Naš sugrađan (podaci poznati redakciji) javio nam se putem maila kako bi se požalio na ispisanu kaznu od strane prometnog redara koju je dobio u ulici Gospe od mira u Stobreču 18. ožujka.
- Istina je da je vozilo zatečeno u ulici Gospe od mira, ali nije bilo u prekršaju jer je od mog vozila do suprotnog ruba ceste bilo više od četiri metra što je dovoljno za prolazak dvaju vozila istovremeno.
Dobio sam kaznu po čl. 78 za ometanje prometa, a nikakvog ometanja nije bilo. Pozivam se i na selektivno postupanje dotičnog prometnog redara jer mi je isti rekao da je ‘‘odokativno‘‘ procjenio da moje auto smeta, što znači da nije koristio mjernu letvu za utvrditi stvarno i činjenično stanje, a to je da do suprotnog ruba ceste ima preko četiri metra
Zašto taj isti prometni redar nije ušao u Hercegovačku, Imotsku i Cetinsku ulicu gdje su vozila parkirana tako da se jedva s jednim automobilom prođe, a kamoli da se dva automobila mimoiđu? U prilogu Vam šaljem fotografije koje to dokazuju te zahtijevam da izađete na teren i ostalima ispišete kazne kao i meni.
Na fotografijama imate i tablice automobila koji su u prekršaju. Ovu prepisku šaljem i na portale da građani našeg grada vide kako Vaša služba radi i kako selektivno postupa u Stobreču. Očekujem Vašu reakciju i izlazak na teren da dokažete dosljednost u svom postupanju, u protivnom zahtijevam da mi izbrišete kaznu koja nije osnovana - ovo je u svom mailu naš sugrađanin poslao prometnom redarstvu i našoj redakciji.
Poslali smo upit Josipu Gabelici, vodtelju prometnih redara smatra li da se radi o selektivnom postupanju kako se u mailu navodi te namjeravaju li redari opet izlaziti na teren
- Postupalo se prema vozilima u prekršaju navedenog dana. Za navedenu ulicu smo danima zaprimali prijave, te smo u jednom periodu čak postupali sa izdavanjem upozorenja za počinjene prekršaje, te moram naglasiti da se ne radi o selektivnom postupanju.
Prometni redari postupaju po prijavama i samostalnim uočavanjem prometnih prekršaja, a navedeno područje nije prioritetno da bi se svakodnevno obilazilo za postupanje - odgovorio nam je Gabelica.

Naš sugrađan (podaci poznati redakciji) javio nam se putem maila kako bi se požalio na ispisanu kaznu od strane prometnog redara koju je dobio u ulici Gospe od mira u Stobreču 18. ožujka.
- Istina je da je vozilo zatečeno u ulici Gospe od mira, ali nije bilo u prekršaju jer je od mog vozila do suprotnog ruba ceste bilo više od četiri metra što je dovoljno za prolazak dvaju vozila istovremeno.
Dobio sam kaznu po čl. 78 za ometanje prometa, a nikakvog ometanja nije bilo. Pozivam se i na selektivno postupanje dotičnog prometnog redara jer mi je isti rekao da je ‘‘odokativno‘‘ procjenio da moje auto smeta, što znači da nije koristio mjernu letvu za utvrditi stvarno i činjenično stanje, a to je da do suprotnog ruba ceste ima preko četiri metra
Zašto taj isti prometni redar nije ušao u Hercegovačku, Imotsku i Cetinsku ulicu gdje su vozila parkirana tako da se jedva s jednim automobilom prođe, a kamoli da se dva automobila mimoiđu? U prilogu Vam šaljem fotografije koje to dokazuju te zahtijevam da izađete na teren i ostalima ispišete kazne kao i meni.
Na fotografijama imate i tablice automobila koji su u prekršaju. Ovu prepisku šaljem i na portale da građani našeg grada vide kako Vaša služba radi i kako selektivno postupa u Stobreču. Očekujem Vašu reakciju i izlazak na teren da dokažete dosljednost u svom postupanju, u protivnom zahtijevam da mi izbrišete kaznu koja nije osnovana - ovo je u svom mailu naš sugrađanin poslao prometnom redarstvu i našoj redakciji.
Poslali smo upit Josipu Gabelici, vodtelju prometnih redara smatra li da se radi o selektivnom postupanju kako se u mailu navodi te namjeravaju li redari opet izlaziti na teren
- Postupalo se prema vozilima u prekršaju navedenog dana. Za navedenu ulicu smo danima zaprimali prijave, te smo u jednom periodu čak postupali sa izdavanjem upozorenja za počinjene prekršaje, te moram naglasiti da se ne radi o selektivnom postupanju.
Prometni redari postupaju po prijavama i samostalnim uočavanjem prometnih prekršaja, a navedeno područje nije prioritetno da bi se svakodnevno obilazilo za postupanje - odgovorio nam je Gabelica.
