Javni poziv za odabir zakupaca popularnih kućica u sklopu manifestacije "Božićni sajam u Splitu" doživio je potpuni debakl.

Najbolji dokaz tomu je što su nakon današnjeg sastanka Povjerenstva prema objavljenim rezultatima svoje privremene vlasnike dobile tek četiri ugostiteljske kućice od ukupno 15 koliko ih je predviđeno na Rivi.

Organizatoru, gradskoj agenciji Spalatum D.M.C. nije preostalo ništa drugo nego zainteresiranima ponuditi drugu mogućnost, po identičnim uvjetima, a službeno objašnjenje ove neobične situacije kaže da joj je razlog "velik broj prijava s nepotpunom dokumentacijom".

- Ponude za nedodjeljene objekte i zone zaprimamo zaključno s 25. 11., odlučili smo se na podužetak roka jer su nekima nedostajali dokumenti poput zadužnice ili izvadaka iz registra - kazala nam je Marina Rančić, direktorica "Spalatuma".

Najveći ponuđeni iznos za centralnu kućicu uz samu pozornicu je 80 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a, a produžetak svog štekata na Rivi osigurala je i ekipa iz kafića "Antique".

Javni poziv za odabir zakupaca popularnih kućica u sklopu manifestacije "Božićni sajam u Splitu" doživio je potpuni debakl.

Najbolji dokaz tomu je što su nakon današnjeg sastanka Povjerenstva prema objavljenim rezultatima svoje privremene vlasnike dobile tek četiri ugostiteljske kućice od ukupno 15 koliko ih je predviđeno na Rivi.

Organizatoru, gradskoj agenciji Spalatum D.M.C. nije preostalo ništa drugo nego zainteresiranima ponuditi drugu mogućnost, po identičnim uvjetima, a službeno objašnjenje ove neobične situacije kaže da joj je razlog "velik broj prijava s nepotpunom dokumentacijom".

- Ponude za nedodjeljene objekte i zone zaprimamo zaključno s 25. 11., odlučili smo se na podužetak roka jer su nekima nedostajali dokumenti poput zadužnice ili izvadaka iz registra - kazala nam je Marina Rančić, direktorica "Spalatuma".

Najveći ponuđeni iznos za centralnu kućicu uz samu pozornicu je 80 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a, a produžetak svog štekata na Rivi osigurala je i ekipa iz kafića "Antique".
