Čitam oglas – prenamjena zgrade Hrvatske gospodarske komore na splitskoj Matejuški u hotel.

Traži HGK partnera. Ma je li moguće? Ne da se u Splitu otvara miljunti smještaj za turiste, nego da je to baš u HGK. Onoj lipoj kamenoj palači na Trumbićevoj obali koju je 1929. godine projektirao arhitekt Fabjan Kaliterna?

Ne samo to, zar ta ustanova, Hrvatska gospodarska komora ne bi trebala štititi hrvatsko gospodarstvo od turističke monokulture, poticati ulaganja u druge sektore, da ne ovisimo kao stado majmuna samo o jednoj grani s bananama?

I Banovina će u hotel

Sasvim obrnuto, baš oni u zgradi koja je građena upravo za ovu svrhu, za nekakvu javnu namjenu i zaštićena je kao kulturno dobro, oni namjeravaju otvoriti hotel.

Što će pobogu Hrvatska gospodarska komora s hotelom? Da je IT-centar pa ajde to je neka pamet i poduzetništvo, također profitabilno, ali na puno višoj razini od mijenjanja lancuna i čišćenja rigotine i dlaka. I koliko Split gubi gubljenjem još jednog objekta od javnog interesa.

I gdje je tu mogućnost da grad i konzervatori zaštite i ovakve namjene od turističke Godzille. Ali oni iz Banovine i Banovinu žele pretvoriti u hotel, dakle, nema tu te misli. Ovi iz HGK traže ‘partnera‘.

Mogli bi se kladiti da je gotov i projekt hotela, izabrano ime, naručeni kušini. Ako želi biti partner, u oglasu piše, gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati da u zadnje tri godine koje prethode ovom Pozivu ima minimalno 1000 turističkih ležaja pod upravljanjem i minimalno 150 milijuna kuna vrijednosti imovine pod upravljanjem, te minimalno pet hotela pod upravljanjem. Tko bi to mogao biti, hm-hm...

A ništa, povodom šokantne objave zovemo Jozu Tomaša, Predsjednika HGK - Županijske komore Split, nekadašnjeg hotelijera:

Predsjedniče, otkud ovo da zatvarate zgradu Komore i otvarate hotel? Jel ovo moguće?

- Ne bih ništa govorio osim onog što je napisano u javnom pozivu.

To nas ne zanima, nisam ‘gospodarski subjekt s tisuću ležajeva i pet hotela‘ nego javnost, a HGK je ustanova od javnog interesa, barem je nekoć bila, a i ta zgrada je vrijedna baština...

Neće odgovorit za misec dana, a i to što odgovore...

Ok poslušali smo predsjednika Jozu, skrolali oglas, lijepo piše: za informacije se javite ‘pisarnici – manki‘. Srećom, ima i telefon, javlja se šef pravne službe Tomislav Njegovan, otvoren i drag čovjek, sve ga možemo pitati:

- Pitajte što god vam padne na pamet.

I hoćemo. Otkud ideja da reprezentativna palača HGK na Matejuški, postane hotel?

- Reorganizacija, novi Zakon o HGK iz siječnja 2022. godina rapidno nam je smanjio prihode od članarine. Već smo smanjili broj ljudi, može se reći i drastično, i ostalo je velikih zgrada u kojima više nema tko sjediti, a tako je i sa Splitom. K tome, treba nam novi izvor financiranja i fokus je na nekretninama. Nudili smo mi i za start-up, pa ništa...

Pa jeste li mogli naći nešto ‘pametnije‘ od turizma?

- Znam na što mislite. Ali već smo tu zgradu u Splitu dijelom nudili za start-upove i nije bilo interesa. Turizam je u Splitu siguran izvor prihoda.

- To vam je do strategije grada, nije do nas.

Imate li već partnera u vidu, kada primate prve goste?

- Ne, ne, ovo je tek ispitivanje interesa. Može nakon svega biti partnerstvo, a i ne mora, može biti hotel a i ne mora, tek ispitujemo koncept.

HGK može sa zgradom na Trumbićevoj obali činiti što hoće?

- Da, ona je vlasništvo HGK.

A gdje će splitski HGK?

- Pretpostavljam da ćemo iznajmiti neki adekvatniji prostor.

Čitam oglas – prenamjena zgrade Hrvatske gospodarske komore na splitskoj Matejuški u hotel.

Traži HGK partnera. Ma je li moguće? Ne da se u Splitu otvara miljunti smještaj za turiste, nego da je to baš u HGK. Onoj lipoj kamenoj palači na Trumbićevoj obali koju je 1929. godine projektirao arhitekt Fabjan Kaliterna?

Ne samo to, zar ta ustanova, Hrvatska gospodarska komora ne bi trebala štititi hrvatsko gospodarstvo od turističke monokulture, poticati ulaganja u druge sektore, da ne ovisimo kao stado majmuna samo o jednoj grani s bananama?

I Banovina će u hotel

Sasvim obrnuto, baš oni u zgradi koja je građena upravo za ovu svrhu, za nekakvu javnu namjenu i zaštićena je kao kulturno dobro, oni namjeravaju otvoriti hotel.

Što će pobogu Hrvatska gospodarska komora s hotelom? Da je IT-centar pa ajde to je neka pamet i poduzetništvo, također profitabilno, ali na puno višoj razini od mijenjanja lancuna i čišćenja rigotine i dlaka. I koliko Split gubi gubljenjem još jednog objekta od javnog interesa.

I gdje je tu mogućnost da grad i konzervatori zaštite i ovakve namjene od turističke Godzille. Ali oni iz Banovine i Banovinu žele pretvoriti u hotel, dakle, nema tu te misli. Ovi iz HGK traže ‘partnera‘.

Mogli bi se kladiti da je gotov i projekt hotela, izabrano ime, naručeni kušini. Ako želi biti partner, u oglasu piše, gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati da u zadnje tri godine koje prethode ovom Pozivu ima minimalno 1000 turističkih ležaja pod upravljanjem i minimalno 150 milijuna kuna vrijednosti imovine pod upravljanjem, te minimalno pet hotela pod upravljanjem. Tko bi to mogao biti, hm-hm...

A ništa, povodom šokantne objave zovemo Jozu Tomaša, Predsjednika HGK - Županijske komore Split, nekadašnjeg hotelijera:

Predsjedniče, otkud ovo da zatvarate zgradu Komore i otvarate hotel? Jel ovo moguće?

To nas ne zanima, nisam ‘gospodarski subjekt s tisuću ležajeva i pet hotela‘ nego javnost, a HGK je ustanova od javnog interesa, barem je nekoć bila, a i ta zgrada je vrijedna baština...

- Sve ok, nema tajni, ispod oglasa, naći ćete kontakt telefon i mail za više informacija.

Neće odgovorit za misec dana, a i to što odgovore...

Ok poslušali smo predsjednika Jozu, skrolali oglas, lijepo piše: za informacije se javite ‘pisarnici – manki‘. Srećom, ima i telefon, javlja se šef pravne službe Tomislav Njegovan, otvoren i drag čovjek, sve ga možemo pitati:

- Pitajte što god vam padne na pamet.

I hoćemo. Otkud ideja da reprezentativna palača HGK na Matejuški, postane hotel?

- Reorganizacija, novi Zakon o HGK iz siječnja 2022. godina rapidno nam je smanjio prihode od članarine. Već smo smanjili broj ljudi, može se reći i drastično, i ostalo je velikih zgrada u kojima više nema tko sjediti, a tako je i sa Splitom. K tome, treba nam novi izvor financiranja i fokus je na nekretninama. Nudili smo mi i za start-up, pa ništa...

Pa jeste li mogli naći nešto ‘pametnije‘ od turizma?

- Znam na što mislite. Ali već smo tu zgradu u Splitu dijelom nudili za start-upove i nije bilo interesa. Turizam je u Splitu siguran izvor prihoda.

- Ne, ne, ovo je tek ispitivanje interesa. Može nakon svega biti partnerstvo, a i ne mora, može biti hotel a i ne mora, tek ispitujemo koncept.

HGK može sa zgradom na Trumbićevoj obali činiti što hoće?

- Da, ona je vlasništvo HGK.

A gdje će splitski HGK?

- Pretpostavljam da ćemo iznajmiti neki adekvatniji prostor.
