Goran Kotur napisao je na Facebooku kako je na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog Vijeća njegov prijedlog za uvođenje Građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u splitske osnovne škole dobio samo četiri glasa.

U objavi kritizira stranke koje se deklariraju kao progresivne, zaključujući kako su takve samo dok traje izborna kampanja, ali "nisu spremne stajati iza vrijednosti na račun kojih prikupljaju glasove".

"Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita moj prijedlog za stavljanje na Dnevni red uvođenja Građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u splitske osnovne škole dobio je samo četiri glasa. Osim SDP-ovih vijećnika (Goran Kotur i Davor Matijević) za prijedlog su glasali Ante Franić (nezavisni) i Tamara Visković (Možemo) dok su ostale navodno progresivne stranke minirale prijedlog. Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje uvedeno je u više gradova, primjerice u Rijeci, Osijeku i Sisku, te u Istarskoj, Primorsko-goranskoj i Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji, te će se sukladno zaključku Gradske skupštine Grada Zagreba uvesti i u Zagrebu. Tako Split ostaje jedini od četiri velika hrvatska grada bez građanskog odgoja i to zbog toga što su navodno progresivne stranke u Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita progresivne samo dok traje izborna kampanja, ali nisu spremne stajati iza vrijednosti na račun kojih prikupljaju glasove na izborima. Prijedlog Zaključka o uvođenju izvannastavne aktivnosti „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ u osnovne škole kojima je osnivač Grad Split

Članak 1.

Uvodi se izvannastavne aktivnost „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ u pete razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2022./2023., u šeste razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2023./2024., u sedme razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2024./2025. i u osme razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2025./2026.

Članak 2.

Izvannastavna aktivnost „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ održavat će se jedan školski sat tjedno s maksimalnim fondom od 35 sati godišnje. Učenici će se uključiti dobrovoljno i neobvezno, uz suglasnost roditelja.

Članak 3.

Zadužuje se gradonačelnik Grada Splita da dostavi Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita procjenu financijskoga učinka ovog zaključka na proračun Grada Splita u roku od trideset dana.

Članak 4.

Zadužuje se gradonačelnik Grada Splita za povezivanje s jedinicama lokalne samouprave u kojima se „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ već provodi, te da u skladu s primjerima dobre prakse pripremi i provede aktivnosti za provedbu ovog zaključka uključujući i potrebne prijedloge Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita, te da o istom kvartalno izvješćuje Gradsko vijeće Grada Splita.

Članak 5.

Ovaj Zaključak objavit će se u Službenom glasniku Grada Splita.", napisao je Kotur.

Kotur je o ovoj problematici govorio za Slobodnu Dalmaciju i prije nešto manje od dva mjeseca, kad je prijedlog za uvođenje građanskog odgoja prihvaćen u Zagrebu, a tada je istaknuo kako je jedino SDP uporno i redovito predlagao uvođenje ovog predmeta u splitske osnovne škole.

- Cilj je uvođenja građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja da učenici postanu odgovorni i aktivni građani u društvu koje njeguje toleranciju i međusobno poštovanje, a ne mržnju - rekao je.

Goran Kotur napisao je na Facebooku kako je na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog Vijeća njegov prijedlog za uvođenje Građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u splitske osnovne škole dobio samo četiri glasa.

U objavi kritizira stranke koje se deklariraju kao progresivne, zaključujući kako su takve samo dok traje izborna kampanja, ali "nisu spremne stajati iza vrijednosti na račun kojih prikupljaju glasove".

"Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita moj prijedlog za stavljanje na Dnevni red uvođenja Građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u splitske osnovne škole dobio je samo četiri glasa. Osim SDP-ovih vijećnika (Goran Kotur i Davor Matijević) za prijedlog su glasali Ante Franić (nezavisni) i Tamara Visković (Možemo) dok su ostale navodno progresivne stranke minirale prijedlog. Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje uvedeno je u više gradova, primjerice u Rijeci, Osijeku i Sisku, te u Istarskoj, Primorsko-goranskoj i Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji, te će se sukladno zaključku Gradske skupštine Grada Zagreba uvesti i u Zagrebu. Tako Split ostaje jedini od četiri velika hrvatska grada bez građanskog odgoja i to zbog toga što su navodno progresivne stranke u Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita progresivne samo dok traje izborna kampanja, ali nisu spremne stajati iza vrijednosti na račun kojih prikupljaju glasove na izborima. Uvodi se izvannastavne aktivnost „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ u pete razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2022./2023., u šeste razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2023./2024., u sedme razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2024./2025. i u osme razrede osnovnih škola koje to žele a kojima je osnivač Grad Split u školskoj godini 2025./2026.

Članak 2.

Izvannastavna aktivnost „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ održavat će se jedan školski sat tjedno s maksimalnim fondom od 35 sati godišnje. Učenici će se uključiti dobrovoljno i neobvezno, uz suglasnost roditelja.

Članak 3.

Zadužuje se gradonačelnik Grada Splita da dostavi Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita procjenu financijskoga učinka ovog zaključka na proračun Grada Splita u roku od trideset dana.

Članak 4.

Zadužuje se gradonačelnik Grada Splita za povezivanje s jedinicama lokalne samouprave u kojima se „Građanski odgoj i obrazovanje“ već provodi, te da u skladu s primjerima dobre prakse pripremi i provede aktivnosti za provedbu ovog zaključka uključujući i potrebne prijedloge Gradskom vijeću Grada Splita, te da o istom kvartalno izvješćuje Gradsko vijeće Grada Splita.

Članak 5.

Ovaj Zaključak objavit će se u Službenom glasniku Grada Splita.", napisao je Kotur.

Kotur je o ovoj problematici govorio za Slobodnu Dalmaciju i prije nešto manje od dva mjeseca, kad je prijedlog za uvođenje građanskog odgoja prihvaćen u Zagrebu, a tada je istaknuo kako je jedino SDP uporno i redovito predlagao uvođenje ovog predmeta u splitske osnovne škole.

- Cilj je uvođenja građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja da učenici postanu odgovorni i aktivni građani u društvu koje njeguje toleranciju i međusobno poštovanje, a ne mržnju - rekao je.

Goran Kotur napisao je na Facebooku kako je na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog Vijeća njegov prijedlog za uvođenje Građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u splitske osnovne škole dobio samo četiri glasa.

U objavi kritizira stranke koje se deklariraju kao progresivne, zaključujući kako su takve samo dok traje izborna kampanja, ali "nisu spremne stajati iza vrijednosti na račun kojih prikupljaju glasove".
