Tvrtka “Žnjan” d.o.o., koja je dobila od Vlade RH koncesiju na žnjanski plato, odabrala je izvođača radova za uređenje ove velike plaže.

Javna nabava bila je objavljena još u srpnju ove godine, a ovaj petak izabrana je ponuda zajednice ponuditelja “Lavčević” d.d. i “Lavčević - inženjering” d.o.o. Ove dvije tvrtke ponudile su da će obaviti posao za 56.875.026,29 eura s PDV-om.

Na natječaj za izvođenje radova su se javile još dvije tvrtke. Ponuda “Kamgrada” d.o.o. od 72,9 milijuna s PDV-om odbijena je kao neprihvatljiva. Kako stoji u “Odluci o odabiru ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude” koju potpisuje direktor “Žnjana” Antonio Ljubas, ponuda “prelazi planirana, odnosno osigurana novčana sredstva Naručitelja za nabavu”.

Zajednica ponuditelja “Texo Molior” d.o.o. i “Impresa Construzioni Mentucci Aldo” S.R.L. imala je najveću ponudu od 81 milijun s PDV-om, ali oni su odbijeni jer se posumnjalo da bi mogli izvesti radove koji se od njih traže. Kako se navodi, naručitelj je temeljem rezultata pregleda, ocjene ponuda i provjere utvrdio da je njihova ponuda “neprihvatljiva jer se radi o ponudi ponuditelja koji ne ispunjava uvjete za kvalitativni odabir gospodarskog subjekta”.

Podsjetimo, procjena vrijednosti radova bila je 35 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Rok za dostavu ponuda bio je 3. listopada, a ponuda koja je nakon više od dva mjeseca “mozganja” prihvaćena, od 45,5 milijuna bez PDV-a, značajno prelazi procjenu.

U proračunu za 2024. godinu, koji je ovaj četvrtak usvojen na Gradskom vijeću, Grad je predvidio 32 milijuna eura za žnjanski plato. Kredit kojim bi se financiralo skupe radove uređivanja velike površine žnjanskog platoa još nije potpisan s Europskom investicijskom bankom jer, kako procedura nalaže, Grad Split za dugoročno zaduživanje mora pričekati odobrenje od Plenkovićeve Vlade.

Tvrtka “Žnjan” d.o.o., koja je dobila od Vlade RH koncesiju na žnjanski plato, odabrala je izvođača radova za uređenje ove velike plaže.

Javna nabava bila je objavljena još u srpnju ove godine, a ovaj petak izabrana je ponuda zajednice ponuditelja “Lavčević” d.d. i “Lavčević - inženjering” d.o.o. Ove dvije tvrtke ponudile su da će obaviti posao za 56.875.026,29 eura s PDV-om.

Na natječaj za izvođenje radova su se javile još dvije tvrtke. Ponuda “Kamgrada” d.o.o. od 72,9 milijuna s PDV-om odbijena je kao neprihvatljiva. Kako stoji u “Odluci o odabiru ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude” koju potpisuje direktor “Žnjana” Antonio Ljubas, ponuda “prelazi planirana, odnosno osigurana novčana sredstva Naručitelja za nabavu”.

Zajednica ponuditelja “Texo Molior” d.o.o. i “Impresa Construzioni Mentucci Aldo” S.R.L. imala je najveću ponudu od 81 milijun s PDV-om, ali oni su odbijeni jer se posumnjalo da bi mogli izvesti radove koji se od njih traže. Kako se navodi, naručitelj je temeljem rezultata pregleda, ocjene ponuda i provjere utvrdio da je njihova ponuda “neprihvatljiva jer se radi o ponudi ponuditelja koji ne ispunjava uvjete za kvalitativni odabir gospodarskog subjekta”.

Podsjetimo, procjena vrijednosti radova bila je 35 milijuna eura bez PDV-a. Rok za dostavu ponuda bio je 3. listopada, a ponuda koja je nakon više od dva mjeseca “mozganja” prihvaćena, od 45,5 milijuna bez PDV-a, značajno prelazi procjenu.

U proračunu za 2024. godinu, koji je ovaj četvrtak usvojen na Gradskom vijeću, Grad je predvidio 32 milijuna eura za žnjanski plato. Kredit kojim bi se financiralo skupe radove uređivanja velike površine žnjanskog platoa još nije potpisan s Europskom investicijskom bankom jer, kako procedura nalaže, Grad Split za dugoročno zaduživanje mora pričekati odobrenje od Plenkovićeve Vlade.
