Na plaotu kod tornja Dalmatia Tower, dogodile su se nove promjene. Investitor je uklonio armirano betonsku nadzemnu konstrukciju o kojoj smo pisali, a koja je trebala poslužiti za ventilaciju podzemnih garaža. Uklanjanje se dogodilo nakon što je građevinska inspekcija donijela pravorijek kako je zahvat legalan, o čemu smo pisali.

Ta građevina koja je izniknula pred ulazom u neboder nije bila dostojna reklama koja se o Dalmatia Toweru godinama stvarala, tako da su čak i neki pobornici ove visokogradnje počeli na društvenim mrežama negodovati oko izgradnji koje su osvanule na nevelikom platou ove mega građevine. Nakon rušenja ove gradnje, izveden je novi zahvat koji je za sada skoro u razini platoa, a elipsoidnog je oblika.
Upitali smo investitora, tvrtku "Westgate Tower" zašto je uklonjen taj nadzemni dio na platou za kojeg su nam prošli put rekli da se "radi o ventilacijskom otvoru za usis svježeg zraka u garažu koji je predviđen projektom i dozvolom i svim izmjenama do sada".

- Kako je u tijeku usklađivanje svih parametara ventilacijskog sustava garaža, ukazala se potreba za drugačijim oblikovnim rješenjem ventilacijskih šahti - glasi kratak odgovor kojeg smo dobili od tvrtke investitora.
S obzirom na to da je ranije bilo rečeno od investitora i od inspekcije da je ono što je srušeno bilo po projektu, zanimalo nas je da li je možda ipak građevinska inspekcija rekla nešto investitoru, pa smo potražili odgovor od inspektora. Nakon par dana stigao nam je odgovor iz Državnog inspektorata.
- Inspekcijskim očevidom izvršenim na lokaciji iz Vašega upita, utvrđeno je kako je investitor uklonio građevinu u funkciji ventilacijskog sustava, a za koju je ishodio Izmjenu i dopunu glavnog projekta 3, kao i Potvrdu javnopravnog tijela nadležnog za zaštitu od požara.
Sukladno članku 106. a stavak 2. Zakona o gradnji investitor je mogao i ukloniti predmetnu građevinu koju navodite u svome upitu - odgovorili su iz Državnog inspektorata.
Drugim riječima inspekcija se nakon novog očevida poziva na članak Zakona po kojem investitor ima pravo raditi izmjene do uporabne dozvole. Ipak, ovdje je slučaj da je investitor od Grada zatražio izmjenu i dopunu rješenja o građenju prema glavnom projektu kojeg spominje Ministarstvo.

U međuvremenu, dok čeka rješenje na projekt kojeg je predao, on gradi pa ruši, odnosno "drugačije oblikuje ventilacijske šahte". A svaki put građevinska inspekcija kaže da se radi baš prema tom istom projektu za kojeg se očekuje izmjena rješenja o gradnji.
Kako smo pisali, Teo Vojković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za urbanizma i izgradnju nam je nedavno odgovorio, na način da je podebljao i podcrtao (!) kako nadzemna gradnja na tom mjestu nije predviđena, niti po starom projektu, a niti po projektu za kojeg je investitor podnio novi zahtjev. Poslali smo upit Vojkoviću vezano za najnovije gradnje pa ćemo objaviti njegov odgovor kad stigne.
Osim ove izmjene, na sjeveroistočnom dijelu platoa pojavio se vijugavi niski zidić od betona koji se "uspinje" u podnožju nebodera.

Do njega je roh bau betonska kućica, investitor kaže da će služiti kao evakuacijski izlaz iz garaža, a u trenutnim okolnostima podsjeća na spomenik kioscima koji se uklanjaju po gradu.
U svakom slučaju, inspektori kažu da je sve legalno, no mali plato svakako djeluje drugačije nego na simulacijama po kojima je projekt poznat, a na kojima je prostor bio "čist" od ovakvih gradnji s ponešto zelenila.

Investitor je uklonio armirano betonsku nadzemnu konstrukciju o kojoj smo pisali, a koja je trebala poslužiti za ventilaciju podzemnih garaža. Uklanjanje se dogodilo nakon što je građevinska inspekcija donijela pravorijek kako je zahvat legalan, o čemu smo pisali.

Ta građevina koja je izniknula pred ulazom u neboder nije bila dostojna reklama koja se o Dalmatia Toweru godinama stvarala, tako da su čak i neki pobornici ove visokogradnje počeli na društvenim mrežama negodovati oko izgradnji koje su osvanule na nevelikom platou ove mega građevine. Nakon rušenja ove gradnje, izveden je novi zahvat koji je za sada skoro u razini platoa, a elipsoidnog je oblika.
Upitali smo investitora, tvrtku "Westgate Tower" zašto je uklonjen taj nadzemni dio na platou za kojeg su nam prošli put rekli da se "radi o ventilacijskom otvoru za usis svježeg zraka u garažu koji je predviđen projektom i dozvolom i svim izmjenama do sada".

- Kako je u tijeku usklađivanje svih parametara ventilacijskog sustava garaža, ukazala se potreba za drugačijim oblikovnim rješenjem ventilacijskih šahti - glasi kratak odgovor kojeg smo dobili od tvrtke investitora.
S obzirom na to da je ranije bilo rečeno od investitora i od inspekcije da je ono što je srušeno bilo po projektu, zanimalo nas je da li je možda ipak građevinska inspekcija rekla nešto investitoru, pa smo potražili odgovor od inspektora. Nakon par dana stigao nam je odgovor iz Državnog inspektorata.
- Inspekcijskim očevidom izvršenim na lokaciji iz Vašega upita, utvrđeno je kako je investitor uklonio građevinu u funkciji ventilacijskog sustava, a za koju je ishodio Izmjenu i dopunu glavnog projekta 3, kao i Potvrdu javnopravnog tijela nadležnog za zaštitu od požara.
Sukladno članku 106. a stavak 2. Zakona o gradnji investitor je mogao i ukloniti predmetnu građevinu koju navodite u svome upitu - odgovorili su iz Državnog inspektorata.
Drugim riječima inspekcija se nakon novog očevida poziva na članak Zakona po kojem investitor ima pravo raditi izmjene do uporabne dozvole. Ipak, ovdje je slučaj da je investitor od Grada zatražio izmjenu i dopunu rješenja o građenju prema glavnom projektu kojeg spominje Ministarstvo.

U međuvremenu, dok čeka rješenje na projekt kojeg je predao, on gradi pa ruši, odnosno "drugačije oblikuje ventilacijske šahte". A svaki put građevinska inspekcija kaže da se radi baš prema tom istom projektu za kojeg se očekuje izmjena rješenja o gradnji.
Kako smo pisali, Teo Vojković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za urbanizma i izgradnju nam je nedavno odgovorio, na način da je podebljao i podcrtao (!) kako nadzemna gradnja na tom mjestu nije predviđena, niti po starom projektu, a niti po projektu za kojeg je investitor podnio novi zahtjev. Poslali smo upit Vojkoviću vezano za najnovije gradnje pa ćemo objaviti njegov odgovor kad stigne.
Osim ove izmjene, na sjeveroistočnom dijelu platoa pojavio se vijugavi niski zidić od betona koji se "uspinje" u podnožju nebodera.

Do njega je roh bau betonska kućica, investitor kaže da će služiti kao evakuacijski izlaz iz garaža, a u trenutnim okolnostima podsjeća na spomenik kioscima koji se uklanjaju po gradu.
U svakom slučaju, inspektori kažu da je sve legalno, no mali plato svakako djeluje drugačije nego na simulacijama po kojima je projekt poznat, a na kojima je prostor bio "čist" od ovakvih gradnji s ponešto zelenila.
