Splitske ulice ponekad zaista izgledaju kao da se nalaze u nekom nerazvijenom, zabačenom dijelu svijeta. Što idete dalje od Dioklecijanove palače, veća je šansa da ćete naletjeti na "nezakrpane" ceste, neuređene fasade, a u posljednje vrijeme čini se da je najvjerojatnije da ćete "nabasati" na ilegalno odložene hrpe smeća. 

Stanovnica Splita 3 svojim objektivom je zabilježila pravu modernu umjetnost koja savršeno oslikava mentalitet novog doba. Naime, netko je bome pošteno "iskrcao" glomazni otpad na javnu gradsku površinu. Čini se da je odlučio istovariti cijeli tepih centar.

Za sve građane koji to nisu znali, Čistoća Split nudi odvoz glomaznog otpada, a konkretno za Split 3, odvoz je zakazan za svaki 11. u mjesecu. 

- Prema Zakonu o održivom gospodarenju otpadom, odlaganje otpada na javne površine je zabranjeno. Obavještavamo vas da će Čistoća, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarevima i Mjesnim odborima preuzimati glomazni otpad "na kućnom pragu", odnosno na parceli obuhvata građevine. Prema Uredbi o gospodarenju komunalnim otpadom građani imaju pravo na odvoz glomaznog otpada jedanput godišnje, bez naknade (uračunat je u cijenu odvoza miješanog komunalnog otpada). Građani svoj glomazni otpad trebaju odložiti u svoje dvorište dostupno vozilu Čistoće - kako stoji na službenim stranicama. 

Građanka od koje smo dobili fotografiju, kazala nam je da se već godinama bori s ovim problemom. 

- Godinama sam se borila za ova dva divna bora ispred moje zgrade. Svaki put kad bih ostavljali svoje zahode, tinele, kužine, zemlja bi se samo udubila, rupa od metra je bila ispod borova. Slikala sam jedno 30 puta i slala komunalcima. Napokon se smeće odnijelo i već sutra su Parkovi i nasade donijeli novu zemlju i borovi su bili slobodni do nekidan - započinje gospođa Vesna Matulić.

Kaže da gotovo dvije godine nitko nije ostavio svoje smeće ispred borova, a onda je sve ponovo počelo.

- Slikam, pošaljem komunalcima, oni dođu i odnesu otpad. Sljedeći dan ponovo netko na istom mjestu isprazni smeće. Toliko sam ljuta, da ću jednom to smeće skupiti i staviti na sred ceste. A znate tko živi u zgradi pored borova? Dožupan Čogelja. I njemu to ne smeta. Ne smeta mu tona ostavljenog otpada ispred svake zgrade na Splitu 3 - govori.

Kaže da bismo se svi trebali prisjetiti one stare "prvo očisti ispred svojih vrata".

- Uopće ne razumijem kako su ljudi odvratni i nemilosrdni prema okolišu. U getu se bune kako stranci ostavljaju smeće. Na Splitu 3 nema stranaca, a otpada, šute, frižidera, dvosjeda, pločica ima ispod svakog stabla i grma. Što govori puno o nama, Splićanima, ali jednog dana će nam priroda uzvratiti, a mi ćemo gledati i gristi nokte - zaključuje.

Splitske ulice ponekad zaista izgledaju kao da se nalaze u nekom nerazvijenom, zabačenom dijelu svijeta. Što idete dalje od Dioklecijanove palače, veća je šansa da ćete naletjeti na "nezakrpane" ceste, neuređene fasade, a u posljednje vrijeme čini se da je najvjerojatnije da ćete "nabasati" na ilegalno odložene hrpe smeća. 

Stanovnica Splita 3 svojim objektivom je zabilježila pravu modernu umjetnost koja savršeno oslikava mentalitet novog doba. Naime, netko je bome pošteno "iskrcao" glomazni otpad na javnu gradsku površinu. Čini se da je odlučio istovariti cijeli tepih centar.

Za sve građane koji to nisu znali, Čistoća Split nudi odvoz glomaznog otpada, a konkretno za Split 3, odvoz je zakazan za svaki 11. u mjesecu. 

- Prema Zakonu o održivom gospodarenju otpadom, odlaganje otpada na javne površine je zabranjeno. Obavještavamo vas da će Čistoća, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarevima i Mjesnim odborima preuzimati glomazni otpad "na kućnom pragu", odnosno na parceli obuhvata građevine. Prema Uredbi o gospodarenju komunalnim otpadom građani imaju pravo na odvoz glomaznog otpada jedanput godišnje, bez naknade (uračunat je u cijenu odvoza miješanog komunalnog otpada). Građani svoj glomazni otpad trebaju odložiti u svoje dvorište dostupno vozilu Čistoće - kako stoji na službenim stranicama. 

Građanka od koje smo dobili fotografiju, kazala nam je da se već godinama bori s ovim problemom. 

- Godinama sam se borila za ova dva divna bora ispred moje zgrade. Svaki put kad bih ostavljali svoje zahode, tinele, kužine, zemlja bi se samo udubila, rupa od metra je bila ispod borova. Slikala sam jedno 30 puta i slala komunalcima. Napokon se smeće odnijelo i već sutra su Parkovi i nasade donijeli novu zemlju i borovi su bili slobodni do nekidan - započinje gospođa Vesna Matulić.

Kaže da gotovo dvije godine nitko nije ostavio svoje smeće ispred borova, a onda je sve ponovo počelo.

- Slikam, pošaljem komunalcima, oni dođu i odnesu otpad. Sljedeći dan ponovo netko na istom mjestu isprazni smeće. Toliko sam ljuta, da ću jednom to smeće skupiti i staviti na sred ceste. A znate tko živi u zgradi pored borova? Dožupan Čogelja. I njemu to ne smeta. Ne smeta mu tona ostavljenog otpada ispred svake zgrade na Splitu 3 - govori.

Kaže da bismo se svi trebali prisjetiti one stare "prvo očisti ispred svojih vrata".

- Uopće ne razumijem kako su ljudi odvratni i nemilosrdni prema okolišu. U getu se bune kako stranci ostavljaju smeće. Na Splitu 3 nema stranaca, a otpada, šute, frižidera, dvosjeda, pločica ima ispod svakog stabla i grma. Što govori puno o nama, Splićanima, ali jednog dana će nam priroda uzvratiti, a mi ćemo gledati i gristi nokte - zaključuje.
