Božo Zadro, gradski vijećnik HDZ-a na sjednici vijeća podsjetio je na događaj iz siječnja kada je policija blokirala ulicu u Getu nakon spora Grada i stanara oko skele u Dominisovoj.

- Klub HDZ-a je u proceduru uputio i inicijativu o izmjeni Pravilnika o zakupu javnih površina na način da bi se vlasnicima postojećih objekata omogućilo besplatno postavljanje skele u svrhu obnove fasada i krovišta. Time bismo išli na ruku interesu Grada jer obnova fasada znači ljepšu vizuru grada, a nije zanemariv ni sigurnosni aspekt jer se u Getu, nažalost, svako malo odlomi blok ili cigla koji predstavljaju ugrozu za prolaznike- kazao je Zadro.

Prema njihovom bi, kazao je, prijedlogu Grad u potpunosti kontrolirao i nadzirao obnovu te bi svaki pokušaj moguće zlouporabe bilo moguće lako spriječiti.

- Zanima nas što je s našim prijedlogom? Smatram da nema razloga da Grad Split u tom pogledu ne bude najnapredniji grad u Hrvatskoj na koji će se drugi moći ugledati i pružiti svojim stanovnicima jednu vrstu nadstandarda kad je riječ o brizi za objekte jer na taj način Grad brine o javnom interesu te slici koju šalje u svijet- kazao je HDZ-ov gradski vijećnik.

Na njegovo pitanje djelomično je odgovorio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, a potom se nadovezao i dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević.

- Za ove nemile prizore kojima smo svjedočili u Getu odgovoran je isključivo gospodin iz Geta s obzirom na to da je prekršio javni red. Ne samo to nego se i prema zaposlenicima Gradske uprave ponašao izuzetno nekorektno. Mi možemo podnijeti kritike nas političara, ali takav način razgovora i napisa o službenicima Gradske uprave, apsolutno je nedopustiv- kazao je Puljak. 

Dodao je i da neće dopustiti da se "takve stvari rade" te da je riječ o profesionalcima koji pošteno rade svoj posao. 

- Sad je na Javnoj raspravi prijedlog o sufinanciranju obnove fasada i krovova u staroj gradskoj jezgri. Ja Vas molim da se uključite u tu javnu raspravu i date svoje prijedloge kroz koje bi se onda, neki od ovih problema mogli kroz takav mehanizam riješiti- dodao je Puljak.

Rekao je i da je u proračunu predviđeno milijun kuna u ovogodišnjem proračunu za obnovu stare gradske jezgre kroz koju će financirati takve akcije.

- Malo mi je teško razumjeti da nešto što zagovarate sami ne provodite. Cjenik za skele u Gradu Splitu nije se mijenjao. Ostao je isti još iz Vašeg mandata. U svim gradovima gdje ste na vlasti naplaćujete korištenje javne površine za postavljanje skele. Mi smo stanarima maksimalno izašli u susret u skladu s Pravilnikom, a to je 30 posto popusta za tunelsku skelu, ali stanar s obzirom na to i da me osobno poznaje iz kvarta je valjda očekivao da ćemo, iz ne znam kojeg razloga, nekome davati besplatno, dok svi drugi plaćaju. To što mene netko poznaje, ne znači da ja toj osobi mislim besplatno davati javnu površinu. Nismo slali policiju nego je ona postupala po službenoj dužnosti nakon prijetnje oružjem. Ovo više nije tema koja bi trebala biti tema političke diskusije- zaključio je Ivošević.

Božo Zadro, gradski vijećnik HDZ-a na sjednici vijeća podsjetio je na događaj iz siječnja kada je policija blokirala ulicu u Getu nakon spora Grada i stanara oko skele u Dominisovoj.

- Klub HDZ-a je u proceduru uputio i inicijativu o izmjeni Pravilnika o zakupu javnih površina na način da bi se vlasnicima postojećih objekata omogućilo besplatno postavljanje skele u svrhu obnove fasada i krovišta. Time bismo išli na ruku interesu Grada jer obnova fasada znači ljepšu vizuru grada, a nije zanemariv ni sigurnosni aspekt jer se u Getu, nažalost, svako malo odlomi blok ili cigla koji predstavljaju ugrozu za prolaznike- kazao je Zadro.

Prema njihovom bi, kazao je, prijedlogu Grad u potpunosti kontrolirao i nadzirao obnovu te bi svaki pokušaj moguće zlouporabe bilo moguće lako spriječiti.

- Zanima nas što je s našim prijedlogom? Smatram da nema razloga da Grad Split u tom pogledu ne bude najnapredniji grad u Hrvatskoj na koji će se drugi moći ugledati i pružiti svojim stanovnicima jednu vrstu nadstandarda kad je riječ o brizi za objekte jer na taj način Grad brine o javnom interesu te slici koju šalje u svijet- kazao je HDZ-ov gradski vijećnik.

Na njegovo pitanje djelomično je odgovorio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, a potom se nadovezao i dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević.

- Za ove nemile prizore kojima smo svjedočili u Getu odgovoran je isključivo gospodin iz Geta s obzirom na to da je prekršio javni red. Ne samo to nego se i prema zaposlenicima Gradske uprave ponašao izuzetno nekorektno. Mi možemo podnijeti kritike nas političara, ali takav način razgovora i napisa o službenicima Gradske uprave, apsolutno je nedopustiv- kazao je Puljak. 

Dodao je i da neće dopustiti da se "takve stvari rade" te da je riječ o profesionalcima koji pošteno rade svoj posao. 

- Sad je na Javnoj raspravi prijedlog o sufinanciranju obnove fasada i krovova u staroj gradskoj jezgri. Ja Vas molim da se uključite u tu javnu raspravu i date svoje prijedloge kroz koje bi se onda, neki od ovih problema mogli kroz takav mehanizam riješiti- dodao je Puljak.

Rekao je i da je u proračunu predviđeno milijun kuna u ovogodišnjem proračunu za obnovu stare gradske jezgre kroz koju će financirati takve akcije.

- Malo mi je teško razumjeti da nešto što zagovarate sami ne provodite. Cjenik za skele u Gradu Splitu nije se mijenjao. Ostao je isti još iz Vašeg mandata. U svim gradovima gdje ste na vlasti naplaćujete korištenje javne površine za postavljanje skele. Mi smo stanarima maksimalno izašli u susret u skladu s Pravilnikom, a to je 30 posto popusta za tunelsku skelu, ali stanar s obzirom na to i da me osobno poznaje iz kvarta je valjda očekivao da ćemo, iz ne znam kojeg razloga, nekome davati besplatno, dok svi drugi plaćaju. To što mene netko poznaje, ne znači da ja toj osobi mislim besplatno davati javnu površinu. Nismo slali policiju nego je ona postupala po službenoj dužnosti nakon prijetnje oružjem. Ovo više nije tema koja bi trebala biti tema političke diskusije- zaključio je Ivošević.

Božo Zadro, gradski vijećnik HDZ-a na sjednici vijeća podsjetio je na događaj iz siječnja kada je policija blokirala ulicu u Getu nakon spora Grada i stanara oko skele u Dominisovoj.

- Klub HDZ-a je u proceduru uputio i inicijativu o izmjeni Pravilnika o zakupu javnih površina na način da bi se vlasnicima postojećih objekata omogućilo besplatno postavljanje skele u svrhu obnove fasada i krovišta. Time bismo išli na ruku interesu Grada jer obnova fasada znači ljepšu vizuru grada, a nije zanemariv ni sigurnosni aspekt jer se u Getu, nažalost, svako malo odlomi blok ili cigla koji predstavljaju ugrozu za prolaznike- kazao je Zadro.

Prema njihovom bi, kazao je, prijedlogu Grad u potpunosti kontrolirao i nadzirao obnovu te bi svaki pokušaj moguće zlouporabe bilo moguće lako sprij...
