“Poštovani, prije koji dan pisali ste kako je došlo vrijeme da centar grada sada spava jer više nema nikoga.

Šaljem vam račun za parking u Zvonimirovoj ulici kod Koteksovog nebodera - 15 minuta plaćeno četiri eura”, požalio nam se čitatelj I. G. zatečen visinom cijene kratkotrajnog parkiranja u središtu grada. Ironično je primijetio i kako je tvrtka koja izdaje račun registrirana kao j.d.o.o. zaključivši “bit će joj temeljni kapital 10 kn, tri puta manji od računa za parking od 15 minuta”.

I u pravu je – iznos temeljnog kapitala tvrtke Parking Car j.d.o.o., koja izdaje račune za parkiranje, upravo je toliki. Riječ je o tvrtki u vlasništvu Branimira Aleksića koja se na natječaj Hrvatskih cesta, raspisan krajem prošle godine, prijavila s najboljom ponudom za najam površine veličine 476 četvornih metara na lokaciji nasuprot “Narodnih novina”, istočno od raskrižja Zvonimirove i Pojišanske ulice - s čak 6198 eura mjesečno (46.700 kuna). Na njoj je, pisali smo početkom ljeta, predviđen parking za 19 automobila ukoliko zakupac ne ‘ugura’ na nju još koje mjesto za osobno vozilo.

Kao početni iznos za korištenje tog cestovnog zemljišta bila je utvrđena mjesečna naknada od 11.900 kuna, čime se već u startu dalo naslutiti kako sat parkiranja Splićanima u toj zoni zasigurno neće biti jeftin. No, mjesečni najam spomenute površine smještene zapadno od Koteksovog nebodera nije se zaustavio na toj “simboličnoj” cijeni nego je završio na četiri puta većoj koliko je Aleksićeva tvrtka izrazila spremnost plaćati iz mjeseca u mjesec tijekom četverogodišnjeg razdoblja.

Osim ponude njegove tvrtke Parking Car j.d.o.o., koja je ponudila 4959 eura bez PDV-a, bilo je još zainteresiranih za najam atraktivne površine udaljene svega par minuta hoda od Rive, trajektne luke, te autobusnog i željezničkog kolodvora. Tvrtka “Karabin” bila je spremna platiti 4471 euro, “Svitlost” 4040 eura, a “Baketina” 4790 eura mjesečnog najma dok tvrtka “Dionis” nije zadovoljila uvjete natječaja.

Čitatelj I. G. se, nažalost, na najgori mogući način informirao o cijeni parkinga u spomenutoj zoni, jer ga je oplelo po džepu. Zato i ovaj tekst, kao upozorenje ostalima - parking u Zvonimirovoj ulici kod Koteksovog nebodera nije za ‘obične’ smrtnike.

“Poštovani, prije koji dan pisali ste kako je došlo vrijeme da centar grada sada spava jer više nema nikoga.

Jesu li možda i ovakvi pridonijeli da građani i gosti bježe iz grada i ne vraćaju se? Šaljem vam račun za parking u Zvonimirovoj ulici kod Koteksovog nebodera - 15 minuta plaćeno četiri eura”, požalio nam se čitatelj I. G. zatečen visinom cijene kratkotrajnog parkiranja u središtu grada. Ironično je primijetio i kako je tvrtka koja izdaje račun registrirana kao j.d.o.o. zaključivši “bit će joj temeljni kapital 10 kn, tri puta manji od računa za parking od 15 minuta”.

I u pravu je – iznos temeljnog kapitala tvrtke Parking Car j.d.o.o., koja izdaje račune za parkiranje, upravo je toliki. Riječ je o tvrtki u vlasništvu Branimira Aleksića koja se na natječaj Hrvatskih cesta, raspisan krajem prošle godine, prijavila s najboljom ponudom za najam površine veličine 476 četvornih metara na lokaciji nasuprot “Narodnih novina”, istočno od raskrižja Zvonimirove i Pojišanske ulice - s čak 6198 eura mjesečno (46.700 kuna). Na njoj je, pisali smo početkom ljeta, predviđen parking za 19 automobila ukoliko zakupac ne ‘ugura’ na nju još koje mjesto za osobno vozilo.

Kao početni iznos za korištenje tog cestovnog zemljišta bila je utvrđena mjesečna naknada od 11.900 kuna, čime se već u startu dalo naslutiti kako sat parkiranja Splićanima u toj zoni zasigurno neće biti jeftin. No, mjesečni najam spomenute površine smještene zapadno od Koteksovog nebodera nije se zaustavio na toj “simboličnoj” cijeni nego je završio na četiri puta većoj koliko je Aleksićeva tvrtka izrazila spremnost plaćati iz mjeseca u mjesec tijekom četverogodišnjeg razdoblja.

Osim ponude njegove tvrtke Parking Car j.d.o.o., koja je ponudila 4959 eura bez PDV-a, bilo je još zainteresiranih za najam atraktivne površine udaljene svega par minuta hoda od Rive, trajektne luke, te autobusnog i željezničkog kolodvora. Tvrtka “Karabin” bila je spremna platiti 4471 euro, “Svitlost” 4040 eura, a “Baketina” 4790 eura mjesečnog najma dok tvrtka “Dionis” nije zadovoljila uvjete natječaja.

Čitatelj I. G. se, nažalost, na najgori mogući način informirao o cijeni parkinga u spomenutoj zoni, jer ga je oplelo po džepu. Zato i ovaj tekst, kao upozorenje ostalima - parking u Zvonimirovoj ulici kod Koteksovog nebodera nije za ‘obične’ smrtnike.
