Drama na Marjanu!
Nešto malo prije nego li su dvogodišnja mješanka Sara i njena vlasnica stigle do platoa Telegrina - naša je sugrađanka primijetila kako Sara teško diše. Zastajkuje. Tužno cvili.
Sve joj je bilo jasno u trenu! Razigrana je znatiželjna kujica polizala borovoga prelca.

Zna vlasnica kako psi reagiraju na dodir otrova kojeg prelac opušta da bi sebe zaštitio. Kada ih pas dodirne njuškom ili jezikom dolazi do alergijske reakcije. Reakcija je toliko brza i nepredvidiva, da se kod veterinara treba stići čim prije. Naime, brzo im natekne jezik, zatvori im dišne putove, počinju jako sliniti, ne mogu disati, gutati... Prelčev otrov često izazove i nekrozu jezika kod psa... Uglavnom - užas.

Vlasnica je odmah nazvala prijateljicu u panici, zamolili je da dođe po njih vozilom, jer je Sara koliko god preslatka i vesela bila - teška oko 50 kilograma i djevojka ju ne može na rukama nositi.
I tu sad nastaje dodatna drama!
Zaštitar na Sjevernim vratima ne propušta vozilo, što je sasvim logično, jer prometa Marjanom nema.

- Kad na Marjanu pas strada od borovog prelca kojeg nadležni ne čiste, onda ti isti nadležni ne dopuštaju da se po psa otiđe s automobilom, jer to nije dopušteno. A dopušteno je ne raditi svoj posao - bijesna je bila Nataša, koja je naišla na zatvorenu kapiju i nerazumijevanje.

- Ako mi, obični građani, ne možemo ući vozilom u tim posebnim situacijama, onda bi službe Park šume trebale imati organiziranu nekakvu pomoć - kazuje nam dalje.
Priča je ipak završila sretno. Vlasnica je svoju mezimicu nekako, polu noseći, vukući, nagovarajući, dovela do Prve vidilice gdje ih je dočekala Nataša. Odjurile su veterinaru, Sara je dobila injekcije i sada se osjeća bolje. Trebat će ju paziti iduća dva dana, ali veterinar vjeruje kako će sve proći najbolje moguće.

A mi smo napravili jedino što je u našoj moći - poslali smo upit ravnatelju javne ustanove Park šuma Marjan da nam objasni što je ljudima raditi ako se nađu u ovakvoj situaciji.
- S obzirom kako je ulazak u zaštićeno područje na osobnu odgovornost svakog posjetitelja, isto se primjenjuje za kućne životinje. Čuvari na rampama su obaviješteni da imaju razumijevanja za buduće slične situacije. Jedini način dugoročnog otklanjanja ponavljanja sličnih situacija je osvijestiti vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca na tu vrstu problema - kazao nam je Marko Pejnović.
Kako smo ga upitali i čiste li se "izvorišta" borova prelca, dodao je:
- "Gnijezda" borovog prelca se svakodnevno uklanjaju, ali nije realno za očekivati da su sva uklonjena, taj problem će uvijek postojati.

Drama na Marjanu!
Nešto malo prije nego li su dvogodišnja mješanka Sara i njena vlasnica stigle do platoa Telegrina - naša je sugrađanka primijetila kako Sara teško diše. Zastajkuje. Tužno cvili.
Sve joj je bilo jasno u trenu! Razigrana je znatiželjna kujica polizala borovoga prelca.

Zna vlasnica kako psi reagiraju na dodir otrova kojeg prelac opušta da bi sebe zaštitio. Kada ih pas dodirne njuškom ili jezikom dolazi do alergijske reakcije. Reakcija je toliko brza i nepredvidiva, da se kod veterinara treba stići čim prije. Naime, brzo im natekne jezik, zatvori im dišne putove, počinju jako sliniti, ne mogu disati, gutati... Prelčev otrov često izazove i nekrozu jezika kod psa... Uglavnom - užas.

Vlasnica je odmah nazvala prijateljicu u panici, zamolili je da dođe po njih vozilom, jer je Sara koliko god preslatka i vesela bila - teška oko 50 kilograma i djevojka ju ne može na rukama nositi.
I tu sad nastaje dodatna drama!
Zaštitar na Sjevernim vratima ne propušta vozilo, što je sasvim logično, jer prometa Marjanom nema.

- Kad na Marjanu pas strada od borovog prelca kojeg nadležni ne čiste, onda ti isti nadležni ne dopuštaju da se po psa otiđe s automobilom, jer to nije dopušteno. A dopušteno je ne raditi svoj posao - bijesna je bila Nataša, koja je naišla na zatvorenu kapiju i nerazumijevanje.

- Ako mi, obični građani, ne možemo ući vozilom u tim posebnim situacijama, onda bi službe Park šume trebale imati organiziranu nekakvu pomoć - kazuje nam dalje.
Priča je ipak završila sretno. Vlasnica je svoju mezimicu nekako, polu noseći, vukući, nagovarajući, dovela do Prve vidilice gdje ih je dočekala Nataša. Odjurile su veterinaru, Sara je dobila injekcije i sada se osjeća bolje. Trebat će ju paziti iduća dva dana, ali veterinar vjeruje kako će sve proći najbolje moguće.

A mi smo napravili jedino što je u našoj moći - poslali smo upit ravnatelju javne ustanove Park šuma Marjan da nam objasni što je ljudima raditi ako se nađu u ovakvoj situaciji.
- S obzirom kako je ulazak u zaštićeno područje na osobnu odgovornost svakog posjetitelja, isto se primjenjuje za kućne životinje. Čuvari na rampama su obaviješteni da imaju razumijevanja za buduće slične situacije. Jedini način dugoročnog otklanjanja ponavljanja sličnih situacija je osvijestiti vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca na tu vrstu problema - kazao nam je Marko Pejnović.
Kako smo ga upitali i čiste li se "izvorišta" borova prelca, dodao je:
- "Gnijezda" borovog prelca se svakodnevno uklanjaju, ali nije realno za očekivati da su sva uklonjena, taj problem će uvijek postojati.
