Na prometnicama Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske tijekom vikenda provedene su pojačane aktivnosti u prometu. Prema podacima koje smo dobili iz splitske policije evidentirano je ukupno 465 prekršaja, od čega izdvajaju 35 za alkohol, čak 260 za prekoračenje brzine, 35 za nekorištenje sigurnosnih pojaseva, 25 za korištenje mobitela tijekom upravljanja vozilom, 5 za upravljanje vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje 5 za neregistrirano i tehnički neispravno vozilo.

Zabilježeno je 36 prometnih nesreća od kojih je 13 s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je jedna osoba smrtno stradala. Dvije osobe su teže, a 18 osoba je lakše ozlijeđeno.
Nadalje, jučer je od 16 do 20 sati na području PU splitsko-dalmatinske provedena akcija u prometu "Pojas/Kaciga". Ukupno je utvrđeno 127 prekršaja od čega 6 za nekorištenje zaštitne kacige, te 45 za nekorištenje sigurnosnih pojaseva.
