Da ni crvena uputnica Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO-a) ne garantira baš uvijek besplatan pregled u javnozdravstvenoj ustanovi, na teži je način saznao jedan naš sugrađanin koji je trebao pregled u KBC-u Split.
Kako je čovjek imao zdravstvenih problema s vidom, bio mu je potreban pregled oftalmologa.
Još u prosincu 2022. godine zbog toga je otišao u svog obiteljskog liječnika koji mu je napisao uputnicu i naručio ga za pregled u tili čas. Termin je dobio u siječnju ove godine, dakle "samo" godinu i mjesec dana od trenutka kad je ispisana uputnica.
I junak naše priče je u zadani termin otišao u splitsku bolnicu, obavio pregled, bio zadovoljan bolničkom uslugom i s nalazom specijalista otišao kući.

No nakon nekoliko dana u poštanskom sandučiću našao je "čestitku" od KBC-a Split s cijenom koju mora platiti za obavljen pregled na oftalmologiji.
Nakon neugodnog iznenađenja počeo je "kopati" kako bi saznao zbog čega mu je splitska bolnica poslala račun i saznao da mu je crvena uputnica koju mu je još u prosincu 2022. godine napisao njegov liječnik u trenutku pregleda bila nevažeća. Istekao joj je "rok trajanja" pa je dobio račun na 60-ak eura.

Zašto nije obnovljena?
Na sreću, neće morati platiti račun. Samo treba kontaktirati svog izabranog liječnika i zatražiti da se bolnici pošalje nova uputnica.
- Kada nova uputnica bude u sustavu, ova stara, zbog koje je dobio obavijest o računu, bit će stornirana ili poništena i on ništa neće morati platiti - rekla nam je Kristina Bitanga, glasnogovornica KBC-a Split.

Eto, "šok" iskustvo našeg sugrađanina i ova kratka priča mogu biti korisni i drugim pacijentima koji ne moraju znati da neka uputnica ima svoj rok trajanja i da bi zbog toga mogli doći u nepriliku.
Naravno, postavlja se i logično pitanje zašto liječnik ili liječnica koji su napisali uputnicu nisu istu obnovili nakon nekoliko mjeseci, kako joj rok trajanja ne bi istekao. No, to je neka druga priča.

- Uputnici je rok trajanja 90 dana da se pacijent na nju može naručiti na pretragu/pregled. Onoga trenutka kada se pacijent naruči na pregled/pretragu rok trajanja te uputnice je šest mjeseci i ako on ne napravi željenu pretragu ili pregled u šest mjeseci, ta je uputnica nevaljala i treba nova.

I tko je sada kriv za šok i neugodnost koju je morao doživjeti i proživjeti naš sugrađanin?
Ma nitko nije kriv, kao i obično. Kriv je sustav, jer da sustav funkcionira kako bi trebao funkcionirati, tada bi liječnik ili liječnica, koji su i napisali uputnicu, trebali upozoriti našeg junaka da će mu morati napisati novu uputnicu jer će mu ova napisana, po kojoj je i zakazan pregled, "ostarjeti", odnosno isteći će joj rok trajanja.

Da ni crvena uputnica Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO-a) ne garantira baš uvijek besplatan pregled u javnozdravstvenoj ustanovi, na teži je način saznao jedan naš sugrađanin koji je trebao pregled u KBC-u Split.
Kako je čovjek imao zdravstvenih problema s vidom, bio mu je potreban pregled oftalmologa.
Još u prosincu 2022. godine zbog toga je otišao u svog obiteljskog liječnika koji mu je napisao uputnicu i naručio ga za pregled u tili čas. Termin je dobio u siječnju ove godine, dakle "samo" godinu i mjesec dana od trenutka kad je ispisana uputnica.
I junak naše priče je u zadani termin otišao u splitsku bolnicu, obavio pregled, bio zadovoljan bolničkom uslugom i s nalazom specijalista otišao kući.

No nakon nekoliko dana u poštanskom sandučiću našao je "čestitku" od KBC-a Split s cijenom koju mora platiti za obavljen pregled na oftalmologiji.
Nakon neugodnog iznenađenja počeo je "kopati" kako bi saznao zbog čega mu je splitska bolnica poslala račun i saznao da mu je crvena uputnica koju mu je još u prosincu 2022. godine napisao njegov liječnik u trenutku pregleda bila nevažeća. Istekao joj je "rok trajanja" pa je dobio račun na 60-ak eura.

Zašto nije obnovljena?
Na sreću, neće morati platiti račun. Samo treba kontaktirati svog izabranog liječnika i zatražiti da se bolnici pošalje nova uputnica.
- Kada nova uputnica bude u sustavu, ova stara, zbog koje je dobio obavijest o računu, bit će stornirana ili poništena i on ništa neće morati platiti - rekla nam je Kristina Bitanga, glasnogovornica KBC-a Split.

Eto, "šok" iskustvo našeg sugrađanina i ova kratka priča mogu biti korisni i drugim pacijentima koji ne moraju znati da neka uputnica ima svoj rok trajanja i da bi zbog toga mogli doći u nepriliku.
Naravno, postavlja se i logično pitanje zašto liječnik ili liječnica koji su napisali uputnicu nisu istu obnovili nakon nekoliko mjeseci, kako joj rok trajanja ne bi istekao. No, to je neka druga priča.

- Uputnici je rok trajanja 90 dana da se pacijent na nju može naručiti na pretragu/pregled. Onoga trenutka kada se pacijent naruči na pregled/pretragu rok trajanja te uputnice je šest mjeseci i ako on ne napravi željenu pretragu ili pregled u šest mjeseci, ta je uputnica nevaljala i treba nova.

I tko je sada kriv za šok i neugodnost koju je morao doživjeti i proživjeti naš sugrađanin?
Ma nitko nije kriv, kao i obično. Kriv je sustav, jer da sustav funkcionira kako bi trebao funkcionirati, tada bi liječnik ili liječnica, koji su i napisali uputnicu, trebali upozoriti našeg junaka da će mu morati napisati novu uputnicu jer će mu ova napisana, po kojoj je i zakazan pregled, "ostarjeti", odnosno isteći će joj rok trajanja.
