Ako plaćate otkup stana, više nitko od susjeda ne mora znati kolika vam je rata ili možda dug prema Gradu Splitu. Naime, iz Banovine su najavili kako od ovog mjeseca počinju slati račune u omotnicama jer bi, u protivnom, kršili zakon. Podsjetimo, od konca svibnja na snazi je Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka, tzv. GDPR, kojom se uvodi rigoroznija kontrola nad upotrebom osobnih podataka pojedinaca.

U tom smislu nedopušteno je i slanje "golih" računa iz kojih podaci primatelja postaju dostupni svima onima koji imaju fizički pristup pošiljci. Poručuju to iz Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), koja je nadležna za provođenje GDPR-a. Osim toga, dodaju, svi davatelji usluga koji šalju račune bez omotnice krše i Zakon o poštanskim uslugama koji propisuje pošiljateljevu obvezu pakiranja pošiljke na način da se zaštiti njezin sadržaj. Dostavom na neadekvatan način osobni podaci postaju dostupni za to neovlaštenim osobama, navode iz AZOP-a.

Kako bilo, iz Grada Splita su shvatili poruku i odlučili se prilagoditi novim pravilima tako da će ubuduće u kuvertama stizati sve - od računa za otkup stana preko komunalija i ostalih obveza koje građani imaju prema ovoj jedinici lokalne samouprave.

- Točna je informacija da će Grad Split ubuduće račune građanima slati u omotnicama, i to u trenutku nastupa obveze plaćanja - potvrđuje nam Dragan Brtan, pročelnik gradskog Upravnog odjela za financije.

Kad će se primjerom Grada povesti i ostali davatelji usluga, ponajprije tvrtke za upravljanje zgradama, koje i dalje na kućne adrese šalju "gole" uplatnice - nije poznato. Možda bi ih na to mogla natjerati Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka čiji je stav da su računi bez kuverte - nezakoniti.

Ako plaćate otkup stana, više nitko od susjeda ne mora znati kolika vam je rata ili možda dug prema Gradu Splitu. Naime, iz Banovine su najavili kako od ovog mjeseca počinju slati račune u omotnicama jer bi, u protivnom, kršili zakon. Podsjetimo, od konca svibnja na snazi je Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka, tzv. GDPR, kojom se uvodi rigoroznija kontrola nad upotrebom osobnih podataka pojedinaca.

U tom smislu nedopušteno je i slanje "golih" računa iz kojih podaci primatelja postaju dostupni svima onima koji imaju fizički pristup pošiljci. Poručuju to iz Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), koja je nadležna za provođenje GDPR-a. Osim toga, dodaju, svi davatelji usluga koji šalju račune bez omotnice krše i Zakon o poštanskim uslugama koji propisuje pošiljateljevu obvezu pakiranja pošiljke na način da se zaštiti njezin sadržaj. Dostavom na neadekvatan način osobni podaci postaju dostupni za to neovlaštenim osobama, navode iz AZOP-a.

Kako bilo, iz Grada Splita su shvatili poruku i odlučili se prilagoditi novim pravilima tako da će ubuduće u kuvertama stizati sve - od računa za otkup stana preko komunalija i ostalih obveza koje građani imaju prema ovoj jedinici lokalne samouprave.

- Točna je informacija da će Grad Split ubuduće račune građanima slati u omotnicama, i to u trenutku nastupa obveze plaćanja - potvrđuje nam Dragan Brtan, pročelnik gradskog Upravnog odjela za financije.

Kad će se primjerom Grada povesti i ostali davatelji usluga, ponajprije tvrtke za upravljanje zgradama, koje i dalje na kućne adrese šalju "gole" uplatnice - nije poznato. Možda bi ih na to mogla natjerati Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka čiji je stav da su računi bez kuverte - nezakoniti.
