Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak na sjednici Gradskog vijeća predstavio je status strateških projekata Grada Splita.
Prvo se osvrnuo na projekt stambenog naselja Korešnica gdje je predviđena izgradnja 1145 stanova.
- Troškovi izgradnje stanova i javnih sadržaja su oko 1,5 milijardi kuna. UPU je u završnoj fazi pripreme nacrta prijedloga za javnu raspravu, kad se UPU završi očekuje se za 15-20 javna rasprava, zatim ide potvrda županije, ministarstva i Gradskog vijeća- kazao je Puljak.

Za POS-ove stanove, kazao je, razmotrili su četiri lokacije.
- Riječ je o lokaciji na Ravnim njivama između zgrada gdje se nalazi Vau park i parkinzi, druga je Brda iznad usjeka pruge, treća na Kili poviše City Centra One te četvrta na Šinama. Sve lokacije smo obišli. Lokacija na Ravnim njivama je upitna jer ispod nje prolazi akvadukt, vjerojatno je to i razlog zašto je ostala prazna. Treba provjeriti gdje prolazi akvadukt i je li prepreka za izgradnju. Na toj lokaciji smo planirani podzemne garaže i 30-ak stanova – objasnio je Puljak.

Lokacija na Brdima je pogodna za izgradnju, otkrio je, a može se izgraditi 35 stanova.
- Lokacija na Kili nije pogodna za izgradnju jer je pristupna cesta jako loša, a i parcela je na strmom terenu. Šine su eventualno pogodne. Mali problem je što preko nje ide cesta koja je prilaz vjerskom objekta, ali onda se da izmjestiti – rekao je Puljak.
Govorio je i o modelu stanova za dugoročni najam koji razvijaju s gradskom tvrtkom "Stano-uprava".
- Riječ bi bila o prikladnim cijenama i stabilnom najma. Prvi rezultati su ohrabrujući, a prva lokacija bi bila na Brdima zatim na Šinama, no sve to mora proći i kroz Gradsko vijeće – rekao je Puljak.
Što se tiče uređenje Žnjana, gradonačelnik je istaknuo da projekt ima šest faza.

- Detaljno smo revidirali projekt i ishod je pozitivan. Projekt ide dalje. Tražimo načine kako se može najbolje financirati. Treba promijeniti titular lokacijske dozvole, odnosno s Grada Splita na tvrtku Žnjan da bi mogli predati zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom. Početak gradnje planiran je za jesen, a plan je da sve bude gotovo za maksimalno dvije godine – objasnio je Puljak.
Vezano za projekt Tehnološkog parka Dračevac, Puljak je kazao da je započelo rušenje postojećeg objekta te da je glavni projekt predan za ishođenje građevinske dozvole.

Početak gradnje se očekuje kroz travanj, a jedan od strateških projekata su i novi vrtići.
Za vrtić na Pujankama natječaj je završen i početak gradnje planiran je do kraja 2022. godine tako da bude u funkciji za školsku godinu 2023./24.

Do kraja godine planirana je i gradnja vrtića na Kili.
Za vrtić na Pazdigradu uskoro će biti gotov idejni projekt. Predviđena je gradnja dviju etaža podzemnih garaža za građane, a početak gradnje je do kraja 2023. godine.
Planirana je i rekonstrukcija vrtić Rusulica, a početak gradnje je do kraja 2024 godine.
Napravljeni su i projekti za pet školskih dvorana i to u Stobreču, na Pujankama, Sućidru, Mertojaku i Manušu.
Riječ je bila i o E-ticketingu u splitskom "Prometu", a očekivano vrijeme potpune implementacije je lipanj 2022. godine. Za novi garažno servisni centar na Dračevcu izrađeno je idejno rješenje, a procjenjena vrijednost investicije je oko 400 milijuna kuna.
Gradonačelnik je govorio i o gospodarenju otpada.
- U 2021. godini odvajali smo 8,4 posto otpada, a plan je do 2024. godine doći do 50 posto – najavio je Puljak.
Za postizanje cilje potrebno je između ostalog nabaviti drobilicu za glomazni otpad, stroj za baliranje papira i plastike te biostabilizator.
Posljednja točka gradonačelnikove prezentacije bila je vezana za postavljanje ploča na Zapadnoj obali s imenima svih splitskih paraolimpijaca i gluhih sportaša, osvajača medalja na Paraolimpijskim igrama i Olimpijskim igrama za gluhe.
Ploče za paraolimpijce će se postaviti paralelno s pločama koje su postavljene za splitske olimpijce, dok će se ploče za gluhe sportaše postaviti u produžetku šetnice.

Prvo se osvrnuo na projekt stambenog naselja Korešnica gdje je predviđena izgradnja 1145 stanova.
- Troškovi izgradnje stanova i javnih sadržaja su oko 1,5 milijardi kuna. UPU je u završnoj fazi pripreme nacrta prijedloga za javnu raspravu, kad se UPU završi očekuje se za 15-20 javna rasprava, zatim ide potvrda županije, ministarstva i Gradskog vijeća- kazao je Puljak.

Za POS-ove stanove, kazao je, razmotrili su četiri lokacije.
- Riječ je o lokaciji na Ravnim njivama između zgrada gdje se nalazi Vau park i parkinzi, druga je Brda iznad usjeka pruge, treća na Kili poviše City Centra One te četvrta na Šinama. Sve lokacije smo obišli. Lokacija na Ravnim njivama je upitna jer ispod nje prolazi akvadukt, vjerojatno je to i razlog zašto je ostala prazna. Treba provjeriti gdje prolazi akvadukt i je li prepreka za izgradnju. Na toj lokaciji smo planirani podzemne garaže i 30-ak stanova – objasnio je Puljak.

Lokacija na Brdima je pogodna za izgradnju, otkrio je, a može se izgraditi 35 stanova.
- Lokacija na Kili nije pogodna za izgradnju jer je pristupna cesta jako loša, a i parcela je na strmom terenu. Šine su eventualno pogodne. Mali problem je što preko nje ide cesta koja je prilaz vjerskom objekta, ali onda se da izmjestiti – rekao je Puljak.
Govorio je i o modelu stanova za dugoročni najam koji razvijaju s gradskom tvrtkom "Stano-uprava".
- Riječ bi bila o prikladnim cijenama i stabilnom najma. Prvi rezultati su ohrabrujući, a prva lokacija bi bila na Brdima zatim na Šinama, no sve to mora proći i kroz Gradsko vijeće – rekao je Puljak.
Što se tiče uređenje Žnjana, gradonačelnik je istaknuo da projekt ima šest faza.

- Detaljno smo revidirali projekt i ishod je pozitivan. Projekt ide dalje. Tražimo načine kako se može najbolje financirati. Treba promijeniti titular lokacijske dozvole, odnosno s Grada Splita na tvrtku Žnjan da bi mogli predati zahtjev za građevinskom dozvolom. Početak gradnje planiran je za jesen, a plan je da sve bude gotovo za maksimalno dvije godine – objasnio je Puljak.
Vezano za projekt Tehnološkog parka Dračevac, Puljak je kazao da je započelo rušenje postojećeg objekta te da je glavni projekt predan za ishođenje građevinske dozvole.

Početak gradnje se očekuje kroz travanj, a jedan od strateških projekata su i novi vrtići.
Za vrtić na Pujankama natječaj je završen i početak gradnje planiran je do kraja 2022. godine tako da bude u funkciji za školsku godinu 2023./24.

Do kraja godine planirana je i gradnja vrtića na Kili.
Za vrtić na Pazdigradu uskoro će biti gotov idejni projekt. Predviđena je gradnja dviju etaža podzemnih garaža za građane, a početak gradnje je do kraja 2023. godine.
Planirana je i rekonstrukcija vrtić Rusulica, a početak gradnje je do kraja 2024 godine.
Napravljeni su i projekti za pet školskih dvorana i to u Stobreču, na Pujankama, Sućidru, Mertojaku i Manušu.
Riječ je bila i o E-ticketingu u splitskom "Prometu", a očekivano vrijeme potpune implementacije je lipanj 2022. godine. Za novi garažno servisni centar na Dračevcu izrađeno je idejno rješenje, a procjenjena vrijednost investicije je oko 400 milijuna kuna.
Gradonačelnik je govorio i o gospodarenju otpada.
- U 2021. godini odvajali smo 8,4 posto otpada, a plan je do 2024. godine doći do 50 posto – najavio je Puljak.
Za postizanje cilje potrebno je između ostalog nabaviti drobilicu za glomazni otpad, stroj za baliranje papira i plastike te biostabilizator.
Posljednja točka gradonačelnikove prezentacije bila je vezana za postavljanje ploča na Zapadnoj obali s imenima svih splitskih paraolimpijaca i gluhih sportaša, osvajača medalja na Paraolimpijskim igrama i Olimpijskim igrama za gluhe.
Ploče za paraolimpijce će se postaviti paralelno s pločama koje su postavljene za splitske olimpijce, dok će se ploče za gluhe sportaše postaviti u produžetku šetnice.
