Prije otprilike dva mjeseca prvi smo objavili da su pojedinim potrošačima sa splitskog područja poslane uplatnice s pogrešnim obračunima rata za potrošenu električnu energiju.

Mjesečni iznosi koji su stigli na adrese brojnih naših čitatelja bili su povećani do čak 40 posto u odnosu na svote s računa za isto lanjsko obračunsko razdoblje, a iz tvrtke "HEP Elektra" su takve greške pripisali problemima uzrokovanim informatičkim razdvajanjima djelatnosti opskrbe i distribucije unutar sustava "Hrvatske elektroprivrede" (HEP).

– Informatičkom provjerom utvrđeno je koji su kupci dobili pogrešno izračunate rate, a odmah nakon što je greška otkrivena, pokrenute su aktivnosti kako bi se ispravio program i na adrese naših potrošača poslale nove obračunske rate. Kupci neće biti oštećeni, nove su im uplatnice poslane, a neki su ih već primili. Ispričavamo se zbog greške koja je prouzročila nezadovoljstvo naših klijenata, te vjerujemo kako će od uvođenja nove informatičke podrške upravo oni imati najviše koristi jer će to u konačnici omogućiti unapređenje usluge prema krajnjim korisnicima – naveli su prije dva mjeseca iz te državne tvrtke u odgovoru na pitanja upućena iz naše redakcije.

No, osim spornih uplatnica, ista informatička greška utjecala je i na sustav slanja opomena neplatišama električne energije. Naravno, takva greška kod građana nije dočekana s jednakim nezadovoljstvom, ali je u svakom slučaju izazvala probleme zbog odgode neplaćanja potrošene struje.

– Kako smo već ranije obavijestili kupce, zbog prelaska na novu informatičku podršku i povremenih grešaka koje su se u tom razdoblju pojavljivale, tvrtka "HEP Elektra" jedno vrijeme nije kupcima slala opomene zbog neplaćenih obveza. Međutim, u ovom trenutku ta se mjera naplate koristi u potpunosti i na zakonski propisan način kod onih kupaca koji ne podmire svoja dugovanja HEP-u do datuma dospijeća. U slučaju da kupac ni po opomeni ne podmiri dospjela dugovanja, upućuje se obavijest o obustavi isporuke električne energije – odgovorili su nam iz nacionalne kompanije.

Premda ona splitska kućanstva i tvrtke koji su u problemima s podmirivanjem novčanih obveza sigurno ne čekaju s nestrpljenjem ispravak takve greške, takav slučaj nije s redovitim uplatnicama za novo obračunsko razdoblje koje brojnim kućanstvima i poduzetnicima tek sada stižu na kućnu adresu. Prema riječima dijela naših sugrađana, dogodilo im se da su tek krajem proteklog tjedna, a neki i u ponedjeljak (jučer) dobili novi "paket" računa s iznosima za svibanj i lipanj koji je pred vratima.

Budući da dio HEP-ovih klijenata mora podmiriti i razliku potrošene energije, sada će u razmaku od desetak dana morati platiti čak tri računa.

Prije otprilike dva mjeseca prvi smo objavili da su pojedinim potrošačima sa splitskog područja poslane uplatnice s pogrešnim obračunima rata za potrošenu električnu energiju.

Mjesečni iznosi koji su stigli na adrese brojnih naših čitatelja bili su povećani do čak 40 posto u odnosu na svote s računa za isto lanjsko obračunsko razdoblje, a iz tvrtke "HEP Elektra" su takve greške pripisali problemima uzrokovanim informatičkim razdvajanjima djelatnosti opskrbe i distribucije unutar sustava "Hrvatske elektroprivrede" (HEP).

– Informatičkom provjerom utvrđeno je koji su kupci dobili pogrešno izračunate rate, a odmah nakon što je greška otkrivena, pokrenute su aktivnosti kako bi se ispravio program i na adrese naših potrošača poslale nove obračunske rate. Kupci neće biti oštećeni, nove su im uplatnice poslane, a neki su ih već primili. Ispričavamo se zbog greške koja je prouzročila nezadovoljstvo naših klijenata, te vjerujemo kako će od uvođenja nove informatičke podrške upravo oni imati najviše koristi jer će to u konačnici omogućiti unapređenje usluge prema krajnjim korisnicima – naveli su prije dva mjeseca iz te državne tvrtke u odgovoru na pitanja upućena iz naše redakcije.

No, osim spornih uplatnica, ista informatička greška utjecala je i na sustav slanja opomena neplatišama električne energije. Naravno, takva greška kod građana nije dočekana s jednakim nezadovoljstvom, ali je u svakom slučaju izazvala probleme zbog odgode neplaćanja potrošene struje.

– Kako smo već ranije obavijestili kupce, zbog prelaska na novu informatičku podršku i povremenih grešaka koje su se u tom razdoblju pojavljivale, tvrtka "HEP Elektra" jedno vrijeme nije kupcima slala opomene zbog neplaćenih obveza. Međutim, u ovom trenutku ta se mjera naplate koristi u potpunosti i na zakonski propisan način kod onih kupaca koji ne podmire svoja dugovanja HEP-u do datuma dospijeća. U slučaju da kupac ni po opomeni ne podmiri dospjela dugovanja, upućuje se obavijest o obustavi isporuke električne energije – odgovorili su nam iz nacionalne kompanije.

Premda ona splitska kućanstva i tvrtke koji su u problemima s podmirivanjem novčanih obveza sigurno ne čekaju s nestrpljenjem ispravak takve greške, takav slučaj nije s redovitim uplatnicama za novo obračunsko razdoblje koje brojnim kućanstvima i poduzetnicima tek sada stižu na kućnu adresu. Prema riječima dijela naših sugrađana, dogodilo im se da su tek krajem proteklog tjedna, a neki i u ponedjeljak (jučer) dobili novi "paket" računa s iznosima za svibanj i lipanj koji je pred vratima.

Budući da dio HEP-ovih klijenata mora podmiriti i razliku potrošene energije, sada će u razmaku od desetak dana morati platiti čak tri računa.
