Napokon se nazire kraj prometnim mukama brojnih vozača koji već godinama vape za izgradnjom još jednog cestovnog ulaza i izlaza iz našega grada.
Odlukom Ministarstva prometa, Zagorski put je u veljači ove godine postao državna cesta, a u svibnju su je službeno preuzele Hrvatske ceste. Tim potezom bi problematična prometnica na istoku Splita, nakon gotovo 35 godina čekanja, napokon mogla biti stavljena u funkciju, a u gradskom proračun bi bilo ušteđeno oko tri i pol milijuna kuna.
Grad Split je, podsjećamo, 2018. godine otvorio izdvojeni žiroračun na koji je položeno 3,9 milijuna kuna za isplatu izvlaštenih parcela na kojima se planira gradnja još 600 metara prometnice. Krajem rujna, zaključkom gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, izdvojeni račun je zatvoren, a nepotrošeni dio novca vraćen u gradsku blagajnu. Kako doznajemo od pročelnika Službe za izgradnju Jurice Vojnovića, od predviđenog iznosa utrošeno je 1.354.418 kuna.
Sve spremno za izvlaštenje
– Postupak izvlaštenja sastojao se iz dva dijela – isplata izvlaštenja koja su realizirana u novije vrijeme te odvojenog postupka, takozvane stare naknade. Ranije su, u bivšoj državi, ljudima oduzeta zemljišta, a bila su neplaćena ili nisu isplaćena u potpunosti, za što je Grad Split već prije iz proračuna isplatio gotovo 2,9 milijuna kuna – objašnjava Vojnović.
Naglašava da je Grad Split pripremio sva rješenja za izvlaštenje, kao i potrebnu dokumentaciju za dovršetak ceste, no, kako doznajemo, neće se odmah krenuti s izgradnjom jer su Hrvatske ceste pokrenule izmjenu i dopunu glavnog projekta.
– Stručnom analizom koja je provedena po preuzimanju projektne dokumentacije od Grada utvrđeno je da je u sklopu izgradnje još neizgrađene dionice Zagorskog puta neophodno izvesti i denivelirani čvor s pristupnom cestom (petlju), kako bi se, s obzirom na znatnu denivelaciju nove prometnice od postojećeg terena, omogućio pristup objektima u neposrednoj blizini.

Isto tako, u sklopu ove faze izgradnje neophodno je izraditi nova projektna rješenja na raskrižju kod "Bauhausa", rekonstrukciju raskrižja Zagorskog puta s Putom Mostina, rekonstrukciju raskrižja Put Mostina i Salonitanskih mučenika (uključujući i rekonstrukciju Ulice salonitanskih mučenika). Dakle, sljedeća faza je projektiranje te će biti potrebno proširiti zahvate i izmijeniti ishođenu lokacijsku i građevinsku dozvolu. Hrvatske ceste su izradile sve potrebne projektne zadatke neophodne za ugovaranje novelacije i dorade raspoložive projektne dokumentacije – objašnjavaju iz Hrvatskih cesta.
Rampa i rotor u Solinu
Dodaju i da, "s obzirom na trenutno stanje za sada dostavljene dokumentacije", nisu u mogućnosti detaljizirati koje će čestice biti obuhvaćene ovim projektom, pa tako ni dati procjenu troškova ili datum početka izgradnje. Grad Split je, podsjećamo, za izradu glavnih i izvedbenih projekata ove prometnice s komunalnom infrastrukturom 2018. godine prihvatio ponudu projektnog ureda "Konačni element" od 148.750 kuna.
Osim dovršetka Zagorskog puta, Hrvatske ceste planiraju i izgradnju rampe kod "AD plastika", rotora na križanju Solinske ulice i Ulice A.G. Matoša, te rekonstrukciju Solinske ulice u četverotračnu prometnicu do spoja na Ulicu Domovinskog rata. Zbog optimalizacije aktivnosti istodobno će početi pripremne radnje za sve faze kako bi bili u mogućnosti faznu realizaciju po potrebi prilagoditi dinamici izrade projektne dokumentacije, ishođenja dozvola i rješavanja imovinskopravnih problema. Konačna realizacija ovih projekata omogućit će disperziju prometa i brzu komunikaciju prema novim ulazima u Split.

Napokon se nazire kraj prometnim mukama brojnih vozača koji već godinama vape za izgradnjom još jednog cestovnog ulaza i izlaza iz našega grada.
Odlukom Ministarstva prometa, Zagorski put je u veljači ove godine postao državna cesta, a u svibnju su je službeno preuzele Hrvatske ceste. Tim potezom bi problematična prometnica na istoku Splita, nakon gotovo 35 godina čekanja, napokon mogla biti stavljena u funkciju, a u gradskom proračun bi bilo ušteđeno oko tri i pol milijuna kuna.
Grad Split je, podsjećamo, 2018. godine otvorio izdvojeni žiroračun na koji je položeno 3,9 milijuna kuna za isplatu izvlaštenih parcela na kojima se planira gradnja još 600 metara prometnice. Krajem rujna, zaključkom gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare, izdvojeni račun je zatvoren, a nepotrošeni dio novca vraćen u gradsku blagajnu. Kako doznajemo od pročelnika Službe za izgradnju Jurice Vojnovića, od predviđenog iznosa utrošeno je 1.354.418 kuna.
Sve spremno za izvlaštenje
– Postupak izvlaštenja sastojao se iz dva dijela – isplata izvlaštenja koja su realizirana u novije vrijeme te odvojenog postupka, takozvane stare naknade. Ranije su, u bivšoj državi, ljudima oduzeta zemljišta, a bila su neplaćena ili nisu isplaćena u potpunosti, za što je Grad Split već prije iz proračuna isplatio gotovo 2,9 milijuna kuna – objašnjava Vojnović.
Naglašava da je Grad Split pripremio sva rješenja za izvlaštenje, kao i potrebnu dokumentaciju za dovršetak ceste, no, kako doznajemo, neće se odmah krenuti s izgradnjom jer su Hrvatske ceste pokrenule izmjenu i dopunu glavnog projekta.
– Stručnom analizom koja je provedena po preuzimanju projektne dokumentacije od Grada utvrđeno je da je u sklopu izgradnje još neizgrađene dionice Zagorskog puta neophodno izvesti i denivelirani čvor s pristupnom cestom (petlju), kako bi se, s obzirom na znatnu denivelaciju nove prometnice od postojećeg terena, omogućio pristup objektima u neposrednoj blizini.

Isto tako, u sklopu ove faze izgradnje neophodno je izraditi nova projektna rješenja na raskrižju kod "Bauhausa", rekonstrukciju raskrižja Zagorskog puta s Putom Mostina, rekonstrukciju raskrižja Put Mostina i Salonitanskih mučenika (uključujući i rekonstrukciju Ulice salonitanskih mučenika). Dakle, sljedeća faza je projektiranje te će biti potrebno proširiti zahvate i izmijeniti ishođenu lokacijsku i građevinsku dozvolu. Hrvatske ceste su izradile sve potrebne projektne zadatke neophodne za ugovaranje novelacije i dorade raspoložive projektne dokumentacije – objašnjavaju iz Hrvatskih cesta.
Rampa i rotor u Solinu
Dodaju i da, "s obzirom na trenutno stanje za sada dostavljene dokumentacije", nisu u mogućnosti detaljizirati koje će čestice biti obuhvaćene ovim projektom, pa tako ni dati procjenu troškova ili datum početka izgradnje. Grad Split je, podsjećamo, za izradu glavnih i izvedbenih projekata ove prometnice s komunalnom infrastrukturom 2018. godine prihvatio ponudu projektnog ureda "Konačni element" od 148.750 kuna.
Osim dovršetka Zagorskog puta, Hrvatske ceste planiraju i izgradnju rampe kod "AD plastika", rotora na križanju Solinske ulice i Ulice A.G. Matoša, te rekonstrukciju Solinske ulice u četverotračnu prometnicu do spoja na Ulicu Domovinskog rata. Zbog optimalizacije aktivnosti istodobno će početi pripremne radnje za sve faze kako bi bili u mogućnosti faznu realizaciju po potrebi prilagoditi dinamici izrade projektne dokumentacije, ishođenja dozvola i rješavanja imovinskopravnih problema. Konačna realizacija ovih projekata omogućit će disperziju prometa i brzu komunikaciju prema novim ulazima u Split.
