Iako se danas većina privatnih iznajmljivača oglašava preko internetskih platformi kao što su Booking.com ili Airbnb, izgleda da neki i dalje ustraju na nešto tradicionalnijim načinima. 

Tako je vlasnik smještaja u Viškoj ulici na Bačvicama ispred kuće postavio - uličnu tablu. Kako bismo provjerili je li ovakvo nešto odobreno, obratili smo se gradskim vlastima.

- Apartmani se sukladno Zakonu moraju označavati točno propisanim pločama na objektima. Za ovakvu ploču nije moguće ishoditi odobrenje Grada Splita.

Do sada nismo zaprimili prijavu za navedenu ploču stoga će komunalno redarstvo izvršiti provjeru na terenu - odgovorili su nam.

Je li redarstvo provjeru obavilo ili ne još uvijek nije poznato, ali je ploča svakako još uvijek na istom mjestu. 

Hoće li tamo dočekati iduću sezonu, tek preostaje vidjeti.

Iako se danas većina privatnih iznajmljivača oglašava preko internetskih platformi kao što su Booking.com ili Airbnb, izgleda da neki i dalje ustraju na nešto tradicionalnijim načinima. 

Tako je vlasnik smještaja u Viškoj ulici na Bačvicama ispred kuće postavio - uličnu tablu. Kako bismo provjerili je li ovakvo nešto odobreno, obratili smo se gradskim vlastima.

- Apartmani se sukladno Zakonu moraju označavati točno propisanim pločama na objektima. Za ovakvu ploču nije moguće ishoditi odobrenje Grada Splita.

Do sada nismo zaprimili prijavu za navedenu ploču stoga će komunalno redarstvo izvršiti provjeru na terenu - odgovorili su nam.

Je li redarstvo provjeru obavilo ili ne još uvijek nije poznato, ali je ploča svakako još uvijek na istom mjestu. 

Hoće li tamo dočekati iduću sezonu, tek preostaje vidjeti.
