Na sudskoj javnoj dražbi prodaje se penthouse s visećim vrtovima, ukupne površine 487 kvadrata i s pogledom na more, koji se nalazi na vrhu zgrade Lazarica uz Poljičku cestu.
Prema procjeni vještaka građevinske struke, stambeni prostor vrijedi nešto manje od 8,3 milijuna kuna, odnosno gotovo 1,1 milijun eura, a proteže se na dvije etaže koje su povezane unutarnjim stepeništem. U zemljišnim knjigama su etaže naknadno odvojene kao samostalne cjeline, te se tako i prodaju, kako bi se što lakše moglo naći zainteresiranog kupca.
Gornja razina stana koja se nalazi na osmom katu zgrade, a procijenjena je na 3,48 milijuna kuna, zauzima površinu od 74 metra četvorna stambenog prostora koji čine spavaonica, kupaonica, kuhinja, te radna soba i dnevni boravak s pogledom na jug i izlazom na veliku terasu od 124 kvadrata koja ima izvedene instalacije za postavljanje vanjske rasvjete i za izgradnju bazena.
Na donjem katu se na 147 kvadrata prostiru tri spavaće sobe s kupaonicama, kuhinja i dnevni boravak u kojem je predviđena ugradnja kamina. Tu je i 136 kvadrata terase s prostorom za sadnju bilja, te ostakljene "galerije", sve vrijedno 4,79 milijuna kuna.
Prva javna dražba, s početnim cijenama dviju etaža od 2,32 milijuna i 3,19 milijuna kuna, trebala je biti održana u utorak na Općinskom sudu. No, u posljednji trenutak je odgođena, jer je izuzeće sutkinje i predsjednika suda zatražila vlasnica stana, kći Tomislava Bausa, vlasnika posrnule tvrtke "Atrium Spalatum“ koja je bila investitor objekta.
Kad se odluči o njezinom zahtjevu za izuzeće, ponovno će biti zakazano prvo prodajno ročište na kojem će početna cijena nekretnina na vrhu Lazarice opet iznositi dvije trećine njihovih procijenjenih vrijednosti, ali zasad nije poznato na kojem općinskom sudu i kod kojeg ovršnog suca će se provesti postupak.
Također, uoči neodržane dražbe nitko nije uplatio jamčevinu, što znači da nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca, jer vjerojatno čekaju da početna cijena dodatno padne.
Stanovi i viseći vrtovi nisu uređeni, što je "uračunato" u procjenu vrijednosti. Među ostalim, nisu montirane utičnice ni prekidači, niti su postavljena rasvjetna tijela. U kupaonicama nema pločica ni sanitarne opreme…
Cjelokupni postupak pokrenuo je Ivan Kukić, vlasnik trgovačkog lanca "Victa", koji je ulagaču Bausu osobno posudio 880.000 eura. Kao osiguranje da će pozajmica biti vraćena, Bausova kći je u zalog dala svoj penthouse, a on svoj stan na Žnjanu koji će se također naći na sudskom "bubnju".

Na sudskoj javnoj dražbi prodaje se penthouse s visećim vrtovima, ukupne površine 487 kvadrata i s pogledom na more, koji se nalazi na vrhu zgrade Lazarica uz Poljičku cestu.
Prema procjeni vještaka građevinske struke, stambeni prostor vrijedi nešto manje od 8,3 milijuna kuna, odnosno gotovo 1,1 milijun eura, a proteže se na dvije etaže koje su povezane unutarnjim stepeništem. U zemljišnim knjigama su etaže naknadno odvojene kao samostalne cjeline, te se tako i prodaju, kako bi se što lakše moglo naći zainteresiranog kupca.
Gornja razina stana koja se nalazi na osmom katu zgrade, a procijenjena je na 3,48 milijuna kuna, zauzima površinu od 74 metra četvorna stambenog prostora koji čine spavaonica, kupaonica, kuhinja, te radna soba i dnevni boravak s pogledom na jug i izlazom na veliku terasu od 124 kvadrata koja ima izvedene instalacije za postavljanje vanjske rasvjete i za izgradnju bazena.
Na donjem katu se na 147 kvadrata prostiru tri spavaće sobe s kupaonicama, kuhinja i dnevni boravak u kojem je predviđena ugradnja kamina. Tu je i 136 kvadrata terase s prostorom za sadnju bilja, te ostakljene "galerije", sve vrijedno 4,79 milijuna kuna.
Prva javna dražba, s početnim cijenama dviju etaža od 2,32 milijuna i 3,19 milijuna kuna, trebala je biti održana u utorak na Općinskom sudu. No, u posljednji trenutak je odgođena, jer je izuzeće sutkinje i predsjednika suda zatražila vlasnica stana, kći Tomislava Bausa, vlasnika posrnule tvrtke "Atrium Spalatum“ koja je bila investitor objekta.
Kad se odluči o njezinom zahtjevu za izuzeće, ponovno će biti zakazano prvo prodajno ročište na kojem će početna cijena nekretnina na vrhu Lazarice opet iznositi dvije trećine njihovih procijenjenih vrijednosti, ali zasad nije poznato na kojem općinskom sudu i kod kojeg ovršnog suca će se provesti postupak.
Također, uoči neodržane dražbe nitko nije uplatio jamčevinu, što znači da nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca, jer vjerojatno čekaju da početna cijena dodatno padne.
Stanovi i viseći vrtovi nisu uređeni, što je "uračunato" u procjenu vrijednosti. Među ostalim, nisu montirane utičnice ni prekidači, niti su postavljena rasvjetna tijela. U kupaonicama nema pločica ni sanitarne opreme…
Cjelokupni postupak pokrenuo je Ivan Kukić, vlasnik trgovačkog lanca "Victa", koji je ulagaču Bausu osobno posudio 880.000 eura. Kao osiguranje da će pozajmica biti vraćena, Bausova kći je u zalog dala svoj penthouse, a on svoj stan na Žnjanu koji će se također naći na sudskom "bubnju".
