Na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu, koji “pokriva” i područje Solina, Kaštela, Trogira, Omiša, Sinja, Brača, Hvara i Visa, stigao je prvi predmet u kojem će se suditi osobi koja je više puta kršila mjeru samoizolacije.

Potvrdila nam je to Jelena Ćurković, glasnogovornica suda. Osoba koja je prijavljena da nije poštovala mjeru koja danas život znači ignorirala je rješenje o obvezi da se samoizolira, koje je najprije dobila usmeno od graničnog sanitarnog inspektora prigodom ulaska u Hrvatsku ili od epidemiologa zbog bliskog kontakta s osobom koja je zaražena koronavirusom.

Zatim joj je, nakon što je policija utvrdila da krši mjeru samoizolacije, sanitarni inspektor izdao pisano rješenje. Tek nakon toga je moglo uslijediti kažnjavanje u slučaju novog napuštanja izolacijskog prostora.

Tako je i bilo, pa je toj osobi uručen prekršajni nalog s kaznom od 8000 kuna te rješenje o izvršenju kojim je opomenuta da će sljedeći put kada bude kršila samoizolaciju biti kažnjena s 30 tisuća kuna, nakon toga sa 60 tisuća kuna, a zatim sa 120 tisuća kuna.

Od 995 prijava kršenja samoizolacije, koliko su ih do srijede obradili sanitarni inspektori, kako doznajemo u Državnom inspektoratu, napisano je 389 rješenja o samoizolaciji nakon čega se moglo kažnjavati prekršitelje recidiviste. Uslijedilo je 113 prekršajnih naloga s kaznom od 8000 kuna.

Dok je 26 prekršitelja s područja cijele Hrvatske iskoristilo mogućnost da odmah plati umanjeni iznos, odnosno 6000 kuna – pa su tako u državni proračun uplatili ukupno 156 tisuća kuna – 41 prekršitelj je odlučio uložiti prigovore o kojima će odlučivati prekršajni sudovi. Od onih koji nisu platili kaznu, niti su se žalili u roku, preko Fine je krenula prisilna naplata kazni od 8000 kuna.

Na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu, koji “pokriva” i područje Solina, Kaštela, Trogira, Omiša, Sinja, Brača, Hvara i Visa, stigao je prvi predmet u kojem će se suditi osobi koja je više puta kršila mjeru samoizolacije.

Potvrdila nam je to Jelena Ćurković, glasnogovornica suda. Osoba koja je prijavljena da nije poštovala mjeru koja danas život znači ignorirala je rješenje o obvezi da se samoizolira, koje je najprije dobila usmeno od graničnog sanitarnog inspektora prigodom ulaska u Hrvatsku ili od epidemiologa zbog bliskog kontakta s osobom koja je zaražena koronavirusom.

Zatim joj je, nakon što je policija utvrdila da krši mjeru samoizolacije, sanitarni inspektor izdao pisano rješenje. Tek nakon toga je moglo uslijediti kažnjavanje u slučaju novog napuštanja izolacijskog prostora.

Tako je i bilo, pa je toj osobi uručen prekršajni nalog s kaznom od 8000 kuna te rješenje o izvršenju kojim je opomenuta da će sljedeći put kada bude kršila samoizolaciju biti kažnjena s 30 tisuća kuna, nakon toga sa 60 tisuća kuna, a zatim sa 120 tisuća kuna.

Od 995 prijava kršenja samoizolacije, koliko su ih do srijede obradili sanitarni inspektori, kako doznajemo u Državnom inspektoratu, napisano je 389 rješenja o samoizolaciji nakon čega se moglo kažnjavati prekršitelje recidiviste. Uslijedilo je 113 prekršajnih naloga s kaznom od 8000 kuna.

Dok je 26 prekršitelja s područja cijele Hrvatske iskoristilo mogućnost da odmah plati umanjeni iznos, odnosno 6000 kuna – pa su tako u državni proračun uplatili ukupno 156 tisuća kuna – 41 prekršitelj je odlučio uložiti prigovore o kojima će odlučivati prekršajni sudovi. Od onih koji nisu platili kaznu, niti su se žalili u roku, preko Fine je krenula prisilna naplata kazni od 8000 kuna.

Prvi kršitelj izolacije stiže pred splitski sud: ni prijetnja kaznom od 8000 kuna nije spriječila neodgovornu osobu da šeće okolo, evo što slijedi

Na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu, koji “pokriva” i područje Solina, Kaštela, Trogira, Omiša, Sinja, Brača, Hvara i Visa, stigao je prvi predmet u kojem će se suditi osobi koja je više puta kršila mjeru samoizolacije.

Potvrdila nam je to Jelena Ćurković, glasnogovornica suda. Osoba koja je prijavljena da nije poštovala mjeru koja danas život znači ignorirala je rješenje o obvezi da se samoizolira, koje je najprije dobila usmeno od graničnog sanitarnog inspektora prigodom ulaska u Hrvatsku ili od epidemiologa zbog bliskog kontakta s osobom koja je zaražena koronavirusom.

Zatim joj je, nakon što je policija utvrdila da krši mjeru samoizolacije, sanitarni inspektor izdao pisano rješenje. Tek nakon toga je moglo uslijediti kažnjavanje u slučaju novog napuštanja izolacij...
