Umalo je na sudskom bubnju završio dio zemljišta u Šumici u vlasništvu tvrtke "Fateor", koja je radi nadogradnje restorana "Šumica", da bi tamo uredila hotel s 50 soba, prije više godina zatražila izmjenu GUP-a.

Parcele iznad plaža Firule i Ovčice bi se našle u javnoj prodaji da je nad tvrtkom "Fateor" otvoren stečaj koji je 11. rujna ove godine zatražila Fina zbog 228.103 kune neizvršenih osnova za plaćanje u neprekinutom razdoblju duljem od 120 dana.

No, Fina je 26. rujna Trgovačkom sudu dostavila novi dopis u kojem stoji da su sve obveze s tim datumom – podmirene.

Tako je stečaj izbjegao Zoran Sikirica, vlasnik i direktor "Fateora" i nekadašnji regionalni direktor Hypo Alpe Adria banke, koja je imala hipoteke na parcelama u Šumici, a za kojeg kažu da je jedan od najbogatijih ljudi u Splitu.

Javnost se za njegove poslove posebno zainteresirala kada se USKOK počeo baviti time kako je njegov hotel "Villa Harmony" na Bačvicama, čiji je investitor njegova druga tvrtka "Špinut", dobila građevinsku dozvolu na parceli koja je zahvatila 55 metara Jadranske ulice da bi mogao izgraditi objekt većih gabarita.

Umalo je na sudskom bubnju završio dio zemljišta u Šumici u vlasništvu tvrtke "Fateor", koja je radi nadogradnje restorana "Šumica", da bi tamo uredila hotel s 50 soba, prije više godina zatražila izmjenu GUP-a.

Parcele iznad plaža Firule i Ovčice bi se našle u javnoj prodaji da je nad tvrtkom "Fateor" otvoren stečaj koji je 11. rujna ove godine zatražila Fina zbog 228.103 kune neizvršenih osnova za plaćanje u neprekinutom razdoblju duljem od 120 dana.

No, Fina je 26. rujna Trgovačkom sudu dostavila novi dopis u kojem stoji da su sve obveze s tim datumom – podmirene.

Tako je stečaj izbjegao Zoran Sikirica, vlasnik i direktor "Fateora" i nekadašnji regionalni direktor Hypo Alpe Adria banke, koja je imala hipoteke na parcelama u Šumici, a za kojeg kažu da je jedan od najbogatijih ljudi u Splitu.

Javnost se za njegove poslove posebno zainteresirala kada se USKOK počeo baviti time kako je njegov hotel "Villa Harmony" na Bačvicama, čiji je investitor njegova druga tvrtka "Špinut", dobila građevinsku dozvolu na parceli koja je zahvatila 55 metara Jadranske ulice da bi mogao izgraditi objekt većih gabarita. 

Arhitekt iz afere 'Harmony' pušten iz pritvora, tvrdi da nije napravio ništa protivno zakonu; Za USKOK-ove dokaze ne mari ni Ministarstvo graditeljstva: Dozvola za hotel je uredna
