Najnovija mjerenja kvalitete zraka županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo na području kotara Brda, ponovo na žalost pokazuju alarmantne podatke.

Uz ona koja su dužni obavljati po zahtjevu Grada Splita i rješenju Državnog inspektorata  tijekom 15 dana u svakom godišnjem dobu, dodatna mjerenja ukupne taložne tvari su, očekivano, još jednom potvrdila na žalost loše rezultate.

- Postavili smo dva sedimentatora za sakupljanje ukupne taložne tvari koja su pokazala da je prekoračenje taložne prašine ogromno uspoređujući ga s prosječnim godišnjim vrijednostima. Vrijednosti su bile preko dvije tisuće miligrama po kvadratnom metru po danu, a prosječna godišnja vrijednost je 350 mg po kvadratnom metru po danu - pokušao je rezultate približiti mr. sc. Nenad Periš, voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda.

Naime, sedimentator sakuplja taložne praškaste tvari koje su, kako i sam naziv kaže, taložne, teže od lebdećih čestica i padaju na pod silom gravitacije, blizu mjesta onečišćenja.

- Ukupna taložna tvar treba pokazati je li izvor onečišćenja udaljen od samog kotara Brda, a kako se po samoj cesti vidjelo puno praškastog materijala sive boje, zaključili smo da je izvor onečišćenja sigurno blizu. Riječ je o ogromnim količinama koje dolaze s mjesta koje je u blizini samog kotara Brda sa sjeverne strane, a u to vrijeme kada su obavljena mjerenja je intenzivno puhala bura - naveo je Periš te nastavio:

- U analizama ukupne taložne tvari pronašli smo svih metala koje je potrebno mjeriti temeljem propisa koje određuje Uredba. Vrijednosti za ove metale osim arsena i nikla u ožujku nisu prelazile godišnje granične vrijednosti.  Najviše je izmjereno arsena i to u količinama koje su premašile višestruko  godišnje granične vrijednosti.

U travnju smo nastavili s mjerenjima te smo uveli još jednu postaju za mjerenje kakvoće zraka koju smo postavili na  Vranjičkom putu, na sjevernom kraju Brda. I tu smo utvrdili da su količine praškastih tvari ogromne, a u sastavu se opet pojavio arsen kao dominantan metal u tim praškastim tvarima - nabrojao je voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda. Sve su dostavili Gradu Splitu i Državnom inspektoratu odnosno inspekciji zaštite okoliša, a objavili su rezultate i stranicama županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Zanimalo nas je i je li Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo, kao ovlaštena ustanova, obavio dodatna uzorkovanja na području Sjeverne luke po nalogu državnih institucija.

- Da, jesmo. Mogu vam to potvrditi. Državni inspektorat je od nas tražio mjerenja na području Sjeverne luke te smo uzeli uzorke koje su oni tražili, s mjesta koje su oni odredili i u količini koju su odredili. Taj dio posla smo napravili, proveli analize i prije nekih tjedan dana poslali Državnom inspektoratu koji bi trebao sagledati te nalaze i donijeti daljine mjere - potvrdio je Nenad Periš koji u ovom slučaju nije ovlašten dati rezultate takve analize već ih moramo zatražiti izravno od Državnog inspektorata.

Filip Rogošić, direktor tvrtke “Luka”, više puta je plasirao informaciju kako u Sjevernoj luci nisu pronađene nikakve nepravilnosti tijekom nadzora Državnog inspektorata.

Premda se Rogošić poziva na rezultate nadzora, javnost još uvijek nije vidjela niti jedan dokument iz te državne institucije kojim se dokazuje da ne postoje nepravilnosti u njihovom radu.

Podsjećamo, početkom travnja Rogošić je rekao kako inspekcija zaštite okoliša nije utvrdila moguće neregularnosti u radu Sjeverne luke. Nedugo nakon, priopćio je kako je od 18. do 20. travnja proveden nadzor u kojem su prisustvovali inspektori zaštite okoliša i sanitarne inspekcije.

–​ Izvršen je uvid u svu poslovnu dokumentaciju društva i sve sigurnosno-tehničke listove, obavljen je detaljan pregled poslovnih procesa i stanja na terenu, te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti – kazali su iz tvrtke “Luka” 20. travnja ove godine.

Još ne znamo izvor

Prošlo je dovoljno vremena da Državni inspektorat napismeno sastavi rezultate tih nadzora, pa smo tražili da ih dostave i “Slobodnoj”. Međutim, do danas nismo dobili nalaz, kao ni jedan drugi dokument koji prikazuje rezultate nadzora raznih inspekcija u području Sjeverne luke.

– U tijeku su koordinirani nadzori inspekcija Državnog inspektorata na lokacijama Sjeverna luka Split te po okončanju istih pravovremeno ćemo vas izvijestiti o rezultatima – odgovorili su nam danas iz Državnog inspektorata.

Od kad su krajem ožujka objavljeni prvi rezultati mjerenja kakvoće zraka na Brdima koji ukazuju na ogromno odstupanje od prosječnih vrijednosti lebdećih čestica i taložnih tvari, Državni inspektorat još uvijek se nije oglasio o mogućem izvoru onečišćenja. Niti jednim rezultatom nadzora ili priopćenjem.

U međuvremenu su održana dva prosvjeda stanovnika Brda, a posljednji 25. travnja kada su ogorčeni građani od svog kvarta pješke s transparentima stigli pred zgradu Državnog inspektorata.

Još uvijek čekaju njihovo očitovanje o rezultatima mjerenja županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo koji su pokazali da je zrak na Brdima zagađen.

Najnovija mjerenja kvalitete zraka županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo na području kotara Brda, ponovo na žalost pokazuju alarmantne podatke.

Uz ona koja su dužni obavljati po zahtjevu Grada Splita i rješenju Državnog inspektorata  tijekom 15 dana u svakom godišnjem dobu, dodatna mjerenja ukupne taložne tvari su, očekivano, još jednom potvrdila na žalost loše rezultate.

- Postavili smo dva sedimentatora za sakupljanje ukupne taložne tvari koja su pokazala da je prekoračenje taložne prašine ogromno uspoređujući ga s prosječnim godišnjim vrijednostima. Vrijednosti su bile preko dvije tisuće miligrama po kvadratnom metru po danu, a prosječna godišnja vrijednost je 350 mg po kvadratnom metru po danu - pokušao je rezultate približiti mr. sc. Nenad Periš, voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda.

Naime, sedimentator sakuplja taložne praškaste tvari koje su, kako i sam naziv kaže, taložne, teže od lebdećih čestica i padaju na pod silom gravitacije, blizu mjesta onečišćenja.

- Ukupna taložna tvar treba pokazati je li izvor onečišćenja udaljen od samog kotara Brda, a kako se po samoj cesti vidjelo puno praškastog materijala sive boje, zaključili smo da je izvor onečišćenja sigurno blizu. Riječ je o ogromnim količinama koje dolaze s mjesta koje je u blizini samog kotara Brda sa sjeverne strane, a u to vrijeme kada su obavljena mjerenja je intenzivno puhala bura - naveo je Periš te nastavio:

- U analizama ukupne taložne tvari pronašli smo svih metala koje je potrebno mjeriti temeljem propisa koje određuje Uredba. Vrijednosti za ove metale osim arsena i nikla u ožujku nisu prelazile godišnje granične vrijednosti.  Najviše je izmjereno arsena i to u količinama koje su premašile višestruko  godišnje granične vrijednosti.

U travnju smo nastavili s mjerenjima te smo uveli još jednu postaju za mjerenje kakvoće zraka koju smo postavili na  Vranjičkom putu, na sjevernom kraju Brda. I tu smo utvrdili da su količine praškastih tvari ogromne, a u sastavu se opet pojavio arsen kao dominantan metal u tim praškastim tvarima - nabrojao je voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda. Sve su dostavili Gradu Splitu i Državnom inspektoratu odnosno inspekciji zaštite okoliša, a objavili su rezultate i stranicama županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Zanimalo nas je i je li Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo, kao ovlaštena ustanova, obavio dodatna uzorkovanja na području Sjeverne luke po nalogu državnih institucija.

- Da, jesmo. Mogu vam to potvrditi. Državni inspektorat je od nas tražio mjerenja na području Sjeverne luke te smo uzeli uzorke koje su oni tražili, s mjesta koje su oni odredili i u količini koju su odredili. Taj dio posla smo napravili, proveli analize i prije nekih tjedan dana poslali Državnom inspektoratu koji bi trebao sagledati te nalaze i donijeti daljine mjere - potvrdio je Nenad Periš koji u ovom slučaju nije ovlašten dati rezultate takve analize već ih moramo zatražiti izravno od Državnog inspektorata.

Filip Rogošić, direktor tvrtke “Luka”, više puta je plasirao informaciju kako u Sjevernoj luci nisu pronađene nikakve nepravilnosti tijekom nadzora Državnog inspektorata.

Premda se Rogošić poziva na rezultate nadzora, javnost još uvijek nije vidjela niti jedan dokument iz te državne institucije kojim se dokazuje da ne postoje nepravilnosti u njihovom radu.

Podsjećamo, početkom travnja Rogošić je rekao kako inspekcija zaštite okoliša nije utvrdila moguće neregularnosti u radu Sjeverne luke. Nedugo nakon, priopćio je kako je od 18. do 20. travnja proveden nadzor u kojem su prisustvovali inspektori zaštite okoliša i sanitarne inspekcije.

–​ Izvršen je uvid u svu poslovnu dokumentaciju društva i sve sigurnosno-tehničke listove, obavljen je detaljan pregled poslovnih procesa i stanja na terenu, te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti – kazali su iz tvrtke “Luka” 20. travnja ove godine.

Još ne znamo izvor

Prošlo je dovoljno vremena da Državni inspektorat napismeno sastavi rezultate tih nadzora, pa smo tražili da ih dostave i “Slobodnoj”. Međutim, do danas nismo dobili nalaz, kao ni jedan drugi dokument koji prikazuje rezultate nadzora raznih inspekcija u području Sjeverne luke.

– U tijeku su koordinirani nadzori inspekcija Državnog inspektorata na lokacijama Sjeverna luka Split te po okončanju istih pravovremeno ćemo vas izvijestiti o rezultatima – odgovorili su nam danas iz Državnog inspektorata.

Od kad su krajem ožujka objavljeni prvi rezultati mjerenja kakvoće zraka na Brdima koji ukazuju na ogromno odstupanje od prosječnih vrijednosti lebdećih čestica i taložnih tvari, Državni inspektorat još uvijek se nije oglasio o mogućem izvoru onečišćenja. Niti jednim rezultatom nadzora ili priopćenjem.

U međuvremenu su održana dva prosvjeda stanovnika Brda, a posljednji 25. travnja kada su ogorčeni građani od svog kvarta pješke s transparentima stigli pred zgradu Državnog inspektorata.

Još uvijek čekaju njihovo očitovanje o rezultatima mjerenja županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo koji su pokazali da je zrak na Brdima zagađen.
