Devet mjeseci će kasniti dovršetak radova na sjeverozapadnom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice! Barem devet mjeseci.
Inače, rok za izgradnju potpornog zida, pješačke staze i zelenog pojasa bio je sedam mjeseci, a dovršetak tih radova kasnit će devet mjeseci?!
Trebali smo ove dvije brojke više puta ponoviti, napisati i izgovoriti kako bi nam bilo jasno je li takvo nešto uopće moguće. O da, itekako je moguće. Dakle, tvrtka "Cestar" je radove u trajanju od sedam mjeseci produžila još devet mjeseci. Nevjerojatno.
Nego, koji je razlog za produžetak agonije za stanare Dubrovačke?
- Do produženja roka je došlo zbog izmještanja elektro kabelskih instalacija od rujna do studenog 2022. godine, te velikog broja kišnih dana tijekom zime - odgovorili su iz Grada.

Dakle, u rujnu, kada su trebali biti gotovi radovi, tek tada je "Cestar" krenuo izmještati kabele.
Naviknuli smo na kašnjenja od mjesec, dva, tri... Ali, stvarno, čak je i nama, naviknutima na svakakve stvari, neočekivano da se neki građevinar toliko preračunao i potpuno fulao procjenu te sve one predvidive i nepredvidive okolnosti koje bi mogle utjecati na produžetak radova.
Još u ožujku prošle godine, na samom početku radova, obrazložili su da bi moglo biti malo zastoja zbog instalacija.
- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole. Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase. Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nama iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bypass - objasno je inženjer "Cestara" Ante Vuletić i dodao da je riječ o standardnoj proceduri, samo što je ovdje problem što se naišlo na puno instalacija. No, nije se spominjalo da bi se radovi mogli produžiti minimalno devet mjeseci.

Koliko je takvo nešto iritantno, najbolje znaju stanari Dubrovačke i Kmana koji svakodnevno prate trome, minimalne pomake na gradilištu. Dolaze nam prijave čitatelja koje su napisane velikim tiskanim slovima i s puno uskličnika, a to nije dobro. Odavno su očekivali dovršetak radova i normalizaciju prometa u tom dijelu ulice... Susjedi iz Dubrovačke ističu da radnici nemaju kontinuitet te da se strašno sporo radi, bolje rečeno, danima se apsolutno ništa ne radi. Ali, iz Banovine su imali objašnjenje za takav dojam ljutite publike.
- Utisak da na gradilištu nema kontinuiteta u radu stekao se zbog specifičnosti radova koji zahtijevaju strogo pridržavanje predviđenih faza rada, a to su: iskop i izvedba kampade zida pa čekanje sedam dana da beton postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću, zatim micanje postojećeg gornjeg bloka, sidrenje postojećeg zida pa čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Potom, micanje donjeg bloka, onda čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Zatim iskop i izvedba kampade zida i opet čekanje sedam dana da beton postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Nakon toga ide micanje postojećeg bloka, sidrenje postojećeg zida i čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću - objasnili su iz Grada kako se radi potporni zid i zašto često nema radnika na gradilištu.

- Čekanja da beton ili injekciona smjesa postignu odgovarajuću čvrstoću, a koja je neophodna zbog sigurnosti stambenog objekta iznad zida stvorila su dojam da se radovi odvijaju s prekidima - ukratko su pojasnili sve što su prije toga naširoko opisali.
Međutim, još uvijek je neobjašnjivo kako mogu radovi kasniti (minimalno) devet mjeseci?!
- Nadamo se uspješnom završetku svih radova do predviđenog roka - zaključili su iz Banovine. Ispričajte nas na subjektivnosti, ali mi se više ne nadamo. "Cestar" je u nama uspio ubiti svaku nadu kada smo spoznali da su radove od sedam mjeseci produžili još devet mjeseci. Opet smo to ponovili, jer nam je neshvatljivo.
No, kad jednoga dana sve bude gotovo, umjesto gradilišta tamo bi se trebao nalaziti nogostup koji desetljećima nedostaje na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, što ugrožava pješake. Također, trebalo bi biti i stubište koje će povezati Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice. Jednog dana ćemo i to dočekati. Kažu da je novi ugovoreni rok završetka radova je 12. svibnja (ove godine!).

Devet mjeseci će kasniti dovršetak radova na sjeverozapadnom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice! Barem devet mjeseci.
Inače, rok za izgradnju potpornog zida, pješačke staze i zelenog pojasa bio je sedam mjeseci, a dovršetak tih radova kasnit će devet mjeseci?!
Trebali smo ove dvije brojke više puta ponoviti, napisati i izgovoriti kako bi nam bilo jasno je li takvo nešto uopće moguće. O da, itekako je moguće. Dakle, tvrtka "Cestar" je radove u trajanju od sedam mjeseci produžila još devet mjeseci. Nevjerojatno.
Nego, koji je razlog za produžetak agonije za stanare Dubrovačke?
- Do produženja roka je došlo zbog izmještanja elektro kabelskih instalacija od rujna do studenog 2022. godine, te velikog broja kišnih dana tijekom zime - odgovorili su iz Grada.

Dakle, u rujnu, kada su trebali biti gotovi radovi, tek tada je "Cestar" krenuo izmještati kabele.
Naviknuli smo na kašnjenja od mjesec, dva, tri... Ali, stvarno, čak je i nama, naviknutima na svakakve stvari, neočekivano da se neki građevinar toliko preračunao i potpuno fulao procjenu te sve one predvidive i nepredvidive okolnosti koje bi mogle utjecati na produžetak radova.
Još u ožujku prošle godine, na samom početku radova, obrazložili su da bi moglo biti malo zastoja zbog instalacija.
- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole. Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase. Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nama iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bypass - objasno je inženjer "Cestara" Ante Vuletić i dodao da je riječ o standardnoj proceduri, samo što je ovdje problem što se naišlo na puno instalacija. No, nije se spominjalo da bi se radovi mogli produžiti minimalno devet mjeseci.

Koliko je takvo nešto iritantno, najbolje znaju stanari Dubrovačke i Kmana koji svakodnevno prate trome, minimalne pomake na gradilištu. Dolaze nam prijave čitatelja koje su napisane velikim tiskanim slovima i s puno uskličnika, a to nije dobro. Odavno su očekivali dovršetak radova i normalizaciju prometa u tom dijelu ulice... Susjedi iz Dubrovačke ističu da radnici nemaju kontinuitet te da se strašno sporo radi, bolje rečeno, danima se apsolutno ništa ne radi. Ali, iz Banovine su imali objašnjenje za takav dojam ljutite publike.
- Utisak da na gradilištu nema kontinuiteta u radu stekao se zbog specifičnosti radova koji zahtijevaju strogo pridržavanje predviđenih faza rada, a to su: iskop i izvedba kampade zida pa čekanje sedam dana da beton postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću, zatim micanje postojećeg gornjeg bloka, sidrenje postojećeg zida pa čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Potom, micanje donjeg bloka, onda čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Zatim iskop i izvedba kampade zida i opet čekanje sedam dana da beton postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću. Nakon toga ide micanje postojećeg bloka, sidrenje postojećeg zida i čekanje sedam dana da sidra postigne odgovarajuću čvrstoću - objasnili su iz Grada kako se radi potporni zid i zašto često nema radnika na gradilištu.

- Čekanja da beton ili injekciona smjesa postignu odgovarajuću čvrstoću, a koja je neophodna zbog sigurnosti stambenog objekta iznad zida stvorila su dojam da se radovi odvijaju s prekidima - ukratko su pojasnili sve što su prije toga naširoko opisali.
Međutim, još uvijek je neobjašnjivo kako mogu radovi kasniti (minimalno) devet mjeseci?!
- Nadamo se uspješnom završetku svih radova do predviđenog roka - zaključili su iz Banovine. Ispričajte nas na subjektivnosti, ali mi se više ne nadamo. "Cestar" je u nama uspio ubiti svaku nadu kada smo spoznali da su radove od sedam mjeseci produžili još devet mjeseci. Opet smo to ponovili, jer nam je neshvatljivo.
No, kad jednoga dana sve bude gotovo, umjesto gradilišta tamo bi se trebao nalaziti nogostup koji desetljećima nedostaje na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, što ugrožava pješake. Također, trebalo bi biti i stubište koje će povezati Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice. Jednog dana ćemo i to dočekati. Kažu da je novi ugovoreni rok završetka radova je 12. svibnja (ove godine!).
