Čudo se dogodilo. U bolnicu na Križinama stigao je novi uređaj za magnetsku rezonanciju (MR), prvi nakon 2007. godine.
Nakon godina nagovaranja onih koji u hrvatskom zdravstvu o svemu odlučuju, splitski KBC izborio je pobjedu i dobio novi javno-zdravstveni "magnet". Nabava tog uređaja koji će mnogim pacijentima na području Dalmacije značiti život, započela je u eri prof. dr. Ante Buće, bivšeg predstojnika Radiologije, još prije četiri-pet godina.

Profesor Buća je upirao iz petnih žila da najveća zdravstvena ustanova južno od Velebita dobije dva nova MR uređaja, jer su oni splitskoj bolnici prijeko potrebni. Nakon njega "borbu" je nastavio doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, sadašnji šef bolničkih radiologa i nakon mnogo "prolivene žuči" uspio je u tome.

- Uređaj se od četvrtka nalazi na Križinama u prostoru koji je i predviđen i priređen za njega. Radi se o magnetu jačine 1,5 Tesla i već je započelo njegovo instaliranje. Očekujemo da će uređaj započeti s probnim radom za mjesec dana, a tijekom ožujka očekujemo njegovo uključivanje u puni pogon - naglašava doc. dr. Dolić.

No, ovdje ne završava priča o KBC-ovim problemima sa zastarjelom opremom. Moramo ponovno napomenuti da postojeći "magnet", na kojemu se dijagnostika radi na Firulama, radi već 12 godina. Točnije, prestaje raditi samo kada je pokvaren, što se posljednjih godina često događa.

Kako doznajemo iz bolničkih izvora, godišnje se taj "magnet" pokvari između 12 i 24 puta, odnosno barem jednom mjesečno, a ponekad i dvaput. Uz takav preopterećeni uređaj, jer je godinama bio jedini u KBC-u, teško je zadovoljiti sve potrebe pacijenata, ali i zaposlanika koji očekuju normalne radne uvjete.

On je nabavljen u doba "vladavine" prof. dr. Stipana Jankovića, nekadašnjeg "prvog KBC-ova radiologa" i tada je, prije 12 godina, bio posljednji "krik" tehnologije. No, odavno je zastario i Splitu je potreban, uz ovaj novi, barem još jedan novi MR.

To znaju i u Ministarstvu zdravstva i očekuje se da će reagirati, odnosno da će misliti na dalmatinsku metropolu kada bude u budućnosti raspisan neki novi natječaj za nabavu sofisticirane radiološke opreme. Usporedbe radi, u Europskoj uniji ovakvi uređaji za magnetsku rezonanciju obnavljaju se između pete i desete godine rada, a nakon toga se rashoduju.

S druge strane, u Hrvatskoj nakon desete godine korištenja dvaput mjesečno popravljaju MR i "pale sviću" da se on i sljedeće jutro ne pokvari.

I tako je iz zadnjeg natječaja Ministarstva zdravstva za nabavu sedam "magneta" u Split došao jedan, a u Zagreb su "sletjela" tri. Tako sada u javnozdravstvenim ustanovama u metropoli imamo 14 MR-ova, a u Splitu dva, od kojih je jedan star 12 godina.

Čudo se dogodilo. U bolnicu na Križinama stigao je novi uređaj za magnetsku rezonanciju (MR), prvi nakon 2007. godine.
Nakon godina nagovaranja onih koji u hrvatskom zdravstvu o svemu odlučuju, splitski KBC izborio je pobjedu i dobio novi javno-zdravstveni "magnet". Nabava tog uređaja koji će mnogim pacijentima na području Dalmacije značiti život, započela je u eri prof. dr. Ante Buće, bivšeg predstojnika Radiologije, još prije četiri-pet godina.

Profesor Buća je upirao iz petnih žila da najveća zdravstvena ustanova južno od Velebita dobije dva nova MR uređaja, jer su oni splitskoj bolnici prijeko potrebni. Nakon njega "borbu" je nastavio doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, sadašnji šef bolničkih radiologa i nakon mnogo "prolivene žuči" uspio je u tome.

- Uređaj se od četvrtka nalazi na Križinama u prostoru koji je i predviđen i priređen za njega. Radi se o magnetu jačine 1,5 Tesla i već je započelo njegovo instaliranje. Očekujemo da će uređaj započeti s probnim radom za mjesec dana, a tijekom ožujka očekujemo njegovo uključivanje u puni pogon - naglašava doc. dr. Dolić.

No, ovdje ne završava priča o KBC-ovim problemima sa zastarjelom opremom. Moramo ponovno napomenuti da postojeći "magnet", na kojemu se dijagnostika radi na Firulama, radi već 12 godina. Točnije, prestaje raditi samo kada je pokvaren, što se posljednjih godina često događa.

Kako doznajemo iz bolničkih izvora, godišnje se taj "magnet" pokvari između 12 i 24 puta, odnosno barem jednom mjesečno, a ponekad i dvaput. Uz takav preopterećeni uređaj, jer je godinama bio jedini u KBC-u, teško je zadovoljiti sve potrebe pacijenata, ali i zaposlanika koji očekuju normalne radne uvjete.

On je nabavljen u doba "vladavine" prof. dr. Stipana Jankovića, nekadašnjeg "prvog KBC-ova radiologa" i tada je, prije 12 godina, bio posljednji "krik" tehnologije. No, odavno je zastario i Splitu je potreban, uz ovaj novi, barem još jedan novi MR.

To znaju i u Ministarstvu zdravstva i očekuje se da će reagirati, odnosno da će misliti na dalmatinsku metropolu kada bude u budućnosti raspisan neki novi natječaj za nabavu sofisticirane radiološke opreme. Usporedbe radi, u Europskoj uniji ovakvi uređaji za magnetsku rezonanciju obnavljaju se između pete i desete godine rada, a nakon toga se rashoduju.

S druge strane, u Hrvatskoj nakon desete godine korištenja dvaput mjesečno popravljaju MR i "pale sviću" da se on i sljedeće jutro ne pokvari.

I tako je iz zadnjeg natječaja Ministarstva zdravstva za nabavu sedam "magneta" u Split došao jedan, a u Zagreb su "sletjela" tri. Tako sada u javnozdravstvenim ustanovama u metropoli imamo 14 MR-ova, a u Splitu dva, od kojih je jedan star 12 godina.
