Vila Mikica, poznata i pod nazivom 'osječko odmaralište', je prodana stranom investitoru za 16.500.010,01 kuna putem javnog poziva kojeg je izvršio dosadašnji vlasnik, Crveni križ Osijek. Ova vrijedna nekretnina se nalazi na adresi Preradovićevo šetalište 7, tik do hotela Park,, a sastoji se od kuće veličine 390,87 metara kvadratnih, pomoćnog objekta, koji služi kao kuhinja i blagavaonica, površine 128,90 metara kvadratnih te dvorišta od 468,00 metara kvadratnih. 

Konačna cijena je formirana po principu licitacije, pri kojoj su interesenti, u zatvorenim kuvertama, nadograđivali početnu cifru od 15.140.000,00 kn. Konačno, najviše je ponudio češki poduzetnik František Studénka, vlasnik Signum grupe koja se bavi pocinčavanjem čeličnih konstrukcija i 81. najbogatiji Čeh na Forbesovoj listi iz 2020. godine, vrijedan otprilike 900 milijuna kuna. Čeh je vlasnik petnaestak tvornica u domovini, Slovačkoj i Norveškoj, a posluje i na području Mađarske, Poljske, Austrije, pa čak i Vijetnama. 

Što se tiče hrvatskog tržišta, još 2009. je otkupio splitski Adriacink, 2015. je njegova lokalna firma Asket u Poreču sagradila vodeni zabavni park Aquacolors, a prošle godine je za 70 milijuna kuna uzeo i cinčaonicu Dalekovoda u Dugom Selu. Studénka je već tridesetak godina u privatnom biznisu, a njegove poslove lagano preuzima sin Marek. Obitelj je inače i u Češkoj poznata po diskretnosti te ne vole iznositi svoje planove u javnost. U skladu s tim, njihov odvjetnik nam je poručio da komentari u vezi buduće namjene nekretnine neće biti dostupni, što naginje na mogućnost komercijalne prenamjene.

Inače, Vila Mikica je 2015. godine postala i hostel, ali je nastavila ugošćavati osječke mališane; njih oko 500 godišnje. Mogućnost izgradnje hotela, po GUP-u, postoji - osim ukoliko objekt nije kategoriziran kao kulturna baština. U tom slučaju će odobrenje za prenamjenu trebati dati Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu. Svakako, u neposrednoj blizini se nalaze već tri hotela (Park, Briig i Harmony), a grade se tj. preuređuju još dva (Vila Rosina i Tommyeva investicija pokraj nje). Izgleda kao da će gužva na splitskim Bačvicama kroz dvije-tri godine dobiti sasvim novi dimenziju. 

Vilu Mikicu je 1923.-24. sagradila obitelj Prvan, a projektirao njen član Budimir, kasnije direktor urbanističkog ureda Dalmacije, dok je bio brucoš na praškom fakultetu arhitekture i učenik slavnog Josef Gočára, jednog od pokretača moderne češke škole. Predratne 1939. je kuća prodana osječkom Židovu Franji Franku, filantropu, humanistu te predsjedniku Crvenog križa Osijek. Legenda kaže da bračni par Frank nije mogao imati djece, a pošto je gospodin Franjo (navodno) otkrio da mu je žena nevjerna, je odlučio raskućiti te ostavio vilu na Bačvicama humanitarnoj udruzi čiji je bio član. Otad je, u narednim desetljećima, nebrojeno mnogo djece, uglavnom siročadi, iz Slavonije ljetne praznike provodilo u Splitu, gdje su učili plivati, loviti ribu, ali i doživljavali prve ljubavi pa čak i osnivali obitelji.

U dopisci s ravnateljicom Crvenog križa, cijenjenom Martinom Hećimović, smo zaprimili opasku o neumjesnoj i graničnoj upotrebi sintagme 'dotični Židov'. Prenosimo komentar:

'...imajući na umu temeljna načela Međunarodnog pokreta Crvenog križa i Crvenog polumjeseca, slobodni smo upozoriti na neprimjereno etiketiranje bilo koga po nacionalnoj ili vjerskoj pripadnosti kao „dotičnog Židova“  budući da je riječ o diskursu koji graniči s antisemitizmom te Vas molimo da u kontekstu spominjanja Crvenog križa isto ne koristite.'

 

Redakcija Slobodne Dalmacije ne dijeli mišljenje gospođe Hećimović o tome da je bivanje Židovom uvreda za okolinu, niti da se pripadnost toj ili bilo kojoj drugoj etničkoj i vjerskoj skupini ne bi trebala moći otvoreno iznositi u javnosti te se ovim putem, na želju same ravnateljice, ograđujemo od konteksta kojeg promovira Crveni križ Osijek pod trenutnim vodstvom.

Vila Mikica, poznata i pod nazivom 'osječko odmaralište', je prodana stranom investitoru za 16.500.010,01 kuna putem javnog poziva kojeg je izvršio dosadašnji vlasnik, Crveni križ Osijek. Ova vrijedna nekretnina se nalazi na adresi Preradovićevo šetalište 7, tik do hotela Park,, a sastoji se od kuće veličine 390,87 metara kvadratnih, pomoćnog objekta, koji služi kao kuhinja i blagavaonica, površine 128,90 metara kvadratnih te dvorišta od 468,00 metara kvadratnih. 

Konačna cijena je formirana po principu licitacije, pri kojoj su interesenti, u zatvorenim kuvertama, nadograđivali početnu cifru od 15.140.000,00 kn. Konačno, najviše je ponudio češki poduzetnik František Studénka, vlasnik Signum grupe koja se bavi pocinčavanjem čeličnih konstrukcija i 81. najbogatiji Čeh na Forbesovoj listi iz 2020. godine, vrijedan otprilike 900 milijuna kuna. Čeh je vlasnik petnaestak tvornica u domovini, Slovačkoj i Norveškoj, a posluje i na području Mađarske, Poljske, Austrije, pa čak i Vijetnama. 

Što se tiče hrvatskog tržišta, još 2009. je otkupio splitski Adriacink, 2015. je njegova lokalna firma Asket u Poreču sagradila vodeni zabavni park Aquacolors, a prošle godine je za 70 milijuna kuna uzeo i cinčaonicu Dalekovoda u Dugom Selu. Studénka je već tridesetak godina u privatnom biznisu, a njegove poslove lagano preuzima sin Marek. Obitelj je inače i u Češkoj poznata po diskretnosti te ne vole iznositi svoje planove u javnost. U skladu s tim, njihov odvjetnik nam je poručio da komentari u vezi buduće namjene nekretnine neće biti dostupni, što naginje na mogućnost komercijalne prenamjene.

Inače, Vila Mikica je 2015. godine postala i hostel, ali je nastavila ugošćavati osječke mališane; njih oko 500 godišnje. Mogućnost izgradnje hotela, po GUP-u, postoji - osim ukoliko objekt nije kategoriziran kao kulturna baština. U tom slučaju će odobrenje za prenamjenu trebati dati Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu. Svakako, u neposrednoj blizini se nalaze već tri hotela (Park, Briig i Harmony), a grade se tj. preuređuju još dva (Vila Rosina i Tommyeva investicija pokraj nje). Izgleda kao da će gužva na splitskim Bačvicama kroz dvije-tri godine dobiti sasvim novi dimenziju. 

Vilu Mikicu je 1923.-24. sagradila obitelj Prvan, a projektirao njen član Budimir, kasnije direktor urbanističkog ureda Dalmacije, dok je bio brucoš na praškom fakultetu arhitekture i učenik slavnog Josef Gočára, jednog od pokretača moderne češke škole. Predratne 1939. je kuća prodana osječkom Židovu Franji Franku, filantropu, humanistu te predsjedniku Crvenog križa Osijek. Legenda kaže da bračni par Frank nije mogao imati djece, a pošto je gospodin Franjo (navodno) otkrio da mu je žena nevjerna, je odlučio raskućiti te ostavio vilu na Bačvicama humanitarnoj udruzi čiji je bio član. Otad je, u narednim desetljećima, nebrojeno mnogo djece, uglavnom siročadi, iz Slavonije ljetne praznike provodilo u Splitu, gdje su učili plivati, loviti ribu, ali i doživljavali prve ljubavi pa čak i osnivali obitelji.

U dopisci s ravnateljicom Crvenog križa, cijenjenom Martinom Hećimović, smo zaprimili opasku o neumjesnoj i graničnoj upotrebi sintagme 'dotični Židov'. Prenosimo komentar:

'...imajući na umu temeljna načela Međunarodnog pokreta Crvenog križa i Crvenog polumjeseca, slobodni smo upozoriti na neprimjereno etiketiranje bilo koga po nacionalnoj ili vjerskoj pripadnosti kao „dotičnog Židova“  budući da je riječ o diskursu koji graniči s antisemitizmom te Vas molimo da u kontekstu spominjanja Crvenog križa isto ne koristite.'

 

Redakcija Slobodne Dalmacije ne dijeli mišljenje gospođe Hećimović o tome da je bivanje Židovom uvreda za okolinu, niti da se pripadnost toj ili bilo kojoj drugoj etničkoj i vjerskoj skupini ne bi trebala moći otvoreno iznositi u javnosti te se ovim putem, na želju same ravnateljice, ograđujemo od konteksta kojeg promovira Crveni križ Osijek pod trenutnim vodstvom.
