Nakon zadnjeg boravka u Splitu i razgovora oko sadržaja ugovora Končar i Kerum razišli su se uz dogovor da će se splitski gradonačelnik javiti kroz sedam do deset dana.

Do danas se još nije javio što upućuje na mogućnost da od posla s Končarom u konačnosti neće biti ništa. Zbog pritisaka vjerovnika Kerum i nema puno vremena za kalkulacije. Hypo banka potražuje 34 milijuna eura kredita, a izvođači radova oko 15 milijuna.

Končar je ostao čvrsto kod svoje ponude- spreman je preuzeti dugove i financirati dovršetak izgradnje Marjana za 50 posto vlasništva i upravljanje hotelom. Kerum u toj transakciji ne bi dobio niti kune što je po njega sigurno loš posao ako je točna tvrdnja da je do sada u taj objekt utrošio 114 milijuna eura.

Kako Danko Končar nije taj koji je inicirao kupnju hotela već je poziv stigao od samog Keruma, jasno je da on nije spreman na bilo kakve ustupke iz svoje ponude. Željko Kerum međutim pod velikim je pritiskom jer Hypo navodno s 1. lipnja traži povrat kredita.

Do danas se još nije javio što upućuje na mogućnost da od posla s Končarom u konačnosti neće biti ništa. Zbog pritisaka vjerovnika Kerum i nema puno vremena za kalkulacije. Hypo banka potražuje 34 milijuna eura kredita, a izvođači radova oko 15 milijuna.

Končar je ostao čvrsto kod svoje ponude- spreman je preuzeti dugove i financirati dovršetak izgradnje Marjana za 50 posto vlasništva i upravljanje hotelom. Kerum u toj transakciji ne bi dobio niti kune što je po njega sigurno loš posao ako je točna tvrdnja da je do sada u taj objekt utrošio 114 milijuna eura.

Kako Danko Končar nije taj koji je inicirao kupnju hotela već je poziv stigao od samog Keruma, jasno je da on nije spreman na bilo kakve ustupke iz svoje ponude. Željko Kerum međutim pod velikim je pritiskom jer Hypo navodno s 1. lipnja traži povrat kredita.
