Na Trsteniku gdje je nekoć bio "Cox Bar" uočili smo da se događa nešto neobično. "Cox Bar" trajno je zatvoren još 2019. godine, no objekt nije potpuno srušen već je ostala staklena fasada, a interijer i eksterijer potpuno su zapušteni.
Međutim, kad se malo bolje obrati pažnja, može se uočiti da tu netko - živi.
Napušteni prostor nekadašnjeg kafića sada je, čini se, pretvoren u nečiji dom. Unutrašnjost je prekrivena plastičnim crnim vrećicama koje tvore nekakve šatore, improvizirane zidove, a izvana je ovaj stakleni objekt prekriven grafitima čime se odvraća pažnja od zavirivanja unutar njega.

Uočena je nečija odjeća, alat i radni stol, solarni paneli, mala vjetrenjača... Sve upućuje da tu netko živi, odnosno da je ovaj napušteni prostor sada "nečiji".

Pokraj objekta parkiran je kombi, a pokraj slova Cox na objektu stoji tabela "Human Rights Secretariat". S lijeve strane loga piše S.G.G.S. (Slobodni građani grada Splita), a s desne Suport (pravopisno netočno) Office For Human Rights, Split-Dalmatia-Croatia te adresa Kalafatova 3.

Kalafatova 3 je adresa koja uopće ne postoji, ali ovaj misteriozni stanovnik napravio je i svoj vlastiti kućni broj koji djeluje izrazito uvjerljivo.

Čini se kako se radi o skvotiranju, odnosno zaposjedanju prostora bez dozvole vlasnika, a najčešće se zaposjedaju prazni i zapušteni prostori čija je vlasnička situacija nejasna.
Poslali smo upit Gradu da nam objasne što se ovdje zbiva i znaju li tko tu živi, no oni su nas uputili na resorni Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove uz obrazloženje:
- Nad navedenim objektom Grad Split, odnosno komunalno redarstvo Grada Splita, nema ingerenciju s obzirom da je riječ o objektu površine veće od 15 metara četvornih koji se nalazi dijelom na gradskoj, a dijelom na privatnoj površini.
Iz tog razloga je ovaj Upravni odjel uputio prijavu Građevinskoj inspekciji, posljednji put 23. lipnja 2023. - objasnili su nam u Banovini.
Nadamo se da će inspektori imati detaljnije objašnjenje, a odgovor ćemo objaviti čim stigne.

Na Trsteniku gdje je nekoć bio "Cox Bar" uočili smo da se događa nešto neobično. "Cox Bar" trajno je zatvoren još 2019. godine, no objekt nije potpuno srušen već je ostala staklena fasada, a interijer i eksterijer potpuno su zapušteni.
Međutim, kad se malo bolje obrati pažnja, može se uočiti da tu netko - živi.
Napušteni prostor nekadašnjeg kafića sada je, čini se, pretvoren u nečiji dom. Unutrašnjost je prekrivena plastičnim crnim vrećicama koje tvore nekakve šatore, improvizirane zidove, a izvana je ovaj stakleni objekt prekriven grafitima čime se odvraća pažnja od zavirivanja unutar njega.

Uočena je nečija odjeća, alat i radni stol, solarni paneli, mala vjetrenjača... Sve upućuje da tu netko živi, odnosno da je ovaj napušteni prostor sada "nečiji".

Pokraj objekta parkiran je kombi, a pokraj slova Cox na objektu stoji tabela "Human Rights Secretariat". S lijeve strane loga piše S.G.G.S. (Slobodni građani grada Splita), a s desne Suport (pravopisno netočno) Office For Human Rights, Split-Dalmatia-Croatia te adresa Kalafatova 3.

Kalafatova 3 je adresa koja uopće ne postoji, ali ovaj misteriozni stanovnik napravio je i svoj vlastiti kućni broj koji djeluje izrazito uvjerljivo.

Čini se kako se radi o skvotiranju, odnosno zaposjedanju prostora bez dozvole vlasnika, a najčešće se zaposjedaju prazni i zapušteni prostori čija je vlasnička situacija nejasna.
Poslali smo upit Gradu da nam objasne što se ovdje zbiva i znaju li tko tu živi, no oni su nas uputili na resorni Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove uz obrazloženje:
- Nad navedenim objektom Grad Split, odnosno komunalno redarstvo Grada Splita, nema ingerenciju s obzirom da je riječ o objektu površine veće od 15 metara četvornih koji se nalazi dijelom na gradskoj, a dijelom na privatnoj površini.
Iz tog razloga je ovaj Upravni odjel uputio prijavu Građevinskoj inspekciji, posljednji put 23. lipnja 2023. - objasnili su nam u Banovini.
Nadamo se da će inspektori imati detaljnije objašnjenje, a odgovor ćemo objaviti čim stigne.
