Između Osječke i Krstulovića ulice mir je kao da usred grada nisi. Dok ne zagužva. A zagužva svakoga dana.

Na slijepom kraju Osječke, pored starih garaža, put, zemljani naravno, će vas voditi prema portunima Krstulovićeve, od broja 21 do broja 29. Možda bi se susjedi i dogovorili tko će i gdje ostaviti svojeg limenog ljubimca, ali toj oazi još uvijek besplatnoga parkinga - teže mnogi.

Toliko puno njih da jedna mama iz obližnje zgrade nerijetko svoje teško bolesno dijete na rukama nosi u Klinički bolnički centar. Autom ne može. Auto ne može izvući, progurati, bez da pri tom nekoga ne ošteti. Pa onda ošteti sebe. Strahom.

- Dijete nam često treba pomoć liječnika. Realno - blizu smo bolnice - pješke, ne vozilom - kazat će nam gospođa.

Ljuti se, ali ljutnja ne pomaže. Ne pomaže ni upornost, doznajemo od njenog susjeda Miljenka Gale koji se problematikom uređenja parkirališta oko zgrada bavi, pa malo je reći - desetljeće.

Problem je, da vas vratimo tih par desetljeća unatrag, nastao negdje otprilike kada se izgradio tunel nad Dubrovačkom ulicom. Osigurao je lakše prometovanje Ulicom Matice Hrvatske i bolji protok Dubrovačkom, ali je "zeznuo" stanovnike Krstulovićeve. I to dobrano. Tada su ostali bez pristupa svojim domovima. Bila je to 1996. godina...

Spomenuti šjor Gale nas je opskrbio dokumentacijom dbelom bez pretjerivanja pet centimetara. Sve papir na papiru, preris preko prerisa i rupe, pardon, krateri na cesti.

- Uništili smo vozila - kaže šjor Gale.

Jer, ta financijska "nelagoda" u šumi birokracije najmanji je problem.

Upitali smo stoga Grad imaju li u planu uređenje pristupne ceste Krstulovića ulici 21 - 29, kao i pripadajućih joj parkirnih mjesta?

- Uređenje predmetne prometnica nije u planu za tekuću godinu, a kad će se isto uvrstiti u Program gradnje je nezahvalno procjenjivati iz razloga što se sami stanari ne mogu dogovoriti kakvu pristupnu cestu žele.

Naime, Grad Split je u više navrata pokušao urediti predmetni pristup, ali je uvijek bilo nezadovoljnika te nije bilo moguće pronaći rješenje s kojim bi svi bili zadovoljni - stigao je odgovor iz Banovine.

Aha, di smo sad, pitamo stanare Krstulovićeve, hoće pomoć, a istu odbijaju?

- Nije tako - vele nam.

- Po predloženom planu iz 2000. godine i tada izdatoj lokacijskoj dozvoli za uređenje trebao se uništiti postojeći park oko naših zgrada. Kolnička je traka trebala ići skroz ukrug zgrade što je predstavljalo opasnost po građane, po susjede, skale iz zgrade bi izlazile direktno na asfalt! To je rješenje za nas bilo neodrživo i nedopustivo - kazuju nam.

Kako onda, tako danas. Ni naprid, ni natrag. Otprilike kao i na parkingu koji parking nije, samo je površina postuta žalom, izovana i jadna. U srcu grada, tri minute od Športskog centra Gripe, s pogledom na more, u blizini, spomenusmo već - bolnice. Mir, a mira nigdje.

Zbog navedenog problema koji se ne rješava predstavnici kotara Gripe pokreću peticiju te će od 13. do 20. travnja posjetiti stanovnike svoje četvrti kako bi prikupili potpise.

Karlo Pilko, predsjednik GK Gripe prethodno je bezuspješno, u više navrata, pokušavao dogovoriti sastanak s predstavnicima Grada na temu uređenja cestovnog pravca, a sadašnjeg makadamskog puta iz Osječke ulice prema Ulici V. Krstulovića koji je bio predviđen kao privremeno rješenje nakon izgradnje tunela u Dubrovačkoj ulici.

Predstavnici kotara tražili su od gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka, njegova zamjenika Bojana Ivoševića i Ante Krželja, voditelja gradskog Odsjeka za izgradnju, detaljno obrazloženje što se sve do sada poduzelo kako bi se problem riješio i "kada se eventualno može (može li se uopće) očekivati određeni pomak u njegovu rješavanju".

- Nije prihvatljivo da u 21. stoljeću, takoreći u centru Splita, do stambenih zgrada vodi makadamski put - poručuju iz gradskog kotara Gripe.

Između Osječke i Krstulovića ulice mir je kao da usred grada nisi. Dok ne zagužva. A zagužva svakoga dana.

Na slijepom kraju Osječke, pored starih garaža, put, zemljani naravno, će vas voditi prema portunima Krstulovićeve, od broja 21 do broja 29. Možda bi se susjedi i dogovorili tko će i gdje ostaviti svojeg limenog ljubimca, ali toj oazi još uvijek besplatnoga parkinga - teže mnogi.

Toliko puno njih da jedna mama iz obližnje zgrade nerijetko svoje teško bolesno dijete na rukama nosi u Klinički bolnički centar. Autom ne može. Auto ne može izvući, progurati, bez da pri tom nekoga ne ošteti. Pa onda ošteti sebe. Strahom.

- Dijete nam često treba pomoć liječnika. Realno - blizu smo bolnice - pješke, ne vozilom - kazat će nam gospođa.

Ljuti se, ali ljutnja ne pomaže. Ne pomaže ni upornost, doznajemo od njenog susjeda Miljenka Gale koji se problematikom uređenja parkirališta oko zgrada bavi, pa malo je reći - desetljeće.

Problem je, da vas vratimo tih par desetljeća unatrag, nastao negdje otprilike kada se izgradio tunel nad Dubrovačkom ulicom. Osigurao je lakše prometovanje Ulicom Matice Hrvatske i bolji protok Dubrovačkom, ali je "zeznuo" stanovnike Krstulovićeve. I to dobrano. Tada su ostali bez pristupa svojim domovima. Bila je to 1996. godina...

Spomenuti šjor Gale nas je opskrbio dokumentacijom dbelom bez pretjerivanja pet centimetara. Sve papir na papiru, preris preko prerisa i rupe, pardon, krateri na cesti.

- Uništili smo vozila - kaže šjor Gale.

Jer, ta financijska "nelagoda" u šumi birokracije najmanji je problem.

Upitali smo stoga Grad imaju li u planu uređenje pristupne ceste Krstulovića ulici 21 - 29, kao i pripadajućih joj parkirnih mjesta?

- Uređenje predmetne prometnica nije u planu za tekuću godinu, a kad će se isto uvrstiti u Program gradnje je nezahvalno procjenjivati iz razloga što se sami stanari ne mogu dogovoriti kakvu pristupnu cestu žele.

Naime, Grad Split je u više navrata pokušao urediti predmetni pristup, ali je uvijek bilo nezadovoljnika te nije bilo moguće pronaći rješenje s kojim bi svi bili zadovoljni - stigao je odgovor iz Banovine.

Aha, di smo sad, pitamo stanare Krstulovićeve, hoće pomoć, a istu odbijaju?

- Nije tako - vele nam.

- Po predloženom planu iz 2000. godine i tada izdatoj lokacijskoj dozvoli za uređenje trebao se uništiti postojeći park oko naših zgrada. Kolnička je traka trebala ići skroz ukrug zgrade što je predstavljalo opasnost po građane, po susjede, skale iz zgrade bi izlazile direktno na asfalt! To je rješenje za nas bilo neodrživo i nedopustivo - kazuju nam.

Kako onda, tako danas. Ni naprid, ni natrag. Otprilike kao i na parkingu koji parking nije, samo je površina postuta žalom, izovana i jadna. U srcu grada, tri minute od Športskog centra Gripe, s pogledom na more, u blizini, spomenusmo već - bolnice. Mir, a mira nigdje.

Zbog navedenog problema koji se ne rješava predstavnici kotara Gripe pokreću peticiju te će od 13. do 20. travnja posjetiti stanovnike svoje četvrti kako bi prikupili potpise.

Karlo Pilko, predsjednik GK Gripe prethodno je bezuspješno, u više navrata, pokušavao dogovoriti sastanak s predstavnicima Grada na temu uređenja cestovnog pravca, a sadašnjeg makadamskog puta iz Osječke ulice prema Ulici V. Krstulovića koji je bio predviđen kao privremeno rješenje nakon izgradnje tunela u Dubrovačkoj ulici.

Predstavnici kotara tražili su od gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka, njegova zamjenika Bojana Ivoševića i Ante Krželja, voditelja gradskog Odsjeka za izgradnju, detaljno obrazloženje što se sve do sada poduzelo kako bi se problem riješio i "kada se eventualno može (može li se uopće) očekivati određeni pomak u njegovu rješavanju".

- Nije prihvatljivo da u 21. stoljeću, takoreći u centru Splita, do stambenih zgrada vodi makadamski put - poručuju iz gradskog kotara Gripe.
