Da bi zimske rate za struju mogle zapapriti život Dalmatincima upozoravalo se naveliko prošle jeseni, a onda, s dolaskom hladnijih dana, to se i obistinilo.
Mnogi Splićani ostali su šokirani iznosima računa za struju, pogotovo onih za hladnu veljaču, tijekom koje je u Dalmaciji trebalo pojačati grijanje. Neki su dobili i dvostruke iznose...
– Došla mi je ćer, studentica, iz Zagreba. Šta san tribala? Pustit je da se smrzava u ladnoj sobi – ogorčeno nam je kazala Splićanka D. V. čiji je račun za struju u najkraćem mjesecu u godini, zbog nabildane potrošnje, skočio za duplo s prosječnih devedesetak eura koliko mjesečno za korištenje električne energije zimi troši njezino kućanstvo.
Crvena crta na 2500 kWh
– Šlag me strefija kad sam ugledala svotu, a učinila sam sve da uštedim. Član sam HEPI-ja, mašine za suđe i robu palila sam noću po jeftinoj struji. Napravila sam sve što sam mogla, samo što se nisam smrzavala. Kuhalo se na struju i grijalo, i to u samo dvije prostorije, dnevnom boravku i kćerinoj sobi.
Inače živimo u toplom stanu, grijanje nam je radilo svega 5-6 sati dnevno. Uz to imam sve aparate najvišeg energetskog razreda – požalila nam se Splićanka, koja se našla u situaciji poput većine dalmatinskih potrošača iz skupine koja je u proteklom, polugodišnjem ciklusu trošila više od 2500 kWh.
Zahvaljujući povećanoj zimskoj potrošnji, ali i jesenskoj uredbi Vlade RH, upala je u viši platni razred i plaćala skuplju struju. Naša sugovornica još čeka jedan uvećani račun za ožujak...
Vlada je, naime, ograničavajući uoči zime cijene električne energije za kućanstva po prosječnoj cijeni od 59 €/MWh za polugodišnju potrošnju do 2500 kWh (od 1. listopada 2022. do 31. ožujka 2023.) zaboravila na Dalmatince (i ostale stanovnike obalnog pojasa), koji tijekom godine mjesečno troše 500 kilovatsati, jer, za razliku od kontinentalnog stanovništva u Hrvatskoj, nemaju alternativu.
Prosječno dalmatinsko kućanstvo tradicionalno troši više električne energije jer mu je grijanje stana i vode na plin (kupuje se u bocama i uglavnom služi za kuhanje) – nepoznanica, a o toplinarstvu može samo sanjati.
Struja je u Dalmaciji glavni energent za grijanje, zato njezinim stanovnicima nije problem prijeći onu tanku liniju i u pola godine potrošiti više od 2500 kWh, pa slijedom toga upasti u viši platni razred po prosječnoj cijeni električne energije od 88 €/MWh. Primjerice, smatra se kako splitska kućanstva prosječno godišnje potroše 6000 kWh ili 500 kWh mjesečno.
Ipak, dobra je vijest da su se potrošači, koji su u proteklom razdoblju premašili potrošnju od 2500 kWh, od 1. travnja vratili na staru cijenu električne energije.
Ulaskom u novi, ljetni ciklus nastupa, čini se, po Dalmatince i stanovnike ostalih priobalnih dijelova Hrvatske, od Konavala do Savudrije, puno pravičnije razdoblje, jer će se uskoro cjelokupno stanovništvo Hrvatske hladiti na isti način na cijelom njezinu teritoriju. Ljeti je, znaju to dobro Dalmatinci, morska obala ionako puno bliža kontinentu na kojemu se donose sve odluke.

U aktualnom polugodišnjem razdoblju i obalni pojas RH i njezin kontinent imat će po pitanju potrošnje električne energije, manje-više, iste uvjete. Dok su se kontinentalci zimi grijali na plin i toplinsku energiju, a stanovnici uz more na struju, sada će se i jedni i drugi klimatizirati na isti način. Stanovnici kontinenta možda čak, zbog veće potrošnje, mogu očekivati i nešto veće ljetne rate za struju, jer ljeta u tim krajevima znaju biti neugodnija zbog velikih sparina. S druge strane, Dalmacija troši više struje ljeti nego zimi, jer se u tom razdoblju zbog priljeva velikog broja turista aktivira nekoliki stotina tisuća klima-uređaja...

Da bi zimske rate za struju mogle zapapriti život Dalmatincima upozoravalo se naveliko prošle jeseni, a onda, s dolaskom hladnijih dana, to se i obistinilo.
Mnogi Splićani ostali su šokirani iznosima računa za struju, pogotovo onih za hladnu veljaču, tijekom koje je u Dalmaciji trebalo pojačati grijanje. Neki su dobili i dvostruke iznose...
– Došla mi je ćer, studentica, iz Zagreba. Šta san tribala? Pustit je da se smrzava u ladnoj sobi – ogorčeno nam je kazala Splićanka D. V. čiji je račun za struju u najkraćem mjesecu u godini, zbog nabildane potrošnje, skočio za duplo s prosječnih devedesetak eura koliko mjesečno za korištenje električne energije zimi troši njezino kućanstvo.
Crvena crta na 2500 kWh
– Šlag me strefija kad sam ugledala svotu, a učinila sam sve da uštedim. Član sam HEPI-ja, mašine za suđe i robu palila sam noću po jeftinoj struji. Napravila sam sve što sam mogla, samo što se nisam smrzavala. Kuhalo se na struju i grijalo, i to u samo dvije prostorije, dnevnom boravku i kćerinoj sobi.
Inače živimo u toplom stanu, grijanje nam je radilo svega 5-6 sati dnevno. Uz to imam sve aparate najvišeg energetskog razreda – požalila nam se Splićanka, koja se našla u situaciji poput većine dalmatinskih potrošača iz skupine koja je u proteklom, polugodišnjem ciklusu trošila više od 2500 kWh.
Zahvaljujući povećanoj zimskoj potrošnji, ali i jesenskoj uredbi Vlade RH, upala je u viši platni razred i plaćala skuplju struju. Naša sugovornica još čeka jedan uvećani račun za ožujak...
Vlada je, naime, ograničavajući uoči zime cijene električne energije za kućanstva po prosječnoj cijeni od 59 €/MWh za polugodišnju potrošnju do 2500 kWh (od 1. listopada 2022. do 31. ožujka 2023.) zaboravila na Dalmatince (i ostale stanovnike obalnog pojasa), koji tijekom godine mjesečno troše 500 kilovatsati, jer, za razliku od kontinentalnog stanovništva u Hrvatskoj, nemaju alternativu.
Prosječno dalmatinsko kućanstvo tradicionalno troši više električne energije jer mu je grijanje stana i vode na plin (kupuje se u bocama i uglavnom služi za kuhanje) – nepoznanica, a o toplinarstvu može samo sanjati.
Struja je u Dalmaciji glavni energent za grijanje, zato njezinim stanovnicima nije problem prijeći onu tanku liniju i u pola godine potrošiti više od 2500 kWh, pa slijedom toga upasti u viši platni razred po prosječnoj cijeni električne energije od 88 €/MWh. Primjerice, smatra se kako splitska kućanstva prosječno godišnje potroše 6000 kWh ili 500 kWh mjesečno.
Ipak, dobra je vijest da su se potrošači, koji su u proteklom razdoblju premašili potrošnju od 2500 kWh, od 1. travnja vratili na staru cijenu električne energije.
Ulaskom u novi, ljetni ciklus nastupa, čini se, po Dalmatince i stanovnike ostalih priobalnih dijelova Hrvatske, od Konavala do Savudrije, puno pravičnije razdoblje, jer će se uskoro cjelokupno stanovništvo Hrvatske hladiti na isti način na cijelom njezinu teritoriju. Ljeti je, znaju to dobro Dalmatinci, morska obala ionako puno bliža kontinentu na kojemu se donose sve odluke.

U aktualnom polugodišnjem razdoblju i obalni pojas RH i njezin kontinent imat će po pitanju potrošnje električne energije, manje-više, iste uvjete. Dok su se kontinentalci zimi grijali na plin i toplinsku energiju, a stanovnici uz more na struju, sada će se i jedni i drugi klimatizirati na isti način. Stanovnici kontinenta možda čak, zbog veće potrošnje, mogu očekivati i nešto veće ljetne rate za struju, jer ljeta u tim krajevima znaju biti neugodnija zbog velikih sparina. S druge strane, Dalmacija troši više struje ljeti nego zimi, jer se u tom razdoblju zbog priljeva velikog broja turista aktivira nekoliki stotina tisuća klima-uređaja...
