Koliko je teško pronaći stan u Splitu za cijelu godinu i po povoljnoj cijeni, pisali smo već nebrojeno puta. Ne zna se što je gore, kupovati ga ili iznajmljivati.

Zato ljudi pribjegavaju svakakvim metodama i sredstvima ne bi li ga pronašli. Jedna Splićanka tako je na sebe privukla pozornost šaljivim oglasom kojim potražuje stan za dečka i sebe.

Na Facebook stranici ”Tražim iznajmljujem stan Split” je napisala kako traži dvosoban stan do 650 eura s režijama i da će je momak oženiti ako u tome uspije!

- Sad vidim i zašto. Jer nikako... Spasite mladu neudatu damu koja priželjkuje veliko pitanje – napisala je.

Na objavu su se ”zakačili” mnogi te se dobro nasmijali i nastavili bacati ”baze” u komentarima:

- Bolje za tebe onda ne naći stan -

- Do 1. lipnja i onda na Rivu -

- Komedija! Sretno -

- I ja tražim nekoga. Ako nekoga nađem -

- Čim on hoće dvije sobe, načekat ćeš se na udaju -

- Da nije i dijete u planu za ženidbu kada su dvije sobe -

Objava nas je nasmijala i privukla našu pozornost. Kontaktirali smo autoricu objave koja je željela ostati anonimna. Odmah ćemo pokvariti iznenađenje pa reći kako udaje neće biti, ali je humoristični oglas urodio plodom jer je dobila nikad veći broj ponuda, kaže nam.

- Napisali smo objavu kao zezanciju kako bi dobili što više lajkova i komentara i ne bi li objavu vidjelo što više ljudi. Dobili smo 15 ponuda, do sada bi putem Facebooka dobili dvije do tri ponude – govori nam ova originalna Splićanka.

Njoj je 25 godina, a momku 26. U vezi su godinu i pol dana. Stan traži od ljeta za sebe, a intenzivnije posljednjih dva mjeseca od kada se s dečkom odlučila na korak dalje.

- Dobili smo dosta ponuda za 600 do 650 eura koju smo postavili. Ljudi nas zovu pa se šale s nama, kažu nam kako smo im simpatični pa su spremni dati ponudu. Ovako ćemo izbjeći plaćanje agencijske provizije nego samo platimo polog i to je to – veli nasmijana Splićanka.

Zanimalo nas je što se uopće može pronaći za navedenu cijenu u Splitu i što se nudi:

- Dobili smo ponude za Kamen, Solin, stan u kući. Mnoge ponude uključuju parking mjesto. Ima i novijih stanova, novogradnje. Može se pronaći stan po Facebook grupama, osobito kada Vi novinari dalje to proslijedite.

Tako sam već jednom napravila i uz oglas objavila pjesmu što je izazvalo niz komentara i javljanja. Sada sam sigurna kako će mi i uz Vašu pomoć pronalazak stan biti još i lakši – rekla nam je.

U to smo sigurni. Kada se odredi veliki datum, mora nas kontaktirati i tada ćemo objaviti priču o oglasu za stan koji je na kraju doveo i do vjenčanja! Ali tada uz objavljena imena i prezimena!

Koliko je teško pronaći stan u Splitu za cijelu godinu i po povoljnoj cijeni, pisali smo već nebrojeno puta. Ne zna se što je gore, kupovati ga ili iznajmljivati.

Zato ljudi pribjegavaju svakakvim metodama i sredstvima ne bi li ga pronašli. Jedna Splićanka tako je na sebe privukla pozornost šaljivim oglasom kojim potražuje stan za dečka i sebe.

Na Facebook stranici ”Tražim iznajmljujem stan Split” je napisala kako traži dvosoban stan do 650 eura s režijama i da će je momak oženiti ako u tome uspije!

- Sad vidim i zašto. Jer nikako... Spasite mladu neudatu damu koja priželjkuje veliko pitanje – napisala je.

Na objavu su se ”zakačili” mnogi te se dobro nasmijali i nastavili bacati ”baze” u komentarima:

Objava nas je nasmijala i privukla našu pozornost. Kontaktirali smo autoricu objave koja je željela ostati anonimna. Odmah ćemo pokvariti iznenađenje pa reći kako udaje neće biti, ali je humoristični oglas urodio plodom jer je dobila nikad veći broj ponuda, kaže nam.

- Napisali smo objavu kao zezanciju kako bi dobili što više lajkova i komentara i ne bi li objavu vidjelo što više ljudi. Dobili smo 15 ponuda, do sada bi putem Facebooka dobili dvije do tri ponude – govori nam ova originalna Splićanka.

Njoj je 25 godina, a momku 26. U vezi su godinu i pol dana. Stan traži od ljeta za sebe, a intenzivnije posljednjih dva mjeseca od kada se s dečkom odlučila na korak dalje.

- Dobili smo dosta ponuda za 600 do 650 eura koju smo postavili. Ljudi nas zovu pa se šale s nama, kažu nam kako smo im simpatični pa su spremni dati ponudu. Ovako ćemo izbjeći plaćanje agencijske provizije nego samo platimo polog i to je to – veli nasmijana Splićanka.

Zanimalo nas je što se uopće može pronaći za navedenu cijenu u Splitu i što se nudi:

- Dobili smo ponude za Kamen, Solin, stan u kući. Mnoge ponude uključuju parking mjesto. Ima i novijih stanova, novogradnje. Može se pronaći stan po Facebook grupama, osobito kada Vi novinari dalje to proslijedite.

Tako sam već jednom napravila i uz oglas objavila pjesmu što je izazvalo niz komentara i javljanja. Sada sam sigurna kako će mi i uz Vašu pomoć pronalazak stan biti još i lakši – rekla nam je.

U to smo sigurni. Kada se odredi veliki datum, mora nas kontaktirati i tada ćemo objaviti priču o oglasu za stan koji je na kraju doveo i do vjenčanja! Ali tada uz objavljena imena i prezimena!

Koliko je teško pronaći stan u Splitu za cijelu godinu i po povoljnoj cijeni, pisali smo već nebrojeno puta. Ne zna se što je gore, kupovati ga ili iznajmljivati.

Zato ljudi pribjegavaju svakakvim metodama i sredstvima ne bi li ga pronašli. Jedna Splićanka tako je na sebe privukla pozornost šaljivim oglasom kojim potražuje stan za dečka i sebe.

Na Facebook stranici ”Tražim iznajmljujem stan Split” je napisala kako traži dvosoban stan do 650 eura s režijama i da će je momak oženiti ako u tome uspije!
