Ima nade za splitske podstanare. Ovo potvrđuje i nova objava u popularnoj Facebook grupi "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split". Popularno je to mjesto na društvenim mrežama gdje podstanari traže svoj novi dom, a unatoč tome što su u posljednje vrijeme podivljale cijene mjesečnih najamnina još uvijek se može pronaći nešto lijepo. 

Osim visokih najamnina, podstanarima koji imaju kućne ljubimce nemoguća je misija pronaći svoj kutak. Većina stanodavaca iz nekih svojih razloga nisu ljubitelji životinja, ali ipak postoje iznimke.

- Svi Vi koji imate kućnog ljubimca i lagano već posustajte od traženja stana nakon pustih odbijenica i razočarenja, ne odustajte od svoje namjere. Kad se najmanje nadate, pojavit će se iznajmljivač koji će Vas raširenih ruku primiti u svoj stan u Splitu i to predivno uređen i s normalnom cijenom jer razumi da na današnja primanja nije lako izdvojiti više od 400 eura za podstanarstvo. Ja se mojoj gazdarici zahvaljujem i trudit ću se opravdati njezino povjerenje i brinuti se o njezinom stanu kao da je moj vlastiti, a posebnu pažnju ću obratiti na svoju životinju.. Jer ne čini drugom, ono što ne želiš da se čini tebi. Sritno svima u potrazi za stanom - napisala je jedna članica grupe i izmamila nam osmijeh na lice.

Ima nade za splitske podstanare. Ovo potvrđuje i nova objava u popularnoj Facebook grupi "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split". Popularno je to mjesto na društvenim mrežama gdje podstanari traže svoj novi dom, a unatoč tome što su u posljednje vrijeme podivljale cijene mjesečnih najamnina još uvijek se može pronaći nešto lijepo. 

Osim visokih najamnina, podstanarima koji imaju kućne ljubimce nemoguća je misija pronaći svoj kutak. Većina stanodavaca iz nekih svojih razloga nisu ljubitelji životinja, ali ipak postoje iznimke.

- Svi Vi koji imate kućnog ljubimca i lagano već posustajte od traženja stana nakon pustih odbijenica i razočarenja, ne odustajte od svoje namjere. Kad se najmanje nadate, pojavit će se iznajmljivač koji će Vas raširenih ruku primiti u svoj stan u Splitu i to predivno uređen i s normalnom cijenom jer razumi da na današnja primanja nije lako izdvojiti više od 400 eura za podstanarstvo. Ja se mojoj gazdarici zahvaljujem i trudit ću se opravdati njezino povjerenje i brinuti se o njezinom stanu kao da je moj vlastiti, a posebnu pažnju ću obratiti na svoju životinju.. Jer ne čini drugom, ono što ne želiš da se čini tebi. Sritno svima u potrazi za stanom - napisala je jedna članica grupe i izmamila nam osmijeh na lice.
