Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja je objavilo Izvješće o komunalnom otpadu za 2022. godinu. Navodi se kako je u tom periodu nastalo 1.844.382 tona komunalnog otpada, što je najviše ikad i povećanje od četiri posto u odnosu na 2021. 

Uzroci za ovo, kažu, leže u porastu vrijednosti gospodarskih pokazatelja, a posebno sa značajnim porastom vrijednosti pokazatelja ostvarenog turističkog prometa. Količina komunalnog otpada nastalog u turizmu u 2022. godini iznosila je 181.642 tona. Navedeno predstavlja najveću do sada izračunatu vrijednost.

Dakle: Više turizma - više smeća.

Godišnja količina komunalnog otpada koja je nastala po stanovniku iznosila je 474 kilograma što je također najveća vrijednost u promatranom razdoblju od 1995. do 2022. godine. Pritom je stopa odvojeno sakupljenog komunalnog otpada (sve vrste komunalnog otpada osim miješanog komunalnog otpada) iznosila 46 posto, odnosno odvojeno je sakupljeno 844.387 tona. U 2021. godini ta stopa je iznosila 43 posto čime se nastavlja trend daljnjeg porasta stope odvojenog sakupljanja. Ipak, u posljednje dvije godine je dinamika porasta stope odvojenog sakupljanja nešto sporija, kao posljedica nečistoća koje su u značajnom udjelu prisutne u odvojeno sakupljenom otpadu, posebice u biootpadu, koji se u tom slučaju kategorizira kao miješani komunalni otpad.

Što se tiče statistike 10 najvećih hrvatskih gradova po pitanju uspješnosti gospodarenja otpadom, Split je zadnji po odvojenom prikupljanju otpada. Riječ je o svega 13 posto uspješnosti, što je prilično poražavajuće, naročito u odnosu na osječkih 51 ili državni prosjek od 46 posto. Da stvar bude još gora, i Split i Zagreb nazaduju u odnosu na 2021. godinu.

Ovo tužno stanje je komentirao i član splitskog Gradskog vijeća Ivica Budimir.

"Neefikasnost uprave Čistoće i nefokusiranost gradonačelnika na splitske probleme rezultirale su tim lošim brojkama. Smatramo kako se brojevi moraju hitno popraviti i kako je to moguće kroz dva smjera. Prvi smjer je dodatna i pojačana edukacija građana, postavljanje video nadzora, češće kontrole, (nažalost) početak kažnjavanja barem grubih kršenja pravila o odvojenom prikupljanju otpada, dok bi drugi smjer bio hitno rješavanje sortirnice i kompostane čime bi se postotak oporabljenog i recikliranog otpada sigurno povećao. Jedino tako cilj od 50 posto odvojeno prikupljenog otpada ne bi trebao biti nedostižan kroz idućih par godina", poručio je HDZ-ovac.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja je objavilo Izvješće o komunalnom otpadu za 2022. godinu. Navodi se kako je u tom periodu nastalo 1.844.382 tona komunalnog otpada, što je najviše ikad i povećanje od četiri posto u odnosu na 2021. 

Uzroci za ovo, kažu, leže u porastu vrijednosti gospodarskih pokazatelja, a posebno sa značajnim porastom vrijednosti pokazatelja ostvarenog turističkog prometa. Količina komunalnog otpada nastalog u turizmu u 2022. godini iznosila je 181.642 tona. Navedeno predstavlja najveću do sada izračunatu vrijednost.

Dakle: Više turizma - više smeća.

Godišnja količina komunalnog otpada koja je nastala po stanovniku iznosila je 474 kilograma što je također najveća vrijednost u promatranom razdoblju od 1995. do 2022. godine. Pritom je stopa odvojeno sakupljenog komunalnog otpada (sve vrste komunalnog otpada osim miješanog komunalnog otpada) iznosila 46 posto, odnosno odvojeno je sakupljeno 844.387 tona. U 2021. godini ta stopa je iznosila 43 posto čime se nastavlja trend daljnjeg porasta stope odvojenog sakupljanja. Ipak, u posljednje dvije godine je dinamika porasta stope odvojenog sakupljanja nešto sporija, kao posljedica nečistoća koje su u značajnom udjelu prisutne u odvojeno sakupljenom otpadu, posebice u biootpadu, koji se u tom slučaju kategorizira kao miješani komunalni otpad.

Što se tiče statistike 10 najvećih hrvatskih gradova po pitanju uspješnosti gospodarenja otpadom, Split je zadnji po odvojenom prikupljanju otpada. Riječ je o svega 13 posto uspješnosti, što je prilično poražavajuće, naročito u odnosu na osječkih 51 ili državni prosjek od 46 posto. Da stvar bude još gora, i Split i Zagreb nazaduju u odnosu na 2021. godinu.

Ovo tužno stanje je komentirao i član splitskog Gradskog vijeća Ivica Budimir.

"Neefikasnost uprave Čistoće i nefokusiranost gradonačelnika na splitske probleme rezultirale su tim lošim brojkama. Smatramo kako se brojevi moraju hitno popraviti i kako je to moguće kroz dva smjera. Prvi smjer je dodatna i pojačana edukacija građana, postavljanje video nadzora, češće kontrole, (nažalost) početak kažnjavanja barem grubih kršenja pravila o odvojenom prikupljanju otpada, dok bi drugi smjer bio hitno rješavanje sortirnice i kompostane čime bi se postotak oporabljenog i recikliranog otpada sigurno povećao. Jedino tako cilj od 50 posto odvojeno prikupljenog otpada ne bi trebao biti nedostižan kroz idućih par godina", poručio je HDZ-ovac.
