Pisali smo u gužvama u čekaonici Službe za centralno naručivanje pacijenata pri KBC Split, Nikome nije lako čekati red, posebice ne na ovim vrućinama, a najteže je onima koji su najkrhkiji sa zdravljem.

Tako smo objavili zapis s lica mjesta jedne gospođe koja se pošteno načekala u čekaonici na Firulama prateći svoju stariju majku koja spada u takozvane prioritetne pacijente za koje se dva puta mjesečno otvaraju termini za upis za dijagnostičke postupke na Zavodu za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju, odnosno za snimanja MR, MSCT, UZV.

Znači, prioritetni pacijenti među kojima su i onkološki, te hematoonkološki bolesnici imaju dva dana u mjesecu koje odredi bolnica, pa te datume treba pratiti, i doći sa svim mogućim nalazima kako bi se naručili za neku od radioloških pretraga.

Može li se što promijeniti po ovom pitanju, pitali smo dr. Krešimira Dolića, zamjenika ravnatelja splitskoga KBC-a, ujedno i predstojnika Kliničkog zavoda za dijagnostičku i intervenciju radiologiju. Veli nam kako se na tom odjelu zaista trude svim naporima kako bi svim pacijentima pružili skrb koju trebaju, no rade pod velikim pritiskom jer je nažalost, sve više onkoloških pacijenata.

- Zaista se trudimo koliko možemo. Odjel radi danonoćno, čak i vikendima, no pacijenata je sve više. Na mjesečnoj razini oslobođeno je čak tisuću do 1200 novih termina, a opet ne uspijevamo sve pokriti. Zadnjih godina uvedeni su novi lijekovi za onkološke bolesnike, što povlači i češće kontrole, pa se stvara dodatno opterećenje za onkologiju. Aparati su stalno u upotrebi, pa se znaju i kvariti.

Znam da pacijenti trebaju pretrage, pa apeliram na svih njih da budu strpljivi jer ako ne uspiju dobiti termin kroz tjedan koji žele, neće biti ništa koji dan kasnije kada ga dobiju jer će ga dobiti sigurno. Liječnici opće medicine pak ne mogu direktno upisivati pacijente za pretrage na radiologiji, no mogu zatražiti zahtjev za prioritetne pacijente - kazao nam je dr. Dolić.

Uputio je i molbu kolegama u obiteljskoj medicini da dobro iskomuniciraju sve sa svojim pacijentima, te procijene na koje pretrage je potrebno ići.

- Događa se hiperpordukcija pretraga, liječnici pišu uputnice za čitav spektar pretraga, pa ih molimo da dobro procijene koje pretrage su zaista nužne za pacijenta, a koje nisu jer je djelatnicima na radiologiji nemoguće je uskladiti sve te zahtjeve. Nama je svaki pacijent važan, a naravno da prednost imaju prioritetni slučajevi. Trudit ćemo se i dalje, ali molimo svih za strpljenje i razumijevanje - poručio je.

Ukazao je i na još jedan problem, a to je građanska neodgovornost - mnogi pacijenti jednostavno ne dođu na zakazane preglede i snimanja, ne odjave ih, a time uskraćuju priliku drugima.

Pisali smo u gužvama u čekaonici Službe za centralno naručivanje pacijenata pri KBC Split, Nikome nije lako čekati red, posebice ne na ovim vrućinama, a najteže je onima koji su najkrhkiji sa zdravljem.

Tako smo objavili zapis s lica mjesta jedne gospođe koja se pošteno načekala u čekaonici na Firulama prateći svoju stariju majku koja spada u takozvane prioritetne pacijente za koje se dva puta mjesečno otvaraju termini za upis za dijagnostičke postupke na Zavodu za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju, odnosno za snimanja MR, MSCT, UZV.

Znači, prioritetni pacijenti među kojima su i onkološki, te hematoonkološki bolesnici imaju dva dana u mjesecu koje odredi bolnica, pa te datume treba pratiti, i doći sa svim mogućim nalazima kako bi se naručili za neku od radioloških pretraga.

Može li se što promijeniti po ovom pitanju, pitali smo dr. Krešimira Dolića, zamjenika ravnatelja splitskoga KBC-a, ujedno i predstojnika Kliničkog zavoda za dijagnostičku i intervenciju radiologiju. Veli nam kako se na tom odjelu zaista trude svim naporima kako bi svim pacijentima pružili skrb koju trebaju, no rade pod velikim pritiskom jer je nažalost, sve više onkoloških pacijenata.

- Zaista se trudimo koliko možemo. Odjel radi danonoćno, čak i vikendima, no pacijenata je sve više. Na mjesečnoj razini oslobođeno je čak tisuću do 1200 novih termina, a opet ne uspijevamo sve pokriti. Zadnjih godina uvedeni su novi lijekovi za onkološke bolesnike, što povlači i češće kontrole, pa se stvara dodatno opterećenje za onkologiju. Aparati su stalno u upotrebi, pa se znaju i kvariti.

Znam da pacijenti trebaju pretrage, pa apeliram na svih njih da budu strpljivi jer ako ne uspiju dobiti termin kroz tjedan koji žele, neće biti ništa koji dan kasnije kada ga dobiju jer će ga dobiti sigurno. Liječnici opće medicine pak ne mogu direktno upisivati pacijente za pretrage na radiologiji, no mogu zatražiti zahtjev za prioritetne pacijente - kazao nam je dr. Dolić.

Uputio je i molbu kolegama u obiteljskoj medicini da dobro iskomuniciraju sve sa svojim pacijentima, te procijene na koje pretrage je potrebno ići.

- Događa se hiperpordukcija pretraga, liječnici pišu uputnice za čitav spektar pretraga, pa ih molimo da dobro procijene koje pretrage su zaista nužne za pacijenta, a koje nisu jer je djelatnicima na radiologiji nemoguće je uskladiti sve te zahtjeve. Nama je svaki pacijent važan, a naravno da prednost imaju prioritetni slučajevi. Trudit ćemo se i dalje, ali molimo svih za strpljenje i razumijevanje - poručio je.

Ukazao je i na još jedan problem, a to je građanska neodgovornost - mnogi pacijenti jednostavno ne dođu na zakazane preglede i snimanja, ne odjave ih, a time uskraćuju priliku drugima.
