Opet problemi sa znakom zabrane parkiranja u ulici Kroz Smrdečac na Splitu 3. Nakon što ga je netko, pod okriljem noći, prepilao, uskoro je "narastao" novi. Taj novi je onda, isti dan, "uređen" tako što je sprej njegovo naličje zamrčio u crnu boju. Pošto je i ta tabla, po hitnom postupku, zamijenjena, sporno prometno znakovlje je provelo blagdane u miru.

Sve do jučer.

Kao što je vidljivo na naslovnoj fotografiji, omraženi crveni X je opet doživio reformaciju, blago "zagorivši", sada već drugi put. Doduše, ovaj put je gerilska akcija nešto nemarnije odrađena pa je priroda znaka i dalje vidljiva i jasna.

Da podsjetimo, ovaj građanski revolt je izazvan jer su od nedavno, na spornom potezu, vozila ciklički - svako desetak dana - obasipana kaznama za nedozvoljeno parkiranje. Znak, istina, tu stoji od "pamtivijeka", ali dosad nije bio, recimo to tako, aktivan.

Splićani lude zbog kazni za parkiranje; ekipa sa Splita 3 je u noćnoj ‘akciji‘ ispilala prometni znak! Sreća im nije dugo trajala, brzo je vraćen, a onda su se dosjetili...

Njegova posljednja "erupcija" se zbila 10. siječnja, kada su ispod brisača 30-ak automobila osvanule nove uplatnice u s iznosom kazne od 60 eura.

- Riječ je o običnon nepotizmu! Kako to mislimo? Pa, jednostavno, zašto redari ne ostavljaju kazne kontejnerima koji su "parkirani" u iston nizu ka i auti? Eno van ih gori, ima ih sedan-osan. Druga stvar, uopće se ne zna je li ta ulica jednosmjerna il dvosmjerna... Konkretno, zašto se taj znak odnosi samo na jednu stranu? Šta ako mi počnemo parkirat na drugu? Al sad bez zezancije, neka lipo iskoriste ta sredstva od kazni za uređenje ulice i okolnih parkinga - govori nam ekipa iz obližnjeg kafića.

Na pola kažnjavane ulice se, ispod supermarketa, nalazi autoservis. Ulazimo i pitamo za komentar.

- Znate šta, tu van je "Priska Med", zubar, kafići... Prometno je, a ljudi ne znaju koja strana ima prednost pa se zna desit da zaglave ovdi na po puta, isprid naše radnje, pa udru beštimat jedan po drugome.

Bude tu "ubit, zaklat", ma svašta... Biće da zato neko i zove redare. Al, kad maknete sva ta auta odatle, di bi taj svit triba parkirat? Na ledini u Dugopolju? Ima na kraju ulice oni komad makadamskog parkinga, ma je uvik pun. Triba tu malo i nasut žala, možda i nalit štagod... I šta da ljudi rade? A sa rogatin se ne moš bost... - govori nam automehaničar.

Dok se spuštamo niz ulicu, upravo u tom trenutku se pod išarani znak uparkirava vozilo i izlazi dvoje ljudi. Pitamo ih znaju li da su se stavili pod opasnost od dobivanja kazne za koju će trebati izdvojiti gotovo sedam posto hrvatske medijalne plaće.

- Ne, nismo primjetili znak. Samo smo vidjeli da su tu svi parkirani pa... Inače, ne živimo ovdje nego smo došli na termin u Priske Med. Hvala vam što ste nam rekli... Nego, gdje da parkiramo? - pitaju, a mi, osvrćući se, odgovaramo: "Pa... Valjda ćete naći nešto... Sretno!"

Inače, još 13. prosinca, točno prije mjesec dana, smo poslali službene upite Gradu o problematici ulice Kroz Smrdečac. Pitanja su redom bila:

- Koje je točno opravdanje, u smislu prometnih pravila - ali i praktične situacije na terenu - tog znaka?

- Ako ljudi koji tu žive, na toj trasi parkiraju čitavi život - bez kazni - mislite li da su opravdano uznemirani što su počeli za to dobivati kazne svako par dana?

- Ukoliko je (op.a. kod pilanja i prepituravanja znaka) riječ o ogorčenosti obližnjih stanara, čime je ona mogla biti uzrokovana?

- Interesiraju nas ukupni troškovi postavljanja znaka za zabranu zaustavljanja i parkiranja. Isto tako, zanima nas planirate li eventualno revidirati opstojnost i svrhovitost tog konkretnog znaka?

- U opciji da i dalje planirate penalizirati parkiranje na toj poziciji, koju alternativu nudite stanarima istočnog/gornjeg dijela Splita 3?

Odgovore još nismo dobili. Stanari Smrdečije svoje kazne jesu. I opet će. Valjda.

Opet problemi sa znakom zabrane parkiranja u ulici Kroz Smrdečac na Splitu 3. Nakon što ga je netko, pod okriljem noći, prepilao, uskoro je "narastao" novi. Taj novi je onda, isti dan, "uređen" tako što je sprej njegovo naličje zamrčio u crnu boju. Pošto je i ta tabla, po hitnom postupku, zamijenjena, sporno prometno znakovlje je provelo blagdane u miru.

Sve do jučer.

Kao što je vidljivo na naslovnoj fotografiji, omraženi crveni X je opet doživio reformaciju, blago "zagorivši", sada već drugi put. Doduše, ovaj put je gerilska akcija nešto nemarnije odrađena pa je priroda znaka i dalje vidljiva i jasna.

Da podsjetimo, ovaj građanski revolt je izazvan jer su od nedavno, na spornom potezu, vozila ciklički - svako desetak dana - obasipana kaznama za nedozvoljeno parkiranje. Znak, istina, tu stoji od "pamtivijeka", ali dosad nije bio, recimo to tako, aktivan.

Splićani lude zbog kazni za parkiranje; ekipa sa Splita 3 je u noćnoj ‘akciji‘ ispilala prometni znak! Sreća im nije dugo trajala, brzo je vraćen, a onda su se dosjetili...

Njegova posljednja "erupcija" se zbila 10. siječnja, kada su ispod brisača 30-ak automobila osvanule nove uplatnice u s iznosom kazne od 60 eura.

- Riječ je o običnon nepotizmu! Kako to mislimo? Pa, jednostavno, zašto redari ne ostavljaju kazne kontejnerima koji su "parkirani" u iston nizu ka i auti? Eno van ih gori, ima ih sedan-osan. Druga stvar, uopće se ne zna je li ta ulica jednosmjerna il dvosmjerna... Konkretno, zašto se taj znak odnosi samo na jednu stranu? Šta ako mi počnemo parkirat na drugu? Al sad bez zezancije, neka lipo iskoriste ta sredstva od kazni za uređenje ulice i okolnih parkinga - govori nam ekipa iz obližnjeg kafića.

Na pola kažnjavane ulice se, ispod supermarketa, nalazi autoservis. Ulazimo i pitamo za komentar.

- Znate šta, tu van je "Priska Med", zubar, kafići... Prometno je, a ljudi ne znaju koja strana ima prednost pa se zna desit da zaglave ovdi na po puta, isprid naše radnje, pa udru beštimat jedan po drugome.

Bude tu "ubit, zaklat", ma svašta... Biće da zato neko i zove redare. Al, kad maknete sva ta auta odatle, di bi taj svit triba parkirat? Na ledini u Dugopolju? Ima na kraju ulice oni komad makadamskog parkinga, ma je uvik pun. Triba tu malo i nasut žala, možda i nalit štagod... I šta da ljudi rade? A sa rogatin se ne moš bost... - govori nam automehaničar.

Dok se spuštamo niz ulicu, upravo u tom trenutku se pod išarani znak uparkirava vozilo i izlazi dvoje ljudi. Pitamo ih znaju li da su se stavili pod opasnost od dobivanja kazne za koju će trebati izdvojiti gotovo sedam posto hrvatske medijalne plaće.

- Ne, nismo primjetili znak. Samo smo vidjeli da su tu svi parkirani pa... Inače, ne živimo ovdje nego smo došli na termin u Priske Med. Hvala vam što ste nam rekli... Nego, gdje da parkiramo? - pitaju, a mi, osvrćući se, odgovaramo: "Pa... Valjda ćete naći nešto... Sretno!"

Inače, još 13. prosinca, točno prije mjesec dana, smo poslali službene upite Gradu o problematici ulice Kroz Smrdečac. Pitanja su redom bila:

- Koje je točno opravdanje, u smislu prometnih pravila - ali i praktične situacije na terenu - tog znaka?

- Ako ljudi koji tu žive, na toj trasi parkiraju čitavi život - bez kazni - mislite li da su opravdano uznemirani što su počeli za to dobivati kazne svako par dana?

- Ukoliko je (op.a. kod pilanja i prepituravanja znaka) riječ o ogorčenosti obližnjih stanara, čime je ona mogla biti uzrokovana?

- Interesiraju nas ukupni troškovi postavljanja znaka za zabranu zaustavljanja i parkiranja. Isto tako, zanima nas planirate li eventualno revidirati opstojnost i svrhovitost tog konkretnog znaka?

- U opciji da i dalje planirate penalizirati parkiranje na toj poziciji, koju alternativu nudite stanarima istočnog/gornjeg dijela Splita 3?

Odgovore još nismo dobili. Stanari Smrdečije svoje kazne jesu. I opet će. Valjda.
