Prošlog tjedna pokrenut je postupak za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za rekonstrukciju križanja u Stobreču. 

Podsjetimo, u rujnu 2020. godine izabran je izvođač radova - tvrtka "Strabag", čija je ponuda teška 8,1 milijun kuna. U travnju ove godine izabran je i nadzor, tvrtka "Terestrika", s ponudom od 343.187 tisuća kuna. Radovi će trajati osam mjeseci. 

Za oko nam je zapeo jedan detalj, to je da je izvođač radova izabran prije više od godinu dana, a tek sada se krenulo u ishođenje građevinske dozvole.

Zanimalo nas je zbog čega je to tako i zašto se nije prvo osigurala građevinska dozvola, a tek onda krenulo u natječaj za izvođače radova i nadzor. 

- Radovi na rekonstrukciji predmetnog raskrižja planiraju se započeti odmah po izdavanju građevinske dozvole. Nadležnost za izdavanje građevinske dozvole je pod Uredom za prostorno uređenje grada Splita.

Hrvatske ceste su pokrenule postupke nabave za izvođenje radova i usluge stručnog nadzora nad rekonstrukcijom predmetnog raskrižja prije izdavanja građevinske dozvole kako bi se osigurao početak radova čim prije te minimizirao utjecaj eventualnih žalbenih postupaka tijekom postupaka nabave.

Uslijed okolnosti poput krize uzrokovanog epidemijom COVID 19 i drugih okolnosti na koje Hrvatske ceste nisu imale utjecaja, postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole se odužio - odgovorili su nam iz Hrvatskih cesta.

Prošlog tjedna pokrenut je postupak za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za rekonstrukciju križanja u Stobreču. 

Podsjetimo, u rujnu 2020. godine izabran je izvođač radova - tvrtka "Strabag", čija je ponuda teška 8,1 milijun kuna. U travnju ove godine izabran je i nadzor, tvrtka "Terestrika", s ponudom od 343.187 tisuća kuna. Radovi će trajati osam mjeseci. 

Za oko nam je zapeo jedan detalj, to je da je izvođač radova izabran prije više od godinu dana, a tek sada se krenulo u ishođenje građevinske dozvole.

Zanimalo nas je zbog čega je to tako i zašto se nije prvo osigurala građevinska dozvola, a tek onda krenulo u natječaj za izvođače radova i nadzor. 

- Radovi na rekonstrukciji predmetnog raskrižja planiraju se započeti odmah po izdavanju građevinske dozvole. Nadležnost za izdavanje građevinske dozvole je pod Uredom za prostorno uređenje grada Splita.

Hrvatske ceste su pokrenule postupke nabave za izvođenje radova i usluge stručnog nadzora nad rekonstrukcijom predmetnog raskrižja prije izdavanja građevinske dozvole kako bi se osigurao početak radova čim prije te minimizirao utjecaj eventualnih žalbenih postupaka tijekom postupaka nabave.

Uslijed okolnosti poput krize uzrokovanog epidemijom COVID 19 i drugih okolnosti na koje Hrvatske ceste nisu imale utjecaja, postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole se odužio - odgovorili su nam iz Hrvatskih cesta.

Prošlog tjedna pokrenut je postupak za izdavanje građevinske dozvole za rekonstrukciju križanja u Stobreču. 

Podsjetimo, u rujnu 2020. godine izabran je izvođač radova - tvrtka "Strabag", čija je ponuda teška 8,1 milijun kuna. U travnju ove godine izabran je i nadzor, tvrtka "Terestrika", s ponudom od 343.187 tisuća kuna. Radovi će trajati osam mjeseci. 

Za oko nam je zapeo jedan detalj, to je da je izvođač radova izabran prije više od godinu dana, a tek sada se krenulo u ishođenje građevinske dozvole. 

Zanimalo nas je zbog čega je to tako i zašto se nije prvo osigurala građevinska dozvola, a tek onda krenulo u natječaj za izvođače radova i nadzor. 

- Radovi na rekonstrukciji predmetnog raskrižja planiraju se započeti odmah po izdavanju...
