U restoranu „Stari Mornar” okupila se generacija koja je na današnji dan 1953. položila maturu i završila gimnazije "Vladimir Nazor" i "Ćiro Gamulin".

Okruglu 70. obljetnicu mature proslavilo je 14 maturanata: Dušan Jelaska, Ivo Dellale, Siniša Tomašević, Arsen Dobrić, Mario Miličić, Nikola Jurjević, Ante Vučemilović, Dragutin Lemo, Gordana Bedalov, Višnja Gabrić, Vasija Vilović, Ljubica Eterović, Adolfa Farčić, Anka Juretić, Sonja Tomašić i Ivana Draga Vrcan.

Slavljenici nam kažu kako su završili pet razreda srednje škole jer je osnovna trajala sedam godina, takozvana „sedmoljetka”. U zadnjem razredu ih je podijelilo u dvije gimnazije: "Ćiru Gamulina" i "Vladimira Nazora". 

Oni koji su učili engleski jezik su išli u „Nazora”, a „Francuzi” u Ćire Gamulina. Kako je "Francuza" bila malo, sve djevojke su bile prebačene u Ćire Gamulina.

Ali bez obzira na to, posljednjih 60 godina slave godišnjicu zajedno. Gimnaziju je upisalo 80 učenika, po 40 njih u svakom razredu.

Ruski jezik je bio obvezan predmet, a ovi su gimnazijalci prve dvije godine osnovne škole završili na talijanskom jeziku i dobili svjedožbe na talijanskom. U čitankama je bilo svega: od kralja Petra, Mussolinija, Pavelića, Tita, pa sve do već poznatih povijesnih događaja.

Kažu nam kako matura nije bila pretjerano teška. Polagali su pet predmeta: hrvatski jezik, strani jezik, povijest, fiziku i matematiku. Od 80 gimnazijalaca, ima ih još koji su živi, ali neki su u domu, neki daleko iako ni daljina ni godine nisu smetali nekima da dođu iz Zagreba ili Beograda opet u Split.

Zanimljive su se priče "povukle" za stolom poput putovanja autobusom iz Trogira do Splita svakog dana koji se često kvario, korištenja "tableta" u osnovnoj školi, do odgojnih mjera za učenike...

U restoranu „Stari Mornar” okupila se generacija koja je na današnji dan 1953. položila maturu i završila gimnazije "Vladimir Nazor" i "Ćiro Gamulin".

Slavljenici nam kažu kako su završili pet razreda srednje škole jer je osnovna trajala sedam godina, takozvana „sedmoljetka”. U zadnjem razredu ih je podijelilo u dvije gimnazije: "Ćiru Gamulina" i "Vladimira Nazora". 

Oni koji su učili engleski jezik su išli u „Nazora”, a „Francuzi” u Ćire Gamulina. Kako je "Francuza" bila malo, sve djevojke su bile prebačene u Ćire Gamulina.

Ali bez obzira na to, posljednjih 60 godina slave godišnjicu zajedno. Gimnaziju je upisalo 80 učenika, po 40 njih u svakom razredu.

Ruski jezik je bio obvezan predmet, a ovi su gimnazijalci prve dvije godine osnovne škole završili na talijanskom jeziku i dobili svjedožbe na talijanskom. U čitankama je bilo svega: od kralja Petra, Mussolinija, Pavelića, Tita, pa sve do već poznatih povijesnih događaja.

Kažu nam kako matura nije bila pretjerano teška. Polagali su pet predmeta: hrvatski jezik, strani jezik, povijest, fiziku i matematiku. Od 80 gimnazijalaca, ima ih još koji su živi, ali neki su u domu, neki daleko iako ni daljina ni godine nisu smetali nekima da dođu iz Zagreba ili Beograda opet u Split.

Zanimljive su se priče "povukle" za stolom poput putovanja autobusom iz Trogira do Splita svakog dana koji se često kvario, korištenja "tableta" u osnovnoj školi, do odgojnih mjera za učenike...

U restoranu „Stari Mornar” okupila se generacija koja je na današnji dan 1953. položila maturu i završila gimnazije "Vladimir Nazor" i "Ćiro Gamulin".

Okruglu 70. obljetnicu mature proslavilo je 14 maturanata: Dušan Jelaska, Ivo Dellale, Siniša Tomašević, Arsen Dobrić, Mario Miličić, Nikola Jurjević, Ante Vučemilović, Dragutin Lemo, Gordana Bedalov, Višnja Gabrić, Vasija Vilović, Ljubica Eterović, Adolfa Farčić, Anka Juretić, Sonja Tomašić i Ivana Draga Vrcan.
