Nakon što je prošle godine Upravni sud, po tužbi prof.dr. Željka Domazeta, poništio odluku Senata Sveučilišta u Splitu po kojoj je njegov protukandidat prof. dr. sc. Ivan Pavić treći put bio kandidiran za rektora, rektor je najavio da će podnijeti tužbu Ustavnom sudu te “upotrijebiti ostale pravne lijekove”. Kako doznajemo s Ustavnog suda, ovih je dana ta rektorova tužba odbačena.

- Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske je donio rješenje kojim je odbacio ustavnu tužbu zbog nedopuštenosti, jer u konkretnom slučaju nije bio iscrpljen pravni put - priopćio nam je dr. sc. Teodor Antić, glavni tajnik Ustavnog suda.

U Rektoratu Sveučilišta u Splitu smo pokušali doznati hoće li rektor ustrajati na pravnoj borbi i što planira dalje poduzimati po ovom pitanju. S obzirom na to da je rektor Pavić trenutno u službenom posjetu Sveučilištu u Botswani (doznajemo kako je tamo otišao na poziv prof. dr. Branka Cavrića s tamošnjeg sveučilišta, a da bi rezultat tog posjeta mogao dovesti do osnivanja studija urbanog planiranja u Splitu), na naše pitanje odgovorio je prorektor za pravna pitanja prof. dr. Dragan Bolanča.

- S obzirom na pravomoćnu odluku Senata o svom izboru od 6. svibnja 2010. godine, rektor trenutno neće ništa poduzimati po ovom pitanju, a ustavnu tužbu će podnijeti ako naknadno budu povrijeđena njegova ustavna prava - poručio je prof. dr. Bolanča.

Nakon što je prošle godine Upravni sud, po tužbi prof.dr. Željka Domazeta, poništio odluku Senata Sveučilišta u Splitu po kojoj je njegov protukandidat prof. dr. sc. Ivan Pavić treći put bio kandidiran za rektora, rektor je najavio da će podnijeti tužbu Ustavnom sudu te “upotrijebiti ostale pravne lijekove”. Kako doznajemo s Ustavnog suda, ovih je dana ta rektorova tužba odbačena.

- Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske je donio rješenje kojim je odbacio ustavnu tužbu zbog nedopuštenosti, jer u konkretnom slučaju nije bio iscrpljen pravni put - priopćio nam je dr. sc. Teodor Antić, glavni tajnik Ustavnog suda.

U Rektoratu Sveučilišta u Splitu smo pokušali doznati hoće li rektor ustrajati na pravnoj borbi i što planira dalje poduzimati po ovom pitanju. S obzirom na to da je rektor Pavić trenutno u službenom posjetu Sveučilištu u Botswani (doznajemo kako je tamo otišao na poziv prof. dr. Branka Cavrića s tamošnjeg sveučilišta, a da bi rezultat tog posjeta mogao dovesti do osnivanja studija urbanog planiranja u Splitu), na naše pitanje odgovorio je prorektor za pravna pitanja prof. dr. Dragan Bolanča.

- S obzirom na pravomoćnu odluku Senata o svom izboru od 6. svibnja 2010. godine, rektor trenutno neće ništa poduzimati po ovom pitanju, a ustavnu tužbu će podnijeti ako naknadno budu povrijeđena njegova ustavna prava - poručio je prof. dr. Bolanča.
