Znate li što se u Splitu događa od 12. do 14. srpnja? Ultra Europe Music Festival u Splitu, da, da... bliži se taj vikend "Sodome i Gomore", a svi jako dobro znamo kako je to izgledalo prijašnjih godina. Sigurni smo da su neki od vas sada u sebi pomislili "bolje da mi niste rekli", a drugi trljaju ruke jer znaju da je upravo u tom razdoblju najveća zarada. Zainteresiralo nas je jesu li već iznajmljeni svi kreveti, tavani i podrumi u gradu pa smo odlučili istražiti ponudu smještaja.
Dolazak u Split u tom razdoblju je jedan poprilično skup "sport". U tražilicu smo kao datum dolaska naveli prvi dan festivala, a kao datum odlaska zadnjia. Boli nas briga, zadnji dan ćemo zaspati na klupi na Rivi, ionako ćemo biti pregaženi pa će nam biti svejedno gdje se nalazimo.

Opcija "sortiraj od najjeftinijeg" je obavezna, a prvo što nam je "izašlo" je jedan apartman udaljen od centra 2,7 kilometara čija je cijena za dva noćenja 230 eura. To je najjeftiniji i treba ga ugrabiti što prije jer idući se iznajmljuje za 260 eura za dvije noći, pa za 293 eura, 300 eura i tako dalje, odnosno i tako skuplje.

Slijede iznosi od kojih boli glava: 523 eura, 598, 720, 740 eura i, ponavljamo, govorimo o smještaju za dvije noći. Kad smo stavili opciju "sortiraj od najskupljeg" skoro nas je "kolpalo" - apartman s balkonom u Stobreču za dvije osobe na dvije noći se iznajmljuje, pazite sad ovo, za 10.000 eura.
Nadamo se da je u pitanju neka greška, ali moguće i da se radi o kalkulaciji jer vlasnik možda ne želi iznajmiti smještaj u tom razdoblju ili preko te platforme.

Razočarani ponudom apartmanskog smještaja odlučili smo pogledati što se nudi u hostelima, a nismo se pretjerano usrećili. Najjeftinija opcija za dvije osobe na dvije noći je 280 eura u sobi koja ukupno ima 20 kreveta. Dakle, spavate sa 18 nepoznatih ljudi. Možda je ipak bolje za te novce uzeti apartman. Doduše treba uzeti u obzir i činjenicu da neki još nisu otvorili raspoloživost za nadolazeću sezonu, a vlasnica jednog hostela otkrila nam je zašto su cijene baš toliko skuplje.

- U hostelima cijena kreveta bude 80 do 110 eura, a privatne sobe iznajmljuju se uglavnom za 240 do 260 eura. Ljudi toliko dižu cijene jer se boje nereda, ja smatram da bi trebalo iznajmljivati za 50 posto višu cijenu. Velik broj iznajmljivača podigne za 100 ili 200 posto, a to ipak nije uredu. Festival je motiv za to, a nepisano je pravilo da kada su festivalski dani je sve duplo skuplje - objašnjava.

Znate li što se u Splitu događa od 12. do 14. srpnja? Ultra Europe Music Festival u Splitu, da, da... bliži se taj vikend "Sodome i Gomore", a svi jako dobro znamo kako je to izgledalo prijašnjih godina. Sigurni smo da su neki od vas sada u sebi pomislili "bolje da mi niste rekli", a drugi trljaju ruke jer znaju da je upravo u tom razdoblju najveća zarada. Zainteresiralo nas je jesu li već iznajmljeni svi kreveti, tavani i podrumi u gradu pa smo odlučili istražiti ponudu smještaja.
Dolazak u Split u tom razdoblju je jedan poprilično skup "sport". U tražilicu smo kao datum dolaska naveli prvi dan festivala, a kao datum odlaska zadnjia. Boli nas briga, zadnji dan ćemo zaspati na klupi na Rivi, ionako ćemo biti pregaženi pa će nam biti svejedno gdje se nalazimo.

Opcija "sortiraj od najjeftinijeg" je obavezna, a prvo što nam je "izašlo" je jedan apartman udaljen od centra 2,7 kilometara čija je cijena za dva noćenja 230 eura. To je najjeftiniji i treba ga ugrabiti što prije jer idući se iznajmljuje za 260 eura za dvije noći, pa za 293 eura, 300 eura i tako dalje, odnosno i tako skuplje.

Slijede iznosi od kojih boli glava: 523 eura, 598, 720, 740 eura i, ponavljamo, govorimo o smještaju za dvije noći. Kad smo stavili opciju "sortiraj od najskupljeg" skoro nas je "kolpalo" - apartman s balkonom u Stobreču za dvije osobe na dvije noći se iznajmljuje, pazite sad ovo, za 10.000 eura.
Nadamo se da je u pitanju neka greška, ali moguće i da se radi o kalkulaciji jer vlasnik možda ne želi iznajmiti smještaj u tom razdoblju ili preko te platforme.

Razočarani ponudom apartmanskog smještaja odlučili smo pogledati što se nudi u hostelima, a nismo se pretjerano usrećili. Najjeftinija opcija za dvije osobe na dvije noći je 280 eura u sobi koja ukupno ima 20 kreveta. Dakle, spavate sa 18 nepoznatih ljudi. Možda je ipak bolje za te novce uzeti apartman. Doduše treba uzeti u obzir i činjenicu da neki još nisu otvorili raspoloživost za nadolazeću sezonu, a vlasnica jednog hostela otkrila nam je zašto su cijene baš toliko skuplje.

- U hostelima cijena kreveta bude 80 do 110 eura, a privatne sobe iznajmljuju se uglavnom za 240 do 260 eura. Ljudi toliko dižu cijene jer se boje nereda, ja smatram da bi trebalo iznajmljivati za 50 posto višu cijenu. Velik broj iznajmljivača podigne za 100 ili 200 posto, a to ipak nije uredu. Festival je motiv za to, a nepisano je pravilo da kada su festivalski dani je sve duplo skuplje - objašnjava.
