Nakon što je dr. Deni Karelović smijenjen s mjesta predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, stiže još jedna neugodna vijest vezana za spomenutog liječnika i splitsku bolnicu.
Splitska bolnica izgubila je spor protiv Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka, potaknut slučajem tadašnje saborske zastupnice Ivane Ninčević Lesandrić.
Malo tko se ne sjeća šokantne izjave Solinjanke koja je 2018. godine, replicirajući tadašnjemu ministru zdravstva Milanu Kujundžiću, kazala kako je "nedavno završila na Hitnoj pomoći zbog spontanog pobačaja, a uvjeti koji su je dočekali u bolnici bili su na razini 15. stoljeća".
Do u detalje je potom opisala kako su joj u splitskoj bolnici strugali maternicu pola sata naživo, i to bez anestezije. Bila je to priča koja je tjednima punila naslovnice svih medija, a zastupnicu pretvorila u heroinu nacije, prvenstveno žena koje su potaknute njezinim primjerom počele dijeliti slična, ali i puno gora iskustva.
Sporna izjava dr. Karelovića
Ono što je tada, osim samog slučaja, posebno šokiralo javnost bila je izjava dr. Denija Karelovića, predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, koji je Lesandrićku odlučio demantirati sljedećim riječima:
"Što se tiče konkretnog slučaja koji je iznijela gđa Ninčević Lesandrić, mogu reći da to nije istina. Kolege su napravili sve lege artis. Njoj nije rađena kiretaža, nego je zbog male trudnoće od svega šest tjedana obavljena aspiracija u lokalnoj anesteziji. Ali znate kakve su to situacije, kad netko očekuje da će ga neki zahvat boljeti, onda čim ga taknete, skače do plafona, više zbog straha nego zbog objektivne boli."
Na izjavu je odmah reagirala sama Lesandrić tvrdeći da su takvom izjavom povrijeđena njezina prava na zaštitu osobnih podataka, a s njom se ubrzo složila i Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka koja je rješenjem utvrdila "kako su od KBC-a Split u javnost iznesene pojedinosti vezane uz konkretan postupak obavljen u liječničkoj ustanovi i veći opseg osobnih podataka od onog opsega osobnih podataka koji je prije toga u javnost iznijela imenovana saborska zastupnica, čime je protivno načelu razmjernosti i načelu smanjenja količine podataka došlo do prekomjerne obrade osobnih podataka protivne svrsi prikupljanja/obrade osobnih podataka, a time i do povrede prava pacijentice".
Ukratko, Karelović je, želeći sprati ljagu s bolnice i kolega, očito otkrio više nego što mu zakon i struka dopuštaju. No, ni on ni KBC Split s tim se mišljenjem nisu složili pa su tužili Upravnom sudu spomenutu Agenciju zbog izdanog rješenja tvrdeći da je svojom izjavom Lesandrić, među ostalim, "stvorila nepovjerenje građana u bolnički sustav te bolnicu pretvorila u ustanovu u kojoj se pacijenti kasape i uništavaju".
Lesandrić: Na što troše novac?
I sada dolazimo do razloga zašto se prisjećamo tog slučaja od prije dvije godine. Naime, nakon što im je odbijen tužbeni zahtjev Upravnom sudu u kojemu traže poništenje rješenja Agencije, KBC Split žalio se Visokom upravnom sudu, koji je prije nekoliko mjeseci odlučio kako se odbija njihova žalba i potvrđuje presuda i rješenje Upravnog suda.
Laičkim rječnikom, Lesandrić je pobijedila, a KBC Split dužan je platiti 6250 kuna na ime troškova upravnog postupka.
- Gorčina mi se javi od tog slučaja, ali s druge strane osjećam se ponosno jer smatram da sam svojim osobnim iskustvom pomogla mnogima. Meni je drago što sada postoji konkretna presuda koja kaže da se osobni podaci ne smiju na ovakav način javno iznositi. Da me je netko iz bolnice prethodno pitao za dozvolu, rekla bih O.K., ali nazivati me lažljivicom?!
Ja sam očekivala da će moj slučaj potaknuti na razgovor, a ne da će rezultirati povredom moje privatnosti. Na kraju svega, žao mi je da bolnica u ovoj krizi i pandemiji troši novac na parnice, umjesto na nešto potrebnije. Ne razumijem to - kazala nam je Lesandrić, upitana da prokomentira presudu.
Nedavnu smjenu Karelovića i eventualnu povezanost njezina slučaja nije željela komentirati. Ravnatelja bolnice Julija Meštrovića zvali smo i poslali mu poruku nadajući se njegovoj reakciji na presudu, no nismo je dobili do zaključenja teksta.

Nakon što je dr. Deni Karelović smijenjen s mjesta predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, stiže još jedna neugodna vijest vezana za spomenutog liječnika i splitsku bolnicu.
Splitska bolnica izgubila je spor protiv Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka, potaknut slučajem tadašnje saborske zastupnice Ivane Ninčević Lesandrić.
Malo tko se ne sjeća šokantne izjave Solinjanke koja je 2018. godine, replicirajući tadašnjemu ministru zdravstva Milanu Kujundžiću, kazala kako je "nedavno završila na Hitnoj pomoći zbog spontanog pobačaja, a uvjeti koji su je dočekali u bolnici bili su na razini 15. stoljeća".
Do u detalje je potom opisala kako su joj u splitskoj bolnici strugali maternicu pola sata naživo, i to bez anestezije. Bila je to priča koja je tjednima punila naslovnice svih medija, a zastupnicu pretvorila u heroinu nacije, prvenstveno žena koje su potaknute njezinim primjerom počele dijeliti slična, ali i puno gora iskustva.
Sporna izjava dr. Karelovića
Ono što je tada, osim samog slučaja, posebno šokiralo javnost bila je izjava dr. Denija Karelovića, predstojnika Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split, koji je Lesandrićku odlučio demantirati sljedećim riječima:
"Što se tiče konkretnog slučaja koji je iznijela gđa Ninčević Lesandrić, mogu reći da to nije istina. Kolege su napravili sve lege artis. Njoj nije rađena kiretaža, nego je zbog male trudnoće od svega šest tjedana obavljena aspiracija u lokalnoj anesteziji. Ali znate kakve su to situacije, kad netko očekuje da će ga neki zahvat boljeti, onda čim ga taknete, skače do plafona, više zbog straha nego zbog objektivne boli."
Na izjavu je odmah reagirala sama Lesandrić tvrdeći da su takvom izjavom povrijeđena njezina prava na zaštitu osobnih podataka, a s njom se ubrzo složila i Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka koja je rješenjem utvrdila "kako su od KBC-a Split u javnost iznesene pojedinosti vezane uz konkretan postupak obavljen u liječničkoj ustanovi i veći opseg osobnih podataka od onog opsega osobnih podataka koji je prije toga u javnost iznijela imenovana saborska zastupnica, čime je protivno načelu razmjernosti i načelu smanjenja količine podataka došlo do prekomjerne obrade osobnih podataka protivne svrsi prikupljanja/obrade osobnih podataka, a time i do povrede prava pacijentice".
Ukratko, Karelović je, želeći sprati ljagu s bolnice i kolega, očito otkrio više nego što mu zakon i struka dopuštaju. No, ni on ni KBC Split s tim se mišljenjem nisu složili pa su tužili Upravnom sudu spomenutu Agenciju zbog izdanog rješenja tvrdeći da je svojom izjavom Lesandrić, među ostalim, "stvorila nepovjerenje građana u bolnički sustav te bolnicu pretvorila u ustanovu u kojoj se pacijenti kasape i uništavaju".
Lesandrić: Na što troše novac?
I sada dolazimo do razloga zašto se prisjećamo tog slučaja od prije dvije godine. Naime, nakon što im je odbijen tužbeni zahtjev Upravnom sudu u kojemu traže poništenje rješenja Agencije, KBC Split žalio se Visokom upravnom sudu, koji je prije nekoliko mjeseci odlučio kako se odbija njihova žalba i potvrđuje presuda i rješenje Upravnog suda.
Laičkim rječnikom, Lesandrić je pobijedila, a KBC Split dužan je platiti 6250 kuna na ime troškova upravnog postupka.
- Gorčina mi se javi od tog slučaja, ali s druge strane osjećam se ponosno jer smatram da sam svojim osobnim iskustvom pomogla mnogima. Meni je drago što sada postoji konkretna presuda koja kaže da se osobni podaci ne smiju na ovakav način javno iznositi. Da me je netko iz bolnice prethodno pitao za dozvolu, rekla bih O.K., ali nazivati me lažljivicom?!
Ja sam očekivala da će moj slučaj potaknuti na razgovor, a ne da će rezultirati povredom moje privatnosti. Na kraju svega, žao mi je da bolnica u ovoj krizi i pandemiji troši novac na parnice, umjesto na nešto potrebnije. Ne razumijem to - kazala nam je Lesandrić, upitana da prokomentira presudu.
Nedavnu smjenu Karelovića i eventualnu povezanost njezina slučaja nije željela komentirati. Ravnatelja bolnice Julija Meštrovića zvali smo i poslali mu poruku nadajući se njegovoj reakciji na presudu, no nismo je dobili do zaključenja teksta.
