Splitski Koteksov neboder, djelo arhitekta Lovre Perkovića presvučen je u novo ruho. Završeni su radovi na energetskoj obnovi čija je procijenjena vrijednost bila dva milijuna eura. Obnovilo se krovište, čitava fasada, dva lifta, protupožarna stubišta...
Arhitektonska struka poučena negativnim iskustvima energetske obnove škole Pojišan bila je skeptična prema ovom zahvatu, čak je i Društvo arhitekata Split izrazilo neslaganje s takvim zahvatima kojima se dopuštaju vizualne izmijene na važnim djelima arhitekture.

Projektant energetske obnove arhitekt Jurica Jelavić komentirao je projekt prije početka radova u ožujku prošle godine.
- Imam izvorne nacrte i fotografije objekta, družio sam se s Lovrom Perkovićem. Apsolutno, uz maksimalni respekt je rađen projekt. Samo se radi o zamjeni fasade koja više ne zadovoljava fizikalna svojstva.
Isti je raspored prozora. Ovi sadašnji otvori ne zadovoljavaju standarde, ali bit će isti broj otvora, samo je drukčiji način otvaranja. A zapravo je riječ o načinu koji je Perković izvorno zamislio, samo je tada to bilo teško tehnički izvesti - objasnio je tada Jelavić našem kolegi Sandiju Viduliću.

Tijekom godina ispostavilo se de je rješenje zaštite od sunca bilo previše složeno, a posljedice su bile tragične jer su elementi tog pročelja padali s visine na prolaznike. Zbog toga je 80-ih godina izvršena sanacija cjelokupnog stakleno-aluminijskog pročelja, koje je zamijenjeno.

Inače, radi se o prvom poslovnom neboder u Splitu iz sredine 60-ih godina, čiji je arhitekt Lovro Perković, koji je između ostalog projektirao hotel "Marjan".
Značaj Perkovićeva Koteksovog nebodera prepoznat je od struke. U monografiji o Lovri Perkoviću, koja je ujedno i njezin doktorat, dr. Sandra Uskoković proglasila je Koteksov neboder djelom "antologijske vrijednosti", koje je dio neostvarenog većeg urbanog zahvata zajedno s trgovačkim centrom i kinodvoranom.

Splitski Koteksov neboder, djelo arhitekta Lovre Perkovića presvučen je u novo ruho. Završeni su radovi na energetskoj obnovi čija je procijenjena vrijednost bila dva milijuna eura. Obnovilo se krovište, čitava fasada, dva lifta, protupožarna stubišta...
Arhitektonska struka poučena negativnim iskustvima energetske obnove škole Pojišan bila je skeptična prema ovom zahvatu, čak je i Društvo arhitekata Split izrazilo neslaganje s takvim zahvatima kojima se dopuštaju vizualne izmijene na važnim djelima arhitekture.

Projektant energetske obnove arhitekt Jurica Jelavić komentirao je projekt prije početka radova u ožujku prošle godine.
- Imam izvorne nacrte i fotografije objekta, družio sam se s Lovrom Perkovićem. Apsolutno, uz maksimalni respekt je rađen projekt. Samo se radi o zamjeni fasade koja više ne zadovoljava fizikalna svojstva.
Isti je raspored prozora. Ovi sadašnji otvori ne zadovoljavaju standarde, ali bit će isti broj otvora, samo je drukčiji način otvaranja. A zapravo je riječ o načinu koji je Perković izvorno zamislio, samo je tada to bilo teško tehnički izvesti - objasnio je tada Jelavić našem kolegi Sandiju Viduliću.

Tijekom godina ispostavilo se de je rješenje zaštite od sunca bilo previše složeno, a posljedice su bile tragične jer su elementi tog pročelja padali s visine na prolaznike. Zbog toga je 80-ih godina izvršena sanacija cjelokupnog stakleno-aluminijskog pročelja, koje je zamijenjeno.

Inače, radi se o prvom poslovnom neboder u Splitu iz sredine 60-ih godina, čiji je arhitekt Lovro Perković, koji je između ostalog projektirao hotel "Marjan".
Značaj Perkovićeva Koteksovog nebodera prepoznat je od struke. U monografiji o Lovri Perkoviću, koja je ujedno i njezin doktorat, dr. Sandra Uskoković proglasila je Koteksov neboder djelom "antologijske vrijednosti", koje je dio neostvarenog većeg urbanog zahvata zajedno s trgovačkim centrom i kinodvoranom.
