Kad sustav zakaže, nema druge nego sam uzeti stvar u svoje ruke i rješiti problem.

S obzirom da nikako da dočeka udžbenike na Braillovom pismu za djecu osnovnih i srednjih škola, Županijska udruga slijepih Split krenula je sama u printanje materijala na Braillevom pismu kako bi djeca imala normalno pohađanje nastave.

- Učenicima ni ove godine nije omogućeno normalno pohađanje škole. Osnovni preduvjeti za školovanje koje imaju većina djeca ali ne i sva, jest posjedovanje udžbenika. Zar je nekoliko prilagođenih udžbenika toliki problem obrazovnom sustavu i vladi?! Ovaj problem postoji već 30 godina.

U Republici Hrvatskoj slijepa djeca dobivaju knjige nekoliko mjeseci nakon početka nastave. Svake godine djeca dolaze na nastavu bez udžbenika. Prije su ih znali dobiti tek u svibnju, znači, skoro na kraju školske godine!

Nije bilo druge, pa smo iskoristili Brailleov printer koji smo kupili početkom ove godine preko donacije na kojem printamo knjige za troje djece, naših članova - kazao nam je Ivan Tokić, predsjednik Županijske udruge slijepih Split.

Već mu je dobro poznata usporena procedura oko spomenutih udžbenika. Natječaj Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja završio je 17. kolovoza ove godine, a rješenja za njega još nema, odnosno nema izdane dozvole za tiskanje iako je svake godine riječ o istih nekoliko izdavačkih kuća koje rade print tih udžbenika, već uhodanih u posao, pa se ne trebaju dodatno educirati oko toga.

U ovom slučaju, udruga sada printa stranice udžbenika za troje djece koja pohađaju više razrede osnovnih škola u Splitu. Djeca uredno idu na nastavu, a njihovi roditelji daju sve od sebe kako bi im olakšali školovanje kad je sustav zapeo tamo gdje nije smio.

Izdavački pothvati

Kako to izgleda u praksi, ispričala nam je Mandina Matijašević, mama slabovidnog 11-godišnjeg dječaka.

- Roditelji pretipkavaju pojedine lekcije i snalaze se na različite načine. Znate šta to znači, da treba dobit pdf i pretipkati lekcije, opisati slike, odlučiti što uopće pretipkavati jer primjerice ne možete pretipkati zadatak iz radne bilježnice koji kaže "proučimo"...

Takve moramo preskočiti. Bez obzira na sve, moj sin je odlikaš i jako znatiželjno dijete koje puno toga zanima. Povijest i robotika najviše. Evo, sada smo printali preko udruge lekcije iz povijesti i geografije kako bi ih imao na nastavi.

Do sada je dobio samo engleski i matematiku od udžbenika, a ostalo kao da ne postoji. A vidite koji je datum! Školska godina odavno je počela, a samo njega nisu knjige dočekale u klupi prvog dana nastave.

Uskraćuju mu osnovno pravo na školovanje - priča nam ova požrtvovna mama koja kreće u prave izdavačke pothvate kad ukućani odu na spavanje, a onda pretipkava lekcije i opisuje slike kako bi njezin šestaš ujutro imao spremnu lekciju na nastavi.

Toliko o integraciji djece i odraslih koji imaju poteškoće s vidom. Najgore od svega je što ovaj problem s udžbenicima traje već tri desetljeća i nema pomaka na bolje.

Kad sustav zakaže, nema druge nego sam uzeti stvar u svoje ruke i rješiti problem.

S obzirom da nikako da dočeka udžbenike na Braillovom pismu za djecu osnovnih i srednjih škola, Županijska udruga slijepih Split krenula je sama u printanje materijala na Braillevom pismu kako bi djeca imala normalno pohađanje nastave.

- Učenicima ni ove godine nije omogućeno normalno pohađanje škole. Osnovni preduvjeti za školovanje koje imaju većina djeca ali ne i sva, jest posjedovanje udžbenika. Zar je nekoliko prilagođenih udžbenika toliki problem obrazovnom sustavu i vladi?! Ovaj problem postoji već 30 godina.

U Republici Hrvatskoj slijepa djeca dobivaju knjige nekoliko mjeseci nakon početka nastave. Svake godine djeca dolaze na nastavu bez udžbenika. Prije su ih znali dobiti tek u svibnju, znači, skoro na kraju školske godine!

Nije bilo druge, pa smo iskoristili Brailleov printer koji smo kupili početkom ove godine preko donacije na kojem printamo knjige za troje djece, naših članova - kazao nam je Ivan Tokić, predsjednik Županijske udruge slijepih Split.

Već mu je dobro poznata usporena procedura oko spomenutih udžbenika. Natječaj Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja završio je 17. kolovoza ove godine, a rješenja za njega još nema, odnosno nema izdane dozvole za tiskanje iako je svake godine riječ o istih nekoliko izdavačkih kuća koje rade print tih udžbenika, već uhodanih u posao, pa se ne trebaju dodatno educirati oko toga.

U ovom slučaju, udruga sada printa stranice udžbenika za troje djece koja pohađaju više razrede osnovnih škola u Splitu. Djeca uredno idu na nastavu, a njihovi roditelji daju sve od sebe kako bi im olakšali školovanje kad je sustav zapeo tamo gdje nije smio.

Izdavački pothvati

Kako to izgleda u praksi, ispričala nam je Mandina Matijašević, mama slabovidnog 11-godišnjeg dječaka.

- Roditelji pretipkavaju pojedine lekcije i snalaze se na različite načine. Znate šta to znači, da treba dobit pdf i pretipkati lekcije, opisati slike, odlučiti što uopće pretipkavati jer primjerice ne možete pretipkati zadatak iz radne bilježnice koji kaže "proučimo"...

Takve moramo preskočiti. Bez obzira na sve, moj sin je odlikaš i jako znatiželjno dijete koje puno toga zanima. Povijest i robotika najviše. Evo, sada smo printali preko udruge lekcije iz povijesti i geografije kako bi ih imao na nastavi.

Do sada je dobio samo engleski i matematiku od udžbenika, a ostalo kao da ne postoji. A vidite koji je datum! Školska godina odavno je počela, a samo njega nisu knjige dočekale u klupi prvog dana nastave.

Uskraćuju mu osnovno pravo na školovanje - priča nam ova požrtvovna mama koja kreće u prave izdavačke pothvate kad ukućani odu na spavanje, a onda pretipkava lekcije i opisuje slike kako bi njezin šestaš ujutro imao spremnu lekciju na nastavi.

Toliko o integraciji djece i odraslih koji imaju poteškoće s vidom. Najgore od svega je što ovaj problem s udžbenicima traje već tri desetljeća i nema pomaka na bolje.

Kad sustav zakaže, nema druge nego sam uzeti stvar u svoje ruke i rješiti problem.

S obzirom da nikako da dočeka udžbenike na Braillovom pismu za djecu osnovnih i srednjih škola, Županijska udruga slijepih Split krenula je sama u printanje materijala na Braillevom pismu kako bi djeca imala normalno pohađanje nastave.

- Učenicima ni ove godine nije omogućeno normalno pohađanje škole. Osnovni preduvjeti za školovanje koje imaju većina djeca ali ne i sva, jest posjedovanje udžbenika. Zar je nekoliko prilagođenih udžbenika toliki problem obrazovnom sustavu i vladi?! Ovaj problem postoji već 30 godina.
