Prigovor je stigao u našu redakciju s adrese Poljana kneza Trpimira. Točnije, ulice odmah iza autobusne stanice na Pazaru. Nekoliko čitatelja vidno je nezadovoljno stanjem, kako su nazvali, "razrovane" ulice i skele koja već šest godina besplatno "zjapi" na javnoj gradskoj površini.

- Riječ je o zgradi ispred nas kod koje je prije punih šest godina postavljena skela zbog obnove fasade, no ta se obnova do dana danas nije dogodila, a skela je ostala na ulici sve ove godine bez da je itko plaćao zakup. Da ne govorim o tome da ulica spada pod zonu A kulturno-povijesne cjeline, a cijela je razrovana, puna rupa, beton je popuca… Malim iznajmljivačima to otežava posao jer im gosti zbog stanja ulice često daju lošije ocjene.

Šta je najgore, oni su sad poslali zahtjev Gradu da skela ostane besplatno stajati na površini, pod krinkom da se zaštite prolaznici od mogućih odrona, a nema nikakve naznake da će se zgrada i fasada sanirati. Grozimo se nebrigom kotara, ali i gradske vlasti koja ne može natjerati vlasnike da urede fasadu. Stanje je katastrofalno, a nama se povećavaju paušali za iznajmljivanje - govori nam nekoliko ljutitih čitatelja te dodaju da se u toj ulici nalazi i zgrada Prirodoslovnoga muzeja.

Poslali smo upit i gradskoj upravi iz koje su nam odgovorili da je skelu postavio Tehnoplast.

- Izvidom na terenu komunalno redarstvo je utvrdilo da navedena skela nema važeći ugovor o zakupu površine javne namjene stoga je pokrenut postupak uklanjanja iste. Skela je postavljena od strane upraviteljske kuće Tehnoplast za potrebe obnove zgrade, međutim ostala je samo kao zaštita od mogućeg pada sa zgrade.Svakako, bez važećeg ugovora skela ne može biti na terenu i po završetku postupka će biti uklonjena - odgovorili su iz komunalne službe u Banovini.

Prigovor je stigao u našu redakciju s adrese Poljana kneza Trpimira. Točnije, ulice odmah iza autobusne stanice na Pazaru. Nekoliko čitatelja vidno je nezadovoljno stanjem, kako su nazvali, "razrovane" ulice i skele koja već šest godina besplatno "zjapi" na javnoj gradskoj površini.

- Riječ je o zgradi ispred nas kod koje je prije punih šest godina postavljena skela zbog obnove fasade, no ta se obnova do dana danas nije dogodila, a skela je ostala na ulici sve ove godine bez da je itko plaćao zakup. Da ne govorim o tome da ulica spada pod zonu A kulturno-povijesne cjeline, a cijela je razrovana, puna rupa, beton je popuca… Malim iznajmljivačima to otežava posao jer im gosti zbog stanja ulice često daju lošije ocjene.

Šta je najgore, oni su sad poslali zahtjev Gradu da skela ostane besplatno stajati na površini, pod krinkom da se zaštite prolaznici od mogućih odrona, a nema nikakve naznake da će se zgrada i fasada sanirati. Grozimo se nebrigom kotara, ali i gradske vlasti koja ne može natjerati vlasnike da urede fasadu. Stanje je katastrofalno, a nama se povećavaju paušali za iznajmljivanje - govori nam nekoliko ljutitih čitatelja te dodaju da se u toj ulici nalazi i zgrada Prirodoslovnoga muzeja.

Poslali smo upit i gradskoj upravi iz koje su nam odgovorili da je skelu postavio Tehnoplast.

- Izvidom na terenu komunalno redarstvo je utvrdilo da navedena skela nema važeći ugovor o zakupu površine javne namjene stoga je pokrenut postupak uklanjanja iste. Skela je postavljena od strane upraviteljske kuće Tehnoplast za potrebe obnove zgrade, međutim ostala je samo kao zaštita od mogućeg pada sa zgrade.Svakako, bez važećeg ugovora skela ne može biti na terenu i po završetku postupka će biti uklonjena - odgovorili su iz komunalne službe u Banovini.
