Šetnja Ilićevim prolazom, u kojem se nalazi i kino "Karaman", ovih bi se dana mogla prozvati vrlo rizičnom aktivnošću jer je sa stropa zapadnog "volta" te uličice počela otpadati žbuka.

Budući da je riječ o povijesnom stambeno-poslovnom sklopu s početka 20. stoljeća, koji su gradili članovi ugledne trgovačke obitelji Ilić, po kojem prolaz od Marmontove ulice do Morpurgove poljane nosi ime, ne bi bilo loše kada bi se dio novca od spomeničke rente koja se ubire u jezgri preusmjerio i na (ponovnu) obnovu ovog objekta.

Ispod otpale žbuke vidljive su drvene gredice koje, načete zubom vremena, jedva nose gornju etažu, pa prizor poziva na što hitniju reakciju suvlasnika kuće i konzervatora.

Tim dijelom grada, pogotovo u sezoni, gotovo 24 sata hodaju prolaznici, pa za sve nas domaće koji plaćamo komunalne poreze, ali i za ukupnu turističku sliku Splita, ne bi baš bilo dobro da se dogodi nešto teže od "običnog" padanja dijela fasade na kameni pod Ilićeva prolaza.

Ne želimo ni pomisliti na nešto teže...

Šetnja Ilićevim prolazom, u kojem se nalazi i kino "Karaman", ovih bi se dana mogla prozvati vrlo rizičnom aktivnošću jer je sa stropa zapadnog "volta" te uličice počela otpadati žbuka.

Budući da je riječ o povijesnom stambeno-poslovnom sklopu s početka 20. stoljeća, koji su gradili članovi ugledne trgovačke obitelji Ilić, po kojem prolaz od Marmontove ulice do Morpurgove poljane nosi ime, ne bi bilo loše kada bi se dio novca od spomeničke rente koja se ubire u jezgri preusmjerio i na (ponovnu) obnovu ovog objekta.

Ispod otpale žbuke vidljive su drvene gredice koje, načete zubom vremena, jedva nose gornju etažu, pa prizor poziva na što hitniju reakciju suvlasnika kuće i konzervatora.

Tim dijelom grada, pogotovo u sezoni, gotovo 24 sata hodaju prolaznici, pa za sve nas domaće koji plaćamo komunalne poreze, ali i za ukupnu turističku sliku Splita, ne bi baš bilo dobro da se dogodi nešto teže od "običnog" padanja dijela fasade na kameni pod Ilićeva prolaza.

Ne želimo ni pomisliti na nešto teže...
