Svaki, a pogotovo povijesni gradovi u svom imenu čuvaju neku sliku. Neku ideju, viziju koja se budi pod našim kapcima na njihov spomen. Za mnoge će u Veneciji to biti vožnja gondolom po kanalu s gelatom koji nam se topi po prstima, a u Parizu uživanje u prhkom croissantu u bistrou, po mogućnosti s pogledom na Eiffelov toranj. A u Splitu? Možda hedonistička gozba u maniri starih Rimljana na kakvoj pitoresknoj lokaciji, po mogućnosti s pogledom na grad? Tako je barem svoju viziju ultimativnog gastronomsko-turističkog iskustva zamislila Splićanka Tina Gazin, kreiravši takozvane Dioklecijanove večere koju su osim gostiju prepoznali u ovdašnjoj turističkoj zajednici i Županiji.

- Ja se već dugo bavim turizmom i prije par godina sam se bacila u gastronomiju te počela nuditi usluge custom cateringa za jahte i vile putem Instagram profila @joybox_bytina.

Pogotovo sam imala uspjeha za vrijeme korone, kada restorani nisu radili. Ali sam cijelo vrijeme razmišljala kako treba osmisliti nešto što će bolje predstaviti Split, budući da se, po mom mišljenju nismo dovoljno dobro brendirali, odnosno nismo dovoljno iskoristili naše najvrjednije povijesno nasljeđe. Stalno mi se taj Dioklecijan motao po glavi i pitanje kako ga bolje približiti našim gostima. I tako mi je na pamet pala ova ideja – govori nam domišljata Splićanka ističući kako se na tragu njene realizacije obratila Kristini Barbarić Babić i Ani Bužančić, koje su u suradnju donijele iskustvo organizacije evenata stečeno kroz rad koji promoviraju na Instagram profilu @ka.denca.

Priča, kaže počiva na navici turista koji u pravilu obilaze i razgledavaju Dioklecijanovu palaču, gdje im one nude mogućnost da takav dan zaokruže i doživljajem koji će im približiti cijelu priču i produbiti iskustvo.

-To je svojevrsni storytelling gdje gostima pokazujemo kako izgleda taj autentični hedonistički užitak. Oni se na to iskustvo u pravilu odlučuju u vilama, odnosno apartmanima i brodovima u kojima borave, gdje mi sve donesemo, poslužimo i na kraju pospremimo, ali postoji i mogućnost da se večera organizira primjerice na Sustipanu. Hrana u našoj ponudi je isključivo lokalna, u pravilu su to hladne delicije, fingerfood, baš onako kako su to jeli stari Rimljani, uz iznimku neizostavne Splitske torte. I ono što iskustvo čini drugačijim i posebno atraktivnim jest i mogućnost da se i gosti odjenu u toge pa tako uživaju večeru. I upravo je to je dodatni bonus u promociji grada jer je cijeli setup iznimno fotogeničan, tu su maslinove grane, kamen, stare amfore i zlatni detalji. Tako da se gosti mahom fotografiraju; čak im i mi nudimo uslugu profesionalnog fotografa, pa te fotografije dijele na društvenim mrežama gdje kod dugih bude interes – kazuje nam Kristina pa dodaje kako su upravo taj potencijal prepoznale Županija I TZ Split, s kojim, kako doznajmo imaju puno planova.

Ovaj cijeli storytelling koji goste košta oko sto eura po osobi, zaokružen je, kaže, i pisanim tragom, koji ih dočeka na večeri te ga mogu ponijeti kao uspomenu na jedinstveno iskustvo posjeta Splitu koje bilo, ipak, nešto više od mora, sunca i razgledavanja Palače.

Svaki, a pogotovo povijesni gradovi u svom imenu čuvaju neku sliku. Neku ideju, viziju koja se budi pod našim kapcima na njihov spomen. Za mnoge će u Veneciji to biti vožnja gondolom po kanalu s gelatom koji nam se topi po prstima, a u Parizu uživanje u prhkom croissantu u bistrou, po mogućnosti s pogledom na Eiffelov toranj. A u Splitu? Možda hedonistička gozba u maniri starih Rimljana na kakvoj pitoresknoj lokaciji, po mogućnosti s pogledom na grad? Tako je barem svoju viziju ultimativnog gastronomsko-turističkog iskustva zamislila Splićanka Tina Gazin, kreiravši takozvane Dioklecijanove večere koju su osim gostiju prepoznali u ovdašnjoj turističkoj zajednici i Županiji.

- Ja se već dugo bavim turizmom i prije par godina sam se bacila u gastronomiju te počela nuditi usluge custom cateringa za jahte i vile putem Instagram profila @joybox_bytina.

Pogotovo sam imala uspjeha za vrijeme korone, kada restorani nisu radili. Ali sam cijelo vrijeme razmišljala kako treba osmisliti nešto što će bolje predstaviti Split, budući da se, po mom mišljenju nismo dovoljno dobro brendirali, odnosno nismo dovoljno iskoristili naše najvrjednije povijesno nasljeđe. Stalno mi se taj Dioklecijan motao po glavi i pitanje kako ga bolje približiti našim gostima. I tako mi je na pamet pala ova ideja – govori nam domišljata Splićanka ističući kako se na tragu njene realizacije obratila Kristini Barbarić Babić i Ani Bužančić, koje su u suradnju donijele iskustvo organizacije evenata stečeno kroz rad koji promoviraju na Instagram profilu @ka.denca.

Priča, kaže počiva na navici turista koji u pravilu obilaze i razgledavaju Dioklecijanovu palaču, gdje im one nude mogućnost da takav dan zaokruže i doživljajem koji će im približiti cijelu priču i produbiti iskustvo.

-To je svojevrsni storytelling gdje gostima pokazujemo kako izgleda taj autentični hedonistički užitak. Oni se na to iskustvo u pravilu odlučuju u vilama, odnosno apartmanima i brodovima u kojima borave, gdje mi sve donesemo, poslužimo i na kraju pospremimo, ali postoji i mogućnost da se večera organizira primjerice na Sustipanu. Hrana u našoj ponudi je isključivo lokalna, u pravilu su to hladne delicije, fingerfood, baš onako kako su to jeli stari Rimljani, uz iznimku neizostavne Splitske torte. I ono što iskustvo čini drugačijim i posebno atraktivnim jest i mogućnost da se i gosti odjenu u toge pa tako uživaju večeru. I upravo je to je dodatni bonus u promociji grada jer je cijeli setup iznimno fotogeničan, tu su maslinove grane, kamen, stare amfore i zlatni detalji. Tako da se gosti mahom fotografiraju; čak im i mi nudimo uslugu profesionalnog fotografa, pa te fotografije dijele na društvenim mrežama gdje kod dugih bude interes – kazuje nam Kristina pa dodaje kako su upravo taj potencijal prepoznale Županija I TZ Split, s kojim, kako doznajmo imaju puno planova.

Ovaj cijeli storytelling koji goste košta oko sto eura po osobi, zaokružen je, kaže, i pisanim tragom, koji ih dočeka na večeri te ga mogu ponijeti kao uspomenu na jedinstveno iskustvo posjeta Splitu koje bilo, ipak, nešto više od mora, sunca i razgledavanja Palače.
