Lukša Novak, direktor Zračne luke Split, sagradio je kuću novcem Zračne luke Split, točnije pozajmicom od 1.1 milijuna kuna, otkriva portal Index.hr i donosi detalje iz njegove imovinske kartice. Novac je, naime, posuđen njegovoj supruzi i to 2008. godine. "Dužnosnik Lukša Novak je korisnik kredita kojim je dovršena obiteljska kuća u nasljedstvu supruge Marine Novak. Temeljem tih okolnosti izvršena je zabilježba Zračne luke Split u zemljišnim knjigama", šturo je o tome novinare Indexa obavijestila Zračna Luka Split. Inače, Novakova supruga zaposlena je u u Osnovnoj školi Ostrog i prima plaću u visini 6807 kuna.

U zemljišniku je, pretražili su novinari, vidljivo da je kamata za tu pozajmicu iz 2008. godine četiri posto, što je daleko ispod prosjeka koliko su banke nudile za kunske kredite prije 12 godina, dok je prosječna kamatna stopa u rujnu 2008. godine, i to na stambene kredite, iznosila je 9.6 posto.

Zanimljivo je da je kuća, iako je zaštićeni spomenik kulture i ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra, dograđena u gornjem dijelu za što je Novak ishodio dozvole konzervatora. Projekt je izradila tvrtka Prostor-Split iz Splita, a Konzervatorski odjel u Trogiru izdao je odobrenje 20. lipnja 2008. godine.

Novak je imao tvrtku TRS koja je bila registrirana za bavljenje poljoprivredom, a osnovao ju je zajedno s Antonom Kovačevim, bivšim šefom HBOR-a. Ugašena je 2012. godine, a Novak je novinarima rekao kako tvrtka nikad nije imala poslovnih aktivnosti. Novak je, nadalje, suvlasnik i nekoliko parcela u Kaštel Lukšiću čija se vrijednost procjenjuje na gotovo milijun kuna.

Novinari Indexa doznaju i da Novak, iako je bio obvezan zakonom kao dužnosnik, imovinsku karticu nije podnio deset godina s obzirom da je posljednji put to učinio još u lipnju 2011. godine, a kada su ga upitali zašto se ne drži zakona, rekao im je kako se to dogodilo - greškom.

"Imovinska kartica greškom nije ažurirana, a što će biti učinjeno u najkraćem roku", rekli su iz ureda Lukše Novaka te je ona odmah i ažurirana. U njoj stoji da mu je neto plaća 24.230 kuna s tim što je novinarima krajem prošle godine iz Zračne luke rečeno da ona iznosti 23.120 kuna. Također je u novoj imovinskoj kartici prijavio i tri tisuće kuna mjesečno od imovine i imovinskih prava što se odnosi na iznajmljivanje poslovnih prostora, piše index.hr.

Lukša Novak, direktor Zračne luke Split, sagradio je kuću novcem Zračne luke Split, točnije pozajmicom od 1.1 milijuna kuna, otkriva portal Index.hr i donosi detalje iz njegove imovinske kartice. Novac je, naime, posuđen njegovoj supruzi i to 2008. godine. "Dužnosnik Lukša Novak je korisnik kredita kojim je dovršena obiteljska kuća u nasljedstvu supruge Marine Novak. Temeljem tih okolnosti izvršena je zabilježba Zračne luke Split u zemljišnim knjigama", šturo je o tome novinare Indexa obavijestila Zračna Luka Split. Inače, Novakova supruga zaposlena je u u Osnovnoj školi Ostrog i prima plaću u visini 6807 kuna.

U zemljišniku je, pretražili su novinari, vidljivo da je kamata za tu pozajmicu iz 2008. godine četiri posto, što je daleko ispod prosjeka koliko su banke nudile za kunske kredite prije 12 godina, dok je prosječna kamatna stopa u rujnu 2008. godine, i to na stambene kredite, iznosila je 9.6 posto.

Zanimljivo je da je kuća, iako je zaštićeni spomenik kulture i ima svojstvo kulturnog dobra, dograđena u gornjem dijelu za što je Novak ishodio dozvole konzervatora. Projekt je izradila tvrtka Prostor-Split iz Splita, a Konzervatorski odjel u Trogiru izdao je odobrenje 20. lipnja 2008. godine.

Novak je imao tvrtku TRS koja je bila registrirana za bavljenje poljoprivredom, a osnovao ju je zajedno s Antonom Kovačevim, bivšim šefom HBOR-a. Ugašena je 2012. godine, a Novak je novinarima rekao kako tvrtka nikad nije imala poslovnih aktivnosti. Novak je, nadalje, suvlasnik i nekoliko parcela u Kaštel Lukšiću čija se vrijednost procjenjuje na gotovo milijun kuna.

Novinari Indexa doznaju i da Novak, iako je bio obvezan zakonom kao dužnosnik, imovinsku karticu nije podnio deset godina s obzirom da je posljednji put to učinio još u lipnju 2011. godine, a kada su ga upitali zašto se ne drži zakona, rekao im je kako se to dogodilo - greškom.

"Imovinska kartica greškom nije ažurirana, a što će biti učinjeno u najkraćem roku", rekli su iz ureda Lukše Novaka te je ona odmah i ažurirana. U njoj stoji da mu je neto plaća 24.230 kuna s tim što je novinarima krajem prošle godine iz Zračne luke rečeno da ona iznosti 23.120 kuna. Također je u novoj imovinskoj kartici prijavio i tri tisuće kuna mjesečno od imovine i imovinskih prava što se odnosi na iznajmljivanje poslovnih prostora, piše index.hr.

Je li direktor Zračne luke Split Lukša Novak sagradio kuću novcem posuđenim od firme uz kamatu značajno manju nego u bankama?

Lukša Novak, direktor Zračne luke Split, sagradio je kuću novcem Zračne luke Split, točnije pozajmicom od 1.1 milijuna kuna, otkriva portal Index.hr i donosi detalje iz njegove imovinske kartice. Novac je, naime, posuđen njegovoj supruzi i to 2008. godine. "Dužnosnik Lukša Novak je korisnik kredita kojim je dovršena obiteljska kuća u nasljedstvu supruge Marine Novak. Temeljem tih okolnosti izvršena je zabilježba Zračne luke Split u zemljišnim knjigama", šturo je o tome novinare Indexa obavijestila Zračna Luka Split. Inače, Novakova supruga zaposlena je u u Osnovnoj školi Ostrog i prima plaću u visini 6807 kuna.

U zemljišniku je, pretražili su novinari, vidljivo da je kamata za tu pozajmicu iz 2008. godine četiri posto, što je daleko ispod prosjeka koliko su banke nudil...
