Odlazak na jednu od najljepših splitskih plaža postao je svojevrstan sinonim za stres. Naime, na Kašjunima pronalazak parkirnog mjesta nikada nije bio jednostavan zadatak, ali sudeći prema iskustvu našeg čitatelja (podaci poznati redakciji), situacija postaje sve gora.

Unatoč pandemiji koronavirusa, odnosno manjku stranih gostiju, odlazak na Kašjune postaje pravi luksuz. Kako naš čitatelj navodi, njegova je supruga u nedjelju u jutarnjim satima otišla na kupanje te je, budući da nije mogla pronaći parkirno mjesto, vozilo ostavila na cesti prema plaži, odnosno na Prilazu Josipa Vranića.

– S obzirom na to da nije bilo mjesta za parking, smjestila se iza vozila na spomenutoj cesti – kaže čitatelj. Istina je, kaže, da njegova supruga zbog ostalih vozila nije uočila znak zabrane parkiranja.

'Nitko nije smetao'

– Ne znam kada je postavljen taj znak, ali znam da se na tome mjestu uvijek parkiralo. Vozilo moje supruge, kao ni ostali automobili, nije smetalo prometu, koji se normalno odvijao, ipak je to pristupna cesta plaži. Kad je oko 13 sati krenula kući, zatekla je kaznu stavljenu u 12 sati, ali ne samo na svome, nego na cijelom nizu automobila koji su tu bili parkirani. Slažem se da reda treba biti, ali koja se poruka na ovaj način šalje? Da se samo pedesetak prvih kupača, ako i toliko, može parkirati i uživati – pita se naš čitatelj.

Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Stipe Čogelja kaže nam kako koncesionar sukladno ugovoru o koncesiji ne može regulirati pitanje parkiranja niti ga naplaćivati.

– Mora, sukladno izdanim minimalnim tehničkim uvjetima, osigurati pristup vozilima za hitne intervencije – poručuje Čogelja te dodaje kako je ovo pitanje u nadležnosti Grada i njegova prometnog redarstva, koje je jedino ovlašteno izdavati kazne za nepropisno parkiranje. – Prometni redari postupaju sukladno postojećoj prometnoj signalizaciji. Naime, pri vrhu ceste (uzbrdice) s desne strane kolnika u smjeru kretanja prema plaži postoji znak zabrane zaustavljanja i parkiranja (B36 s dopunskom pločom za "pauka") te se isti takav nalazi i pri dnu te iste ceste (nizbrdice). Stoga prometni redari kažnjavaju nepropisno parkiranje – ističe Babić.
Ipak, još uvijek ostaje pitanje planira li se riješiti problem nesnosnih ljetnih gužvi na omiljenoj plaži.

Odlazak na jednu od najljepših splitskih plaža postao je svojevrstan sinonim za stres. Naime, na Kašjunima pronalazak parkirnog mjesta nikada nije bio jednostavan zadatak, ali sudeći prema iskustvu našeg čitatelja (podaci poznati redakciji), situacija postaje sve gora.

Unatoč pandemiji koronavirusa, odnosno manjku stranih gostiju, odlazak na Kašjune postaje pravi luksuz. Kako naš čitatelj navodi, njegova je supruga u nedjelju u jutarnjim satima otišla na kupanje te je, budući da nije mogla pronaći parkirno mjesto, vozilo ostavila na cesti prema plaži, odnosno na Prilazu Josipa Vranića.

– S obzirom na to da nije bilo mjesta za parking, smjestila se iza vozila na spomenutoj cesti – kaže čitatelj. Istina je, kaže, da njegova supruga zbog ostalih vozila nije uočila znak zabrane parkiranja.

'Nitko nije smetao'

– Ne znam kada je postavljen taj znak, ali znam da se na tome mjestu uvijek parkiralo. Vozilo moje supruge, kao ni ostali automobili, nije smetalo prometu, koji se normalno odvijao, ipak je to pristupna cesta plaži. Kad je oko 13 sati krenula kući, zatekla je kaznu stavljenu u 12 sati, ali ne samo na svome, nego na cijelom nizu automobila koji su tu bili parkirani. Slažem se da reda treba biti, ali koja se poruka na ovaj način šalje? Da se samo pedesetak prvih kupača, ako i toliko, može parkirati i uživati – pita se naš čitatelj.

Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo Stipe Čogelja kaže nam kako koncesionar sukladno ugovoru o koncesiji ne može regulirati pitanje parkiranja niti ga naplaćivati.

– Mora, sukladno izdanim minimalnim tehničkim uvjetima, osigurati pristup vozilima za hitne intervencije – poručuje Čogelja te dodaje kako je ovo pitanje u nadležnosti Grada i njegova prometnog redarstva, koje je jedino ovlašteno izdavati kazne za nepropisno parkiranje. Kontaktirali smo stoga voditelja Odsjeka za komunalne poslove Damira Babića.

– Prometni redari postupaju sukladno postojećoj prometnoj signalizaciji. Naime, pri vrhu ceste (uzbrdice) s desne strane kolnika u smjeru kretanja prema plaži postoji znak zabrane zaustavljanja i parkiranja (B36 s dopunskom pločom za "pauka") te se isti takav nalazi i pri dnu te iste ceste (nizbrdice). Stoga prometni redari kažnjavaju nepropisno parkiranje – ističe Babić.
Ipak, još uvijek ostaje pitanje planira li se riješiti problem nesnosnih ljetnih gužvi na omiljenoj plaži.
