igralište.

Split će na jesen dobiti dvije nove javne garaže. Nakon provedenih postupaka javne nabave za izgradnju javnih garaža na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj ulici, za svaku od garaža zaprimljene su po dvije ponude, objavljeno je na stranicama Grada Splita.

Za garažu na Lokvama, procijenjene vrijednosti više od osam milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, zaprimljene su ponude tvrtke Lavčević d.d. i M-P-Beton d.o.o. kao i za garažu u Dobrilinoj. 

- Zbog kretanja na tržištu građevinskog sektora koja su se dogodila od trenutka izrade tehničke dokumentacije i procjene troškova, prije svega poskupljenja materijala uzrokovanih koronakrizom i nedostatka radne snage, za obje garaže zaprimljene su ponude iznad procijenjene vrijednosti nabave- poručuju iz Grada.

Budući da su one za Lokve bile bitno iznad procijenjene vrijednosti, kažu iz Grada, uz očitovanje projektanta prikupljene su dvije neovisne projektantske procjene. Trenutna kretanja cijena na tržištu, koja potvrđuju i dvije neovisne procjene, pokazuju da nije realno da bi se u novom postupku nabave postigla niža cijena, naprotiv.

- Izvođač radova garaže na u Dobrilinoj je tvrtka Lavčević d.d., a izvođač radova garaže na Lokvama je tvrtka M-P-Beton d.o.o. Nakon završetka žalbenog roka, bit će potpisani ugovori s izvođačima- poručili su.

Rok izvođenja radova za obje garaže je sedam mjeseci od dana obostranog potpisa ugovora, tako da će Split na jesen dobiti dvije nove javne garaže s više od 500 parkirnih mjesta. Obje će na krovu imati javne sadržaje - garaža u Dobrilinoj sportsko, a ona na Lokvama školsko igralište.

Split će napokon dobiti nove garaže: već od jeseni će stanovnici ovih splitskih kvartova na raspolaganju imati više od 500 mjesta za limene ljubimce

Split će na jesen dobiti dvije nove javne garaže. Nakon provedenih postupaka javne nabave za izgradnju javnih garaža na Lokvama i u Dobrilinoj ulici, za svaku od garaža zaprimljene su po dvije ponude, objavljeno je na stranicama Grada Splita.

Za garažu na Lokvama, procijenjene vrijednosti više od osam milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, zaprimljene su ponude tvrtke Lavčević d.d. i M-P-Beton d.o.o. kao i za garažu u Dobrilinoj. 

- Zbog kretanja na tržištu građevinskog sektora koja su se dogodila od trenutka izrade tehničke dokumentacije i procjene troškova, prije svega poskupljenja materijala uzrokovanih koronakrizom i nedostatka radne snage, za obje garaže zaprimljene su ponude iznad procijenjene vrijednosti nabave- poručuju iz Grada.

Budući da su one za Lokve bile bitno iznad proci...
